Location très fonctionnelle bien équipée avec literies de qualité. Maison au calme mais la mer et les commerces essentiels sont accessibles à pied. Nombreux restaurants aussi accessibles à pied. Piscine spacieuse pour le nombre de résidents agrémentée de confortables transats. A recommander. Accueil facile à organiser avec le propriétaire comme le départ.

Location au calme à proximité de la plage
Location spacieuse et bien équipée avec peu de résidents ce qui est un plus pour une fréquentation paisible de la piscine. On peut se passer de voiture si on connaît bien la région comme nous car il y a à proximité tous les petits commerces essentiels presse pharmacie etc.. et les grandes surfaces livrent à domicile. Cette location est également très calme car suffisamment éloignée de la plage et de la route. Qq bons restaurants accessibles à pied. Les échanges avec la propriétaire occupantes sont fluides pour réserver arriver et partir Nous y avons déjà séjourné et nous recommandons

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Corinne, la maison ce situe dans un endroit calme, parfait pour ce reposer et en même temps proche de toutes commodités et de la plage. La piscine est superbe pour passer de bon moment fraîcheur !

Corinne est une hôte agréable et l'hébergement estitue non loin de la plage et de quelques commerces. Par contre il faut vivre et manger avec chiens et chats qui ne vous lâchent pas et attention aux toiles d araignées présentés dans tout l appartement

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Kultur (Ajaccio) und Wanderungen durch die umliegenden Berge. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberinn, die auch sehr gute Ausflugstipps erteilt. Supermärkte in der Nähe, sehr gepflegter Pool mit tollem Ausblick. Zwei liebe Hunde, zwei Katzen und jede Menge Hühner laufen frei herum und besuchen einen jederzeit.

Une partition sans fausse note. Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix une minute. Un havre de paix perché sur les hauteurs de Porticci a quelques pas de la plage. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans le sud de la Corse ! Corinne , accompagnée de ses fidèles et adorables compagnons est assurément une hôtesse au top . Équipements de qualité,literie exceptionnelle,notre appartement ne comportait aucun vis à vis. Distance appreciable entre l aéroport et la location. J irai meme jusque dire que les photos de l annonce, bien que fidèles, ne rendent pas justice à la beauté des lieux. Merci à vous. Une petite gratouille à June et Pépite

Great appartment
We found the appartment to be exactly as we had expected from the pictures. Everything we needed was available. It‘s easy to communicate with Corinne and she made us feel very welcome. The shared pool is nice, we often had it to ourselves even if the other appartments in the villa were booked as well. We definitely recommend this place to stay.

Séjour de 15 jours en septembre. Logement fonctionnel, bonne literie. Grande piscine avec une belle vue .Environnement calme. A 10 minutes à pied de la grande plage d Agosta et des commerces de proximité. Propriétaire charmante et attentionnée. Location que je recommanderai sans problème.

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung an einem langen Strand in Randlage von Porticcio.
Komplex mit vier Wohneinheiten, von einander unabhängig und mit getrennten Eingangs-Bereichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber ubd gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die freundliche und sympathische und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin bewohnt selbst eine Einheit. Oft kommt es einem jedoch so vor, als würde man dort alleine wohnen und hat den wunderschönen Pool für sich. Den langen Sandstrand erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten. Das Wasser ist klar und sauber und man kann wunderbar schnorcheln.

Merci à Corinne pour son accueil dans son appartement type 3 chaleureux et de bonne taille. Prestations de qualité, appartement bien disposé et équipé. Literie de très bonne qualité pour des vacances récupératrices, lits faits à l'arrivée, Appartement très propre, matériel complet et de marque (barbecue WEBER, aspirateur Dyson, ...). terrasse indépendante sans vis à vis. L'appartement est idéalement situé à 300 m d'une supérette et boulangerie, à 150 m de la mer, à 30 mn d'Ajaccio et 20 de l'aéroport, à 2h de Bonifacio... Piscine chauffée vue mer, table de ping-pong, ... Vacances relaxantes et dépaysantes garanties !

Location très agréable
Propriétaires très accueillants et chaleureux. Appartement tout à fait agréable, bien équipé, au calme dans un beau jardin et la nature environnante, en retrait de la côte, des plages, commerces et restaurants qui sont à 10 mn à pied. La magnifique piscine (plus fraiche que la mer) est partagée avec les autres locataires. Le vieux chien est un peu trop présent mais ne sera plus là longtemps... Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.
