The Ocean View Loft is directly situated ocean front in the monumental city centre of Willemstad in Pietermaai District. (Unesco Heritage)
The roomy studio apartment (85m2) with high beamed ceiling, amazing view over the Caribbean sea and plenty of privacy. On the porch with a lot of shadow you’ll find the dining table, the colorful lounge area with always a cool breeze and a BBQ.

This Ocean View Apartment has a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, oven, luxury coffee Nespresso Machine, smoothie blender and a large refrigerator/freezer with ice cube. Also a sound system with I-pod connection, flatscreen tv and a book case for even more relaxing moments.

The bed room area is furnished with an airco cooled romantic canopy beds. Open the sliding doors (6 (meters wide), to fell asleep with the sounds of the sea or cooling down your bed with the special healthy airco Evening Breeze. The roomy en suite bath room has a rain shower with ocean view, double wash basins, hair dryer and large mirrors. Followed by the walk in closet.

The apartment exudes luxury and relaxation for a perfect feeling at home experience, with a comfortable and modern interior design with natural materials (wood, concrete). The 6 meter high beamed ceiling provides a lot of light, roomy and luxury feeling.

The central location of the town house makes PM78 the perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying each other and also for daytrips to play golf, dive, or go to the beach. Less than a ten minute drive away you will find popular beaches, such as Mambo Beach and Cabana Beach. We should also add that Curacao offers a lot of entertainment open air concerts (North Sea Jazz Festival Curacao, Full Moon party, festivals), shops, great food, and cozy lounge clubs. And very important to mention, enjoying all culinary and local restaurants within walking distance in Pietermaai District, happy hours and a lot of live music.

At walking distance from PM78 is a diving school. A little further down the road you will find a trendy ocean club, where you can go from lounging in relaxing sun beds to taking a refreshing dive in the pool, all while sipping your champagne from breakfast till dinner time. More towards the city centre (2000 ft) you’ll find diverse restaurants and many shops. The st. Annabaai is also located here, with the famous Pontjesbrug (also known as the swinging old lady), the floating fruit market and the Riffort with its many boutiques, clothing shops, and cozy patios where the cruise ships dock. The Ocean View Apartment is located on the upper level (third floor) of PM78, so enjoy the spectacular view over the ocean right from your porch. You will see the cruise ships, sail boats, small fishing boats and yachts navigate their way past the accommodation and sometimes wild dolphins! (We provide a binoculars) A view that will never bore!
