We are in perferia, 300m from the town center in a very quiet place, where you can relax and enjoy the silence and the smells of nature, and a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of portu tramatzu, tuerredda, chia, the dunes bianchedi teulada and porto pino. A few km from the caves is zuddas.

Siamo stati bene!

Casa spaziosa, accogliente e pulitissima dalla posizione comodissima per raggiungere tutte le spiagge vicine più belle. I proprietari, Paolo e Josefa sono persone molto cordiali e accoglienti e ci hanno fatto sentire davvero coccolati.

Des vacances en famille dans un cadre formidable

La location est très bien située, à quelques minutes en voiture de très belles plages et du centre de Teluada. Le logement est bien équipé, très propre et confortable avec un gros coup de cœur pour la terrasse avec vue sur la garrigue et les moutons. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos enfants qui ont également adoré.

Toller erholsamer Urlaub

Ein schönes Anwesen, in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Vermieter sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit, die uns gleich bei Ankunft mit landestypischen Süssigkeiten/Gebäck und einem kühlen Bier empfingen. Nicht ersichtlich war für uns bei Buchung, dass diese direkt mit im Haus wohnen und es sich um zwei nebeneinander liegende Ferienwohnungen im oberen Stockwerk handelt. Dennoch hatte man ausreichend Privatsphäre! Ein kleiner eigener Balkon mit Grill war vorhanden, von den Nachbarn nicht einsehbar und man konnte abends gemütlich draußen sitzen (weitestgehend ohne von quälenden Mosquitos überfallen zu werden). Die umliegenden Strände (nächster Strand 10 Automin. entfernt) sind gut erreichbar und wirklich sehr schön. Sand hell, fein und das Wasser türkisblau wie in der Karibik, leider meist sehr überfüllt. Größere Stadt ist ca.1 Std. entfernt, umliegend nur Dörfer bzw. kleinere Ortschaften, wobei man auf Kurven/Serpentinenfahrten eingestellt sein sollte. Die Insel ist bergig, wunderschön grün und auch für Wanderungen zu empfehlen. In der näheren Umgebung lohnt sich der Besuch der Tropfsteinhöhlen, sowie die Fahrt auf die Inseln Sant´Antioco und San Pietro. FAZIT: Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très agréable séjour à Teulada

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille à Teulada. La location est très agréable et très bien située. Nous étions à quelques minutes en voiture de l'une des plus belles plages. Paolo et son épouse ont été très accueillants et disponibles; nous avons adoré et nos enfants également. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

ho appena trascorso due settimane di vacanza con la mia famiglia a casa Lai....esperienza meravigliosa, la casa rispetta pienamente le aspettative e le descrizioni fornite, ottima la pulizia, e si trova in posizione strategica per poter raggiungere velocemente tutte le spiagge più belle. E' la zona della Sardegna più bella perché ancora poco conosciuta e quindi abbastanza "selvaggia". Un ringraziamento e un saluto a tutta la famiglia Lai. Lorenzo B.

Vengo da Rimini, cercavo ...

Vengo da Rimini, cercavo paesaggi e acqua limpida. Ho trovato tutto oltre ogni aspettativa. Appartamento scelto per caratteristiche ed ubicazione (mi muovevo fra Pula e Sant'Antioco, max 30 minuti da una parte e dall'altra di Teulada). L'annuncio è veritiero e rispecchia quanto dichiarato. Il prezzo è proporzionato all'appartamento offerto. Proprietari gentili e disponibili, spesso un piacere fare due chiacchere insieme. Vacanza da ripetere nei prossimi anni.

"Abbiamo trascorso una sp...

"Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza presso questa bellissima casa subito fuori Teulada. La villetta è costruita su due piani e possiede un bel giardino antistante molto curato. Al piano inferiore vivono i proprietari mentre quello superiore è costituito da due appartamenti indipendenti e ben separati destinati agli ospiti. La villetta è immersa nel verde e nel silenzio della campagna sarda: i suoni e i profumi della natura sono protagonisti. L''appartamento è molto spazioso, pulito e curato nell''arredamento ed è dotato di tutto l''occorrente necessario, oltre che di una bella e grande terrazza. Le foto e le descrizioni corrispondono completamente alla realtà. Inoltre, i proprietari sono molto gentili, accoglienti e simpatici. In generale, la casa rappresenta un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare comodamente tutta la costa da Porto Pino a Chia. Tutte le spiagge sono, infatti, raggiungibili in auto tra dieci e venti minuti. La casa si trova inoltre a due passi da Teulada, solo pochi minuti a piedi. Il ritorno a casa è stato traumatico: saremmo rimasti volentieri altre due settimane!!!"

"Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza utilizzando l''appartamento dell''annuncio che corrisponde pienamente a quanto descritto. Ottimo per gli spazi interni ed esterni (terrazza), attrezzature, tranquillità del posto che si trova in luogo silenzioso ed in mezzo al verde pur essendo vicino al paese. Ottimo anche logisticamente per visitare tutte le spiagge della costa del sol. L''atmosfera è famigliare grazie anche ai proprietari che ti fanno sentire a casa, per disponibilità e simpatia. Ricorderemo con nostalgia i giorni i trascorsi."
