A lovely spacious villa in a quite area a car is a good choice if you want to see the area but there is also a bus service regularly.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt. Folgende Mängel: - Fotos im Internet entsprechen nicht der Realität- abgewohnt, abgenutzt- Schimmel im Schlafzimmer im 1. OG- Schimmel in allen Badezimmern - Für Homeoffice nicht geeignet, schlechtes Internet- Türen im Schlafzimmer EG und OG nicht zu öffnen, Falle wurde von uns mit Panzerpand fixiert- kein Kleiderschrank im EG im Schlafzimmer- alle Kleiderschränke muffig- keine Handtuchhaken in den Bädern im OG- Backofen funktionierte nur zeitweise- Schlafzimmer im EG nicht bezeibar- Esszimmertisch und Stühle unakzeptabel, Tischbeine angefault, für max. 4 Personen nutzbar- vorhandener Außengrill nicht nutzbar, da kejne passende Grillroste- Heizung im OG nur im Masterbedroom funktionsfähig, in allen andern Schlafräumen negativ- Außenanlage: Pool völlig ungepflegt, Hausmeister und Gärtner treten unaufgefordert auf das Grundstück, obwohl Hunde anwesend sind- bei Regen ist die gesamte Terrasse überflutet, Wasser läuft durch die Nebeneingangstür in den Wohnbereich- auf Nachfrage gab es zumindest neue Handtücher, keine Bettwäsche-

la casa está ubicada muy cerca de la playa de la Barrosa, en pleno campo de golf. Perfectamente equipada. El recibimiento, así como la comunicación con el dueño D. Ignacio, y D. Juan, que fue quien nos recibió, fue excelente. Repetiremos sin duda.

Het was fijn om een heel huis tot onze beschikking te hebben ondanks het feit dat het meubilair wel een opfrisbeurt mag hebben. De bedden zijn van een prima kwaliteit en het was allemaal schoon.

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Gegend.
Das Haus und das Grundstück sind von der Größe, Aufteilung und Ausstattung nahezu perfekt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten möchte ich aber anmerken. Die Wassertemperatur zum Duschen ist bei bewölktem Wetter in den Monaten Februar und März zu niedrig. Sobald die Sonne tagsüber am Himmel stand, war das Wasser schön warm. Das Geschirr und Besteck in der Küche war nicht richtig sauber. Der Zaun zum Golfplatz sollte dringend repariert werden. Die Rollade vom Essplatz zur Terrasse lässt sich nur halb hochziehen. Auch da sollte eine Reparatur erfolgen. die Außeneinheit der Luftheizung vom Erdgeschoss macht ziemlichen Krach wenn sie im Betrieb ist. Die Türe von der Straße zum Grundstück klempt mächtig. Nur durch ein starkes und lautes zuschlagen schließt sie. Haus und Garten ist sehr zum empfehlen. Den Pool konnte ich natürlich nicht ausprobieren, sieht aber sehr einladend aus. Juan der Hausmeister war zur Stelle, als die Bedienung der Heizung gestreikt hatte. Beste Grüße Heinz

Séjour en famille
Convient à 8 à 10 personnes. Les enfants (5) ont apprécié la piscine. Les 4 chambres sont spacieuses et propres, la banquette-lit du salon n'était pas vraiment propre, ni pratique. Notre demande pour ajouter de la vaisselle a été rapidement rencontrée.

Good property in very pleasant area
The villa is located in a pleasant, quiet area. Nobody else seemed to be living in any of the adjacent properties and it backs onto a golf course, so there was no noise in the evenings. The property itself is a good size and nicely decorated. The swimming pool and garden area were great. Our children really enjoyed the playhouse too. We had a few minor gripes on arrival - the beds hadn't been made, the freezer wasn't working, the oven had no shelves or baking trays (the kitchen could do with a bit of a refresh generally). The owner didn't rush round to apologise and fix things but said he'd send someone the next day. They turned up 3 days later and didn't speak a word of English so we didn't really get anywhere. A couple of other things to be aware of: the seal on the main bedroom's shower is broken so it floods everytime you use it and the 800 channel satellite TV is all well and good but all the channels are German (great if you speak German I suppose!). I don't want this to sound like a negative review because overall the place is very nice and we had an enjoyable stay. I am just not sure it quite deserves the 5-star accolades other people have given it.

Le séjour a été agréable, la maison est propre, les environs sont tranquilles. mais ça prend une voiture pour se déplacer en ville ou à la plage. Les 3 premiers jours de notre séjour, la pompe de la piscine n'était démarrée, mais nous avions pas besoin de piscine.

La villa es preciosa y está muy cuidada. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto los 18 dias que hemos estado. El entorno, fantastico. Y tanto Nacho, el propietario, como Juan, nuestra persona de contacto alli, totalmente pendientes de todo lo que necesitáramos. Sin duda, el año que viene repetiremos.

Das Haus ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen.
Leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Es ist nicht mehr alles so wie auf den Fotos. 8 Personen können dort sehr gut wohnen. Mehr Schlafplätze stehen nicht zur Verfügung. In der Küche ist alles,was man braucht.Die Eigentümer und der Hausverwalter sind sehr bemüht, wenn es Probleme gibt.Für sportliche Menschen ist der Weg zu Fuß zum Strand machbar,35 Minuten. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist sehr schön und es sind gute Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.Der Supermarkt liegt auch in der Nähe.Rundum haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
