Cottage for 3 persons...for relaxing, tranquil and great holidays...

Beautiful self-catering cottage in a charming typical Provencal house, comfort, calm, in the middle of olive trees and on the heart of Bandol’s vineyard, on the hills between the villages of La Cadière and Castellet. Our estate of more than a hectare is entirely closed and planted with olive trees.
Entrance, double living room, kitchen and bedrooms open on to the living room, bathroom with separate toilets and large shower, heating, air-conditioning, flat screen television and washing machine. The ceilings are in wood, the floor is tiled with the traditional terra cotta and walls have an old style patina. The kitchen is fully equipped with oak wood and has Provencal colours. The living room is composed of a dining area with old style patina furniture combinning the Louis XV Ile de France style with Provencal shapes and of a comfortable living room. It opens on a wide terrace with table and barbecue. The room is equipped with a large 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed.

Enchanting!
We stayed in a cozy, well-appointed guesthouse that blended traditional Provençal décor with modern comforts. The views from our room were simply stunning, overlooking rolling hills and vineyards that stretched as far as the eye could see. Mornings were particularly special as we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace, savoring the crisp and fresh air.

Piece of heaven
The rental is just like the pictures with so much charm! Jerome was extremely friendly and helpful on arrival writing us lists of grocery stores, beaches and events! Yet, it felt very private after our arrival. The pool is even prettier than the pics with lounge chairs to relax! Thank you for sharing your property and your friendly hospitality!

Our general impression was good. We would recommend this vacation property. Advice for improvement would be: Renew the cooking equipment. Some pans are old and damaged. Clean also under cupboards and beds. Bedlinnen shoukd also be renewed. But apart from minor remarks the location is great. The host has good ideas for interrsting sightseeiing spots. We would stay here again.

Nice cottage, but a few too many things under par
The cottage is tastefully decorated and nicely placed for a quiet break. Unfortunately, a few things irked us. These are as much HomeAway's fault, as the proprietors; The fifty euro, non-refundable, cleaning fee is not explicitly mentioned in the breakdown of the costs and the five hundred euro cash security deposit is a pain, as we then have to change it back to GBP (why this can not be taken/refunded on the card that was used to book, we never understood) Other annoyances include the lack of a few simple provisions in the kitchen, salt/pepper/oil, would have been of far greater use than a basket of sweets. The WiFi rarely worked, which is essential with the network coverage being so weak. A bit more clarity/information on the surrounding sites/restaurants would have been nice, rather than one scruffy bit of paper

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt
wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die kleine Kochecke mit Spülmaschine ist funktional und gut ausgestattet. Eine Wucht ist der Weber 2 Flammen Gasgrill. Der Swimmingpool ist in einen gepfegte tropische Garten integriert. Erholung ist garantiert.

Le logement est très bien équipé et avec beaucoup de charme, la piscine a également l'air très sympa mais pas testée au mois d'octobre. L'accueil est vraiment sympathique et de bon conseil. Attention : prévoir des frais de ménages supplémentaires (50€ dans notre cas)

Le paradis à deux pas de chez vous.
Quel endroit magnifique!! Dépaysement total au milieu des oliviers. Le logement est spacieux et décoré avec goût. Le propriétaire est attentionné et de bon conseils. Nous avons été très bien reçu, nous y retournerons sans aucun doute .

Nous vous remerçions pour ce très bel accueil au sein de votre Gîte. Nous rentrons juste et les enfants ont déjà envie d'y retourner ! Le logement est très agréable, le matériel à disposition de grande qualité, l'environnement et les conseils très sympas sur la région ont participé à la réussite de notre séjour. Le soleil était déjà la la partie nous permettant de profiter la la piscine superbe et chaises longues à disposition des vacanciers. les propriétaires ont été à l'écoute et disponibles mais non envahissants.BEL accueil des enfants aussi. Les petits cadeaux de la région ainsi que des petits choses délicieuses à manger sont très sympas à l'arrivée. en résumé, très bon séjour , à renouveler ! Famille SORIN ANICET

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Appartement La Chene, es ist alles da, was man braucht, die Räume sind großzügig, der Pool ist toll, es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar, tolle Orte im Landesinneren wie auch am Meer, es gibt viel zu sehen. Danke an Raymond und seine Familie!

Schöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage + nette Vermieter
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber, schön eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung im Urlaub benötigt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich (spricht wohl nur französisch) und die Lage des Objektes war traumhaft schön in den Weinbergen und nur wenige Fahrminuten (Auto notwendig) von den nächsten Orten/Supermärkten/Meer entfernt.

Séjour très agréable au Mas des Bouteillans
Le lieu était fidèle à nos souvenirs (6 ans), toujours très agréable, l'accueil chaleureux, la disponibilité des propriétaires et leur sympathie. La propriété est toujours aussi plaisante, la décoration de goût et les équipements de qualité. Le séjour dans les environs était vraiment super, la localisation est vraiment très facile pour rayonner dans la région. Nous reviendrons et recommandons vivement le lieu! Entorno y alojamiento encantadores
El entorno es fantástico y muy tranquilo. El alojamiento muy cómodo y agradable. Mucho menaje en la cocina, toallas y una cama muy confortable. La decoración provenzal cuidada en los detalles. Marie-France y Raymond fueron muy amables en todo momento, nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida con productos de la finca y otro detalle al salir. ¡Muchas gracias! El único inconveniente es que hablan solamente francés...incluso el contrato que firmamos no había posibilidad de uno traducido al inglés. Totalmente recomendable.

Un séjour Génial dans un coin de rêve !
Tout tout a été parfait !le sérieux et la gentillesse des propriétaires.Dans ce magnifique gîte rien ne manque (Ah si....un grille pains )Dans cette très jolie propriété vous avez le calme, la nature.....Difficile de choisir un gîte parmi les quatre ! Dans le Chêne nous y étions bien, avec ses grandes baies vitrées ,sa grande terrasse,son petit jardin.....L'intérieur est très accueillant, les meubles et les accessoires de très bonne qualité............enfin tout était parfait. Nous remercions Marie France, Raymond, mais aussi Sylvie et Jérome ,très disponibles et sympathiques. Peut-être a l'année prochaine ? mais nous reviendrons c'est sûr!!!!

CONVIVIALITE EST LE MAITRE MOT DES LIEUX
FRAMBOISE 67 Dés que nous avions franchi le portail d' entrée du "Mas des Bouteillans", nous étions persuadés d' avoir fait le bon choix quant à notre location vacances. Le sourire accueillant, l' atmosphère ambiante, le gîte "le Chêne", son aménagement, la déco non sans oublier toutes les attentions que nous découvrions sur place, la belle piscine, bref nous étions séduits. Notre petit chien a évolué tout à son aise et en totale liberté dans cette grande propriété en compagnie des deux chiens trés sociables des propriétaires. On se sent vraiment chez soi, les propriétaires étant très discrets mais toutefois avenants et disponibles si le besoin s' en ressent. Il va s' en dire que c' est avec grand bonheur que nous y retournons au printemps prochain, nous voulons à nouveau profiter du charme du "Mas des Bouteillans", faire des escapades dans l' arrière pays et sur le littoral. Au plaisir de vous revoir bientôt.

Gîte magnifique, bercé par le chant des cigales, dans un environnement réunissant tous les ingrédients pour nous régaler durant tout notre séjour sans la moindre fausse note, sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires naturellement sympathiques et attentionnés... et pour couronner le tout seule région de France préservée d'un été quelque peu cahotique. Habitant la '' pluvieuse Belgique ", on n'a qu'une envie, c'est d'y retourner ! A très bientôt.

CADRE ENCHANTEUR
Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses, dans cete location où toute la famille des propriétaires est fort sympathique. La décoration est très recherchée, tout est pensé dans le moindre détail , la piscine et ses plantes exotiques nous apportent un grande sérénité. Je recommande vivement cette location dans une région qui recelle de paysages splendides ! Nous y retournerons certainement.

Séjour très satisfaisant
Dans ce beau gîte, très confortable, on se sent comme chez nous. L'accueil, la gentillesse et la discrétion des propriétaires sont très appréciables. Les conseils de ballades sont très judicieux, notamment celle du sentier du littoral qui est magnifique. C'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons pour continuer de visiter cette très belle région.
