The apartment rated 3 * by the municipal association of the Aravis (SIMA) is duplex oriented -South East - West, at 820m above sea level in a cottage built in 1840 amidst a typically Savoyard hamlet calm: oven 17th century, secured pool, 4 other cottages dating from the 19th century renovated in style.
- In the 1st level, are in the input 2 cupboards including a wardrobe and a toilet with sink, a bathroom with bath, a room cabin with 3 bunk beds and cupboards, a room of 30 m2 tiled gathering lounge with two sofas, coffee table, TV and DVD player, carpet, dining room with an oval table, 3 chairs and 3 stools, integrated kitchen with ample storage space, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave -ondes, pyrolysis oven, hob with 2 gas plates and 2 hotplates, refrigerator. This large room is lit by two windows opening onto a balcony of 8 m long and 2 windows.
From the balcony, enjoy the view over the mountains of Beauregard (1500m) across the Tournette (2341m) on the right, the Lachat de Chatillon Grand-Bornand (2100m) left, the Danay (1700m) overlooking St. Jean de Sixt and a piece of the Chaîne des Aravis (2600m).

- At the second level: the mezzanine is served by a spiral staircase, lit by a Velux window and a window overlooking the balcony. It is a real living room of reading and writing with carpeted floor. In its extension is the independent parental room, lit by a Velux window fitted with a Venetian blind and a blackout curtain. It is equipped with large closets, a Lattoflex bed 180 of 200, 2 night stands and carpeted floors.

This independent apartment is bright, well arranged and personalized decoration, nice to live in a residential hamlet, a pastoral environment. Internet access WIFI is free. The owner can give you useful advice for visits.
You will find homemade jams at your disposal.
All linen is provided free of charge: beds (made on arrival), toilet, table and beach. I ask you 50 euros package for washing and ironing.
You must return the apartment in the condition where you found it. After inventory, you may be asked up to 60 euros corresponding to 4 hours of cleaning.
The deposit of 150 euros is provided. It is returned automatically by Abritel within 7 days if no damage is found.
The garage of the center is free.
There is no city tax in the town of Villards sur Thônes.
Pets are not allowed.

"The White House" is located 1200m from the village center, 1000m from a supermarket, 3 km from Saint Jean de Sixt, 6 km from Thônes, the Grand Bornand and La Clusaz. In summer, these resorts offer every night of quality shows or animations. Lake Annecy and the beaches of Talloires Veyrier and are between 18 and 23 km. Local markets are held on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Le chalet est très spacieux et très bien équipé (il ne manque absolument rien !). Les propriétaires sont bienveillants, ils nous ont accueillis avec le sourire, la bonne humeur et des petites attentions sucrées (confitures et petits gâteaux secs aux noisettes ;)) Je recommande vivement !

Séjour agréable au ski

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine (avec nos deux adolescents) dans cet appartement bien équipé, spacieux, cosy et propre dans un décor bois très dépaysant. J'ai apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée et les confitures maison pour le petit déjeuner. C'était bien de pouvoir rejoindre rapidement les pistes sans avoir besoin de gratter la voiture. Nous avons passé 1 semaine à 4 dans cet appartement au mois de février et nous sommes ravis. Nous avons eu du calme et en 15 minutes en voiture nous étions au bas des pistes le matin. La décoration à base de bois et l'espace créé par le duplex nous ont vraiment dépaysés.
