environnement bruyant
Mon épouse et moi qui sommes des habitués de location de vacances regrettent que dans l'annonce la proximité de l'appart(surtout de la chambre) d'une route très fréquentée n'était pas précisée. De plus les arbres du jardin s'étant fort développés par rapport à la photo de l'annonce, la vue sur le lac était mauvaise....

Le rêve !
Appartement très bien équipé en bordure du lac avec une vue absolument magnifique. Qui fait partie d’une petite copropriété avec accès direct au lac. Un seul petit bémol, la chambre donne sur la rue qui est assez passante, il vaut mieux fermer les volets et fenêtres la nuit

Les pieds dans l'eau!
Une semaine très agréable : la proximité du lac, la vue du balcon, l'appartement et des voisins très sympathiques y sont pour beaucoup Seul bémol, le bruit des voitures la nuit. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre qui donne directement sur la route, ce qui est un véritable problème en cas de fortes chaleurs.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in een rustiger deel van met meer van Annecy. De directie privé toegang tot het meer is erg plezierig. Adequate en vriendelijke beheerder.

Perfect location for bathing and mountain walking!
Very convenient location for our needs, both bathing in the lake and walking in the mountains. Well equipped kitchen, view of the lake from the balcony. Pity there was no Wifi. We enjoyed the beautiful medieval village of Duingt! Very convenient with food shop and bakery within a couple of minutes walking. Several restaurants within walking distance. Friendly neighbours who gave us recommendations about the area.

Prima. Mooi aan het meer. Alle luxe aanwrzig. Goede bedden. Top. Enig minpuntje: huis ligt aan drukke weg. In tuin aan het meer niet veel last van, maar op balkon wel. Voor mij geen probleem, maar als je echt rust zoekt.....

Situation de l'appartement idéale pour visiter la région et pour des balades à vélos.

M et Me BESSON, en charge des arrivées et départs sont très accueillant et de bons conseils. L'appartement est très bien situé, suffisamment équipé. Le rapport qualité/prix est correct. Dog friendly dans l'appartement, (pas l'extérieur de la copro). bémol : télé franchement petite, aspirateur n'aspire pas, route très très passante!

Très correcte. Beau séjour et cuisine. Belle vue sur le lac. Juste un petit hic mais pas grave, salle de bain très petite car baignoire et douche, on est à l'étroit.

Cette location ne correspond pas au dire du propriétaire ne convient qu'à un couple tout juste t
Cette location doit être revu ne correspond pas pour plus de deux personnes. Il y a une vrais chambre. La salle de bain est le WC trop petit. La propreté est à revoir. Je ne la conseillerais à personne. Trop cher par rapport à la qualité proposé.
