Lovely!
I loved the house. It was big enough to accomodate all of us but still cosy. Lovely view, nice area and great pool. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was unclear if we had to bring our towels and sheets, because I read on the site some other guests complained about that but it appeared everything was included. Kids thought it the best house we rented so fa!

Schoenes Haus - nicht perfekt
Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, abgeschieden in einem Wald, mit direktem Blick auf Grimaud. Der Golf von St Tropez ist dabei - je nach Verkehr - in einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Die Aussenanlage des Hauses ist sehr schön, der Pool ist groß, die Terrasse um den Pool ist großzügig, es gibt (gab) ein Poolhaus mit Liegesofa und eine Aussenkueche mit Griller. Allerdings gibt es keine Aussendusche, die würde man schon erwarten, da der Pool ein Salzwasserpool (allerdings herkömmlich mit Chlortabletten chloriert) Es gibt eine Garage, die man verwenden kann um etwa leere Koffer unterzustellen, das ist sehr praktisch. In der Garage ist auch ein weiterer Kühlschrank vorhanden. Sehr gut! Die Küchenschränke sind von durchschnittlicher Qualität, die Küchengeräte eher unterdurchschnittlich. Das Geschirr ist großteils abgeschlagen. Die Schlafzimmer sind durchwegs sehr klein, alle Schranktüren klemmen. In den Zimmern fehlt es an Haken, um Kleidung aufhängen zu können. Es gibt nicht an jeder Bettseite ein Nachtkästchen und es gibt auch viel zu wenige Leselampen bei den Betten. Die Bäder sind funktional, aber schlampig ausgeführt. Armaturen wackeln. Eine der Toiletten hat kein Waschbecken. Obwohl in der Objektbeschreibung versprochen, ist kein Haartrockner vorhanden. Pascale, die Betreuerin vor Ort ist sehr nett, spricht allerdings kein Wort Englisch. Zum Glück kann ihr Ehemann übersetzen. Beim Mietpreis sind Bettzeug und Handtücher nicht enthalten - der Besitzer hat uns per email angeboten, diese um 120 Euro auszuborgen, was wir gerne annahmen. Bei Ankunft wusste davon aber niemand mehr etwas! Das ist unprofessionell und komplett inakzeptabel. Das Objekt war bei unserer Ankunft nicht besonders sauber. Der Boden war sicher nicht gewischt, vermutlich nur gesaugt. In den Ecken waren Spinnweben (mit Spinnen). Waschbecken und Toilettenmuscheln waren sauber, manche Teile der Duschen sind wohl aber überhaupt noch nie gereinigt worden. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft, ich musste am ersten Tag gleich einmal den Abfluss von den Haaren unzähliger Vormieter befreien. Der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft auch nicht sauber, ein "Poolboy" kam erst am Sonntag nach einer Woche. In anderen Häusern dieser Klasse kommt jemand mindestens 2x die Woche um nach dem Pool zu sehen und/oder es ist ein Poolroboter vorhanden.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick!
Wir haben hier mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Hund einen wundervollen Urlaub verbracht. Die geräumige, gut ausgestattete Küche eignet sich hervorragend für schöne Kochabende - der Ausblick auf die Burg von Grimaud beim Kochen ist traumhaft. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den großen, abends beleuchteten Pool. In der Lounge auf der Terrasse vor der Küche haben wir unseren Tag wiederum mit Blick auf die Burg ausklingen lassen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und gut beheizt! Zweimal wöchentlich kam ein sehr netter Pool-Reiniger (seinen Namen kennen wir leider nicht). Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, von der Buchung an tolle Kommunikation und unser Kennenlernen vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Die Betreuung durch Christine und Pascale beim Ein- und Auschecken war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

INCREDIBLE!!
I cannot recommend this villa more! From the booking to the arrival it was flawless. The villa itself is even nicer in person and the photos don’t do it justice! Both Franck and Pascale were lovely to deal with and easy to get hold of. The house is fully fitted and everything is explained on arrival. Location was perfect to trips to Port Grimaud, St Tropez and Grimaud village. Locally you have the supermarket and cute little shops. We met Pascale on the main road then followed her to the private villa road. So impressed by the villa we will definitely be going back! Had a lovely week, thank you Franck, Christine & Pascale! Wow wow wow. simply stunning!
We have just returned from an amazing week here. Fabulous contemporary villa, with great pool and outdoor areas. The surrounding view is simply stunning. Perfect location to visit all of our old haunts, st tropez, port grimaud, grimaud village. Can't recommend it enough. We will return for sure. The Kerton family x

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison tout confort et au calme. Bien située entre Grimaud et Cogolin, la position est idéale pour visiter la région. Les caves aux alentours nous ont réservés d'excellentes surprises. Les domaine de La Giscle (Collobrieres) et Château Saint-Maur (magnifique déco) valent une petite visite et c'est juste à côté de la maison.On mange très bien à Gassin , "au vieux Gassin" et à Port Grimaud au "Café Telline".
