Penthouse apartment with 140m2 wiith beautiful seaviews facing long sandy beaches. It is large, quiet and very light with a large terrace of 14 m2 in the living room . The terrase overlooks the sandy beaches and has got a large table where you can enjoy all your meals outside in the sea breeze.
The area is very calm, the area is very calm with not bars oare not shops or bars down in the same building still if you want to have a meal out in a restaurant or a coffee bar you can walk just three minuts and find some .

The train station is also close by just 10 minute's walk,
the same as the baker's, the fishmonger's, the farmacy, fruit shop or supermarket.

Voyage à cubelles

Très bel appartement. Facile pour bouger sur Barcelone. Propriétaire à l’écoute. Peut-être un renouvellement de la cafetière car capacité trop petite pour 5 personnes. Grille pain vieillissant.

Vorsaisonaufenthalt

Alles war wie beschrieben, sehr schnelle Komunikation mit Vermieter, Objekt optimal für unsere Bedürfnisse mit Kleinkind, toll die 2 Balkone. Alles Notwendige gut fussläufig erreichbar, wir waren alle mit Flugzeug angereist.

Schön, sauber, geräumig, Blick auf den Strand

Sehr schön sauber, bequeme Betten, schöne Handtücher, viel Platz für 6 Personen, 3 WCs, Badewanne, 2 Duschen, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Fahrstuhl, sauberer Strand, Supermarkt um die Ecke, kleine Restaurants 100 m entfernt am Strand. 15 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, 50 min per Zug bis Barcelona City.

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. L'appartement est agréable à vivre et très confortable. La vue est magnifique. Le seul bémol : ré-actualiser la vaisselle. Sinon rien à reprocher. Nous avons rencontrer l'hôte très à l'écoute, agréable et avenante ( elle va faire le nécessaire afin d' améliorer la vaisselle pour un meilleur confort aux futurs locataire.

The best experience!

The apartment is large, modern, extremely clean, and a wonderful view. It is so nice to leave the balcony door open for a constant cool ocean breeze, and not 1 bug, not even a fly. I think the strong breeze keeps them out. There is air conditioning too. There is 1 private parking space reserved on the ground floor of a large enclosed garage and an elevator that takes you to the apartment on the 2nd floor. The first floor of the apartment has a large living room, kitchen with washing machine, and 3 bedrooms (bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and its own modern bathroom with tub and shower), bedroom #2 is next to #1 and has 2 twin beds. Bedroom #3 is down the hall with a single bed, and next to that is another bathroom with a shower that Bedroom 2 and 3 share. Upstairs is the 4th bedroom with a K or Q bed, and half of the room with an attic-style lower ceiling, but the bathroom with shower and office have regular size ceilings. Off of the office is a very large, private deck for sunbathing with a clothesline to hang wet bathing suits and clothes. The ocean bottom is very rocky,, so bring water shoes.Easy walk to a grocery, pharmacy, bakery, and only 1 block to 4 restaurants. The train station is a little further, but still walkable. There is a taxi at the train station. Trains are every half hour into Barcelona.. The best part of the trip was the host, Merce. I fell in Barcelona and hurt my back and she drove around to different places to take pictures of the different walkers I could rent, and I was able to rent one at the local pharmacy. That was so wonderful of her to do! She even brought us grapes from her large orchard!

Superbe appartement

Très confortable duplex de 140m² en première ligne. La description est parfaitement claire et c'est rare. Le salon est très grand et ouvre sur la mer. c'est très agréable. Le parking inclus est très pratique. La deuxième terrace solarium est un plus non négligeable. Quelque rares bars et restaurant proches. L'intérêt n'est pas l'environnement mais le positionnement proche de Barcelone, Sitges et Tarragone. L'accueil de Mercè est des plus chaleureux et agréable. je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Magnifique

Pour notre premier séjour en Espagne nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux.Superbe appartement à 2 pas de la mer, très spacieux,en tous points conforme à l'annonce.Parking privé sécurisé très appréciable.Nous avons passé 2 j à Barcelone en rentrant le soir.Situation parfaite,la gare est toute proche et pour 10 euros par pers aller retour,nous arrivons en plein centre de la ville.Arret bus touristique juste à côté, idéal.Merci à Natalia qui nous a accueillis très chaleureusement.Allez y en toute confiance.Merci Merce.a bientôt peut être. Vacances de rêve

Nous revenons pour la deuxième année et ressentons autant de plaisir à retrouver ce superbe appartement, très bien entretenu, propre, spacieux et dans un environnement calme, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. La plage est toujours très propre, de même que la promenade qui la longe. Plusieurs petits restaurants tout prêt, fréquentés par une clientèle locale, nous accueillent midi ou soir pour des moments de détente et de dépaysement. Mercé, la propriétaire, nous reçois chez elle avec beaucoup de gentillesse . Cet appartement est parfaitement situé pour visiter Barcelone, Tarragone, Reus et tout l'arrière pays.

très bel appartement calme, spacieux, propre

cet appartement situé dans une très belle résidence sécurisée avec parking fermé, à deux pas d'une belle plage très propre, nettoyée tous les soirs, offre un vrai rêve, avec sa vue panoramique sur la Méditerranée. La climatisation est très appréciée. Les commerces ne sont pas très éloignés et l'appartement duplex est très calme, propre et spacieux. La propriétaire est très accueillante et de très bon conseil. Les photos correspondent parfaitement. Cette location peut être recommandée sans souci.

Parfait pour explorer Barcelone et la région.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris, l'appartement est vraiment comme sur les photos, c'est très grand. Nous y étions deux couples et pouvions garder une certaine intimité. La terrasse est grande et la vue sur la mer est un grand atout. La rue devant l'appartement est à sens unique et ne dessert qu'une section de rue d'environ 500 m , donc c'est hyper calme. Mercedes la proprio est super sympathique et de bon conseil. La plage est vraiment fabuleuse, propre, pas trop achalandée et sécuritaire. Nous aurions apprécié des transats pour aller à la plage, mais là c'est un caprice. Le train pour Barcelone est à 15 min de marche et prévoyez 50 minutes de trajet, mais quel plaisir de revenir au calme le soir. Cubelles est surtout fréquentée par une clientèle Espagnole, ce qui est un atout, ici pas d'attrape-touristes. Belles balades à faire en bord de mer.

Appartement grand standing!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Cubelles au mois d'avril. L'appartement était tel que sur les photos, très propre, très bien équipé. La vue de l'appartement est magnifique. Le solarium à l'étage est bien agréable. La propriétaire nous a très gentiment accueilli et donné de bons conseils. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec le lave vaisselle, mais un technicien est intervenu immédiatement, bravo! Le centre de Barcelone est a 40 min en train pour un prix vraiment raisonnable. Super semaine, je recommande vivement cette location.

superbes vacances à CUBELLES

Nous revenons de 15 jours de vacances dans cet appartement et ça à été pour nous un moment magnifique,appartement trés spacieux trés claire,bien conçu et cuisine trés bien équipée,nous le conseillons pour passer des vacances idéales en familles.En plus la propriétaire est extrémement sympathique,donc rien à dire.bravo

un appart de luxe pour une famille à 5

logement très bien situé dans un environnement calme, face à la mer ( pas besoin de prendre la voiture ), les commerces à proximité sitgès, vilanova, barcelone à visiter appart propre, très bien équipé, belle terrasse, confortable car plusieurs chambre et les 3 salles de bain ont été appréciées car on gagne du temps à se préparer quand on est 5 nous sommes contents de l'accueil merci de faire confiance aux français pour la location il se peut que l'on revienne l'année prochaine
