pretty wooden apartment! ideally located, 80 meters from the ocean !! very cozy .. it will charm you !!we are in the heart of the small village of carcans plage; small restaurants, small beach bars; as well as surf schools for the whole family! shackles stayed wild! and if you want to do the wine route; you will be there in 30min! or a small tour on Bordeaux in 1 hour !!

Toller Sommerurlaub

Sehr schöne kleine und gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Surf-und Badeörtchen Carcans plage. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, der endlose Strand, Supermarkt,Bäcker,Cafes und Bars in weniger als 100m Entfernung. Zum wunderschönen See Hourtin sind es 7-10Min Autofahrzeit. Carcans plage ist vor allem durch die vielen Surfschulen geprägt bietet aber auch einige schöne Lokale und Cafes und ist ein sehr lebendiges Örtchen während der Hauptsaison danach wurde es sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin Caroline iist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht auch fliessend Englisch. Einziger Wermutstropfen für unsere Kinder war das fehlende Wlan (Router war außer Betrieb)und das schlechte Handynetz in Carcans plage, Wer wie wir das nicht unbedingt braucht hat hier eine tolle Zeit mit Wasser satt in alle Richtungen. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Achim und Sabine

Super Lage: Supermarkt und Bäcker 0,5 Minuten, Strand 10 Minuten zu Fuß, einfach aber gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen

Gemütliches Haus, super Lage

Das Haus von Caroline ist perfekt gelegen, hat die optimale Grösse für eine Familie mit 4 Personen, ist gut ausgestattet und super wohnlich. man fühlt sich ab dem ersten Moment wohl. Der Aussenbereich ist okay. Durch die Lage inmitten des Dorfzentrums hält sich der Grünanteil aber stark in Grenzen. Dafür ist alles ‚ums Eck’. Das grosse Sonnensegel nimmt im Oktober leider etwas viel Licht und Sonne weg. Im Sommer ist man darüber aber sicher dankbar. Caroline und ihr Mann sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Sie waren jeweils sofort zur Stelle wenn wir etwas brauchten.

Le chalet sur la plage

Le logement très bien équipé est au cœur du village, à 50m de la plage. Il est confortable et très bien aménagé, notamment l'espace terrasse avec la douche extérieure, le coin bar, le hamac, ... Caroline est très accueillante et soucieuse de la sérénité de ses hôtes. Je recommande...

Surf à Carcans-Plage

Un accueil chaleureux, une villégiature au bord de la plage (1 minute à pied), une terrasse protégée très agréable. Un vrai nid pour surfeur attentif sur son confort.

Très agréable. Très bien placé. Très bon accueil.

Idéalement placé en bord de mer. On trouve des commerces de proximité au pied de la location. Vous pouvez poser la voiture ! Nous avons apprécié les équipements : terrasse abritée, douche extérieure (en plus de la salle de bain :-) ) plancha au gaz. Le petit plus sur le prêt de parasols, chapeaux. Tout pour un très bon séjour. Les plus sportifs auront des locations de planches, vélos... Je recommande cette location !

Séjour agréable

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Caroline lors de notre arrivée. Les photos de l’annonce ne correspondent cependant pas au logement que nous avons eu, mais à celui juste à côté. L’esprit est le même, même s’il y a quelques différences dans l’aménagement et les espaces. L’emplacement est idéal, à 5min à pieds de la plage, et au près des commerces. Le lave vaisselle est tombé en panne au début de notre séjour, Caroline a été très réactive et l’a remplacé de suite. La cuisine dans son ensemble mériterait un bon dégraissage, et le reste de l’électroménager sera à revoir (programmateur de la machine à laver qui « saute » et bouton d'ouverture du micro ondes qui reste enfoncé). Nous avons passés deux semaines très agréables.

Traumlage

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in diesem kleinen quirligen Ort Urlaub zu machen. Das Häuschen liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum und Strand. Diese Lage ist nicht zu toppen. 👌Innen ist es zweckmäßig eingerichtet und lieb dekoriert. Die Terrasse mit Aussendusche einfach super!! Einzig die Sauberkeit in der Küche war leider schlecht. Wir sind sonst Camper und nicht pingelig, aber hier mussten wir erstmal komplett putzen. Dreck, klebrig, Fettkrusten, Essenreste... Hoffentlich war das ein Versehen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und sofort bei Fragen zur Stelle!! Nach der Reinigung war es dann ein schöner Urlaub und das Objekt echt empfehlenswert.

Perfekter Strandurlaub mit super Ausflugszielen

Das Apartement ist kleiner, als gedacht und die Küche minimalistisch, aber rotzdem ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer waren super und die Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig als Wohnzimmer genutzt. Der Weg zum Strand war superkurz und auch sonst alles am Ort, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, gute Restaurants...), trotzdem alles klein und überschaubar. Perfekter Ort für Strandurlaub mit schönen Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung. Immer wieder gern!
