Cottage - fisherman's house - 42 m2 fully renovated with direct access to the sea.
View of the islands and the entrance of the Gulf of Morbihan.
Rental for 4 people max. Ground floor (with all windows sea view) equipped American kitchen, living room with sofa bed (high quality bedding), bathroom; mezzanine under the roof (1. 30 m) with 2 beds (90 x 190). Private garden. 20 m2 wooden terrace (table, chairs, electric barbecue). Private parking in enclosed garden, electric gate.
Beaches nearby. Possibility to put a boat trailer in the garden.
Bourg 5 minutes walk by the coastal path. Market on Wednesday morning and Sunday morning. Port and hold at - 100 meters. Blue Green Golf at 10 minutes.
Complete until early October 2019.

Site et demeure esceptionnels
Très gentille réception à notre arrivée par la propriétaire et sa fille. Situation de la maison de pêcheur fantastique, pratiquement les pieds dans l'eau du Morbihan. Jardin agréable avec évidemment une vue imprenable et superbe du lever au coucher de soleil. Maison d'une propreté époustouflante, j'ai eu l'impression d'être le premier locataire. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Ein Kleinod der besonderen Art ist dieses sehr individuelle Haus direkt am Wasser. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch, dichter am Wasser geht nicht. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Gute Ausstattung, insbesondere die Küche. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Danke! 3 kleine Mankos: die Beschreibung bei FeWo - 1 Schlafzimmer - ist irreführend - es gibt nur ein Schlafsofa zum ausziehen, WLAN ist nicht vorhanden, LTE funktioniert nur im Garten, wenig Stauraum für Kleidung, also besser mit kleinem Gepäck anreisen

Vue imprenable sur les eaux du Golfe
On ne saurait que vous recommander de séjourner dans cette petite maison pieds dans l'eau. Ancien atelier d'ostréiculteur, elle est directement au bord du golfe, on est au coeur du paysage. Gagnez le centre du bourg à pieds par le chemin côtier en quelques minutes, ou bien l'ile de Breder, ou encore l'embarcadère du port. Le calme environnant fait un bien fou. La petite maison est très propre et aménagée avec soin, et agrémentée d'une agréable petite terrasse aux allures d'observatoire. Nos jeunes enfants on adoré. La propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil très agréable et prévenant, charmante. Merci à Marryfanny pour sa gentillesse. Nous faisons déjà le projet de revenir.

Très belle location
Excellent séjour dans cette charmante petite maison de pêcheur au bord de la baie de Larmor Baden, avec une hôtesse absolument charmante et aux petits soins pour nous. Nous étions fin septembre et nous avons pu déjeuner au soleil sur la pelouse, face à la mer, en regardant la marée monter. L'embarcadère pour faire le tour du golf est à 2mn à pied de la maison, et cette région est splendide par n'importe quel temps, avec une lumière magique (avis aux peintres et aux photographes). La maison est très propre et bien équipée, parfaite pour un couple d'amoureux. Quant à la palette d'activités dans le golf, elle défie toute concurrence. Nous avons pu, entre autre, louer un bateau à moteur, passer une journée en mer sur un grand voilier avec skipper, visiter les îles (île aux Moines, île d'Artz, île de Houat, Belle-île-en-Mer)et nous régaler dans les nombreux petits restaurants sympas qui jalonnent le golf du Morbihan et au-delà, tant sur les îles que sur le continent. En résumé des vacances de rêve ! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain, ne serait-ce que pour la gentillesse de notre hôtesse que nous tenons encore à remercier pour son chaleureux accueil ! Une vue exceptionnelle, les pieds dans l'eau
Très belle rénovation pour ce gite, avec une vue imprenable sur le golf. Calme, au pied du chemin de randonnée, "sur l'eau" avec un accès direct via le jardin. Délicatesse et gentillesse de la propriétaire. Décoration et rénovation du gite faite avec beaucoup de goût. Équipement complet tel que sur le descriptif. Bel aménagement avec une surface bien agencée avec le séjour et la cuisine ouverte. Nous avons été enchantés et espérons revenir !
