Very pleasing single-storey villa with pool, quiet, in the greenery, surrounded by a large lawn planted with trees overlooking a sunny terrace sheltered from the wind. It is a good place to relax and enjoy your meals on the teak table, sunbathe or laze around in the deck chairs. The house has a large ground floor. With no steps! Secluded small attic child bedroom upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen. Decorated with taste and very functional. Golf and tennis courses nearby.

La maison est très bien située, proche du centre du village et avec la vue sur les montagnes. Suffisamment grande pour un groupe de 8 personnes ou chacun a pu avoir sa chambre. La piscine est très appréciable. L'hôte très arrangeante, nous l'avons prévenu le jour même que nous arriverions plus tôt, ça n'a pas posé de problème. C'est une maison où nous reviendrons.

Séjour très agréable
Maison très chaleureuse, permettant d'accueillir plusieurs couples avec chacun son espace. Très bien située dans la région, avec une magnifique vue et proche du centre du village. Maison bien équipée, tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un bon séjour en famille/amis (vaisselle et accessoires cuisine, bouées piscine, baby foot).

Maison agréable faisant oublier les imperfections.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans une maison agréable mais avec beaucoup de choses perfectibles : couettes et oreillers tachés, porte de douche défectueuse. Nous avons été très surpris par un appel de la propriétaire essayant de faire passer une fuite de liner sur notre fait. Nous avons toujours été soigneux des locations (voir nos appréciations) et toujours laissé des maisons impeccables .

Très agréable propriété à Ascain
Nous avons passé un beau séjour . La maison. avec un belle piscine, est très agréable et pratique . Elle est très bien située , très proche du centre du village et de Saint Jean de Luz . Nous avons été très bien accueillis .

A lovely holiday
We rented this house in July 2018. We had a really lovely time. The property is spacious, with lots of land outside for the children to run around on and a lovely view of la Rhune from the pool. The pool has an electric cover for peace of mind with children. The location was great - a five minute walk into the lovely village of Ascain and a playground and park including football pitch and roman bridge at the end of the drive. The owner responded promptly to emails and texts. The property is clearly a well loved and well used family house, which we enjoyed staying in. Unfortunately, the children’s bedroom in the annex, although tidy, was not as clean as it could have been with dust and old cobwebs in many places around the room. In the adjoining room there were old clothes and thick cobwebs in the wardrobe (we didn’t use it) and it was similarly dusty. However, when we had a problem with the washing machine the caretaker and the owner both responded promptly. All in all we had great stay and would recommend.

Comme à la Maison
superbe location nous étions comme à la maison idéale pour 9 personnes, spacieuse, 3 salles de bain ce qui évitent les tensions, pièces à vivre idéales, cheminée bien appréciée pour la veillée de Noël. Cuisine bien équipée ce qui est rare en location. Bref bien plus qu'une location une maison avec une âme.

Maison tout confort très agreable!
Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances vraiment très agreable dans cette maison. Nous avons pu profiter de tout le confort de cette maison, et de tous les équipements présents. Le terrain est très agréable et a permis a nos enfants de pouvoir jouer en toute sécurité. La piscine est très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes qui sont toutes proches de la maison! La maison est située dans un endroit très calme tout en étant près du centre du village. La maison était très propre, et très bien entretenue, on s'y sent chez soi. Je recommande vivement et j'y retournerai
