Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sofort so gefühlt wie zuhause. Die Atmosphäre war sehr entspannt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man erreicht sehr schnell die Berge und die Strände. Der Ausblick auf das Meer war sowohl morgens als auch am Abend ein Genuss. Abgerundet wurde der Aufenthalt durch den liebevoll gestalteten Garten. Die Vermieterin hielt sich dezent im Hintergrund und auch die 4 Hunde waren sehr zahm.

Jolie location ,tout confort , bien située avec une superbe vue . La propriétaire est très discrète et très gentille . Le centre ville de l île Rousse est à 10 mn à peine en voiture . Nous avons passé un super séjour merci

agréable séjour

Logement confortable conforme à l'annonce. De la place à 4 avec deux grands ados. Terrasse très sympa avec vue montagne et mer. Proche des commodités. A noter, il y a plusieurs chiens sur la propriété, ce qui mériterait d'être annoncé. Très agréable séjour dans l'ensemble.

Traumhafte Terrasse und perfekte Nachtruhe

Geräumig, schön mit einer in die Jahre gekommene Küche, große Terrasse mit Meerblick. üppig ausgestattet. Uns hat es im Prinzip an nichts gefehlt. Vielleicht ein wenig preislich zu hoch angesetzt für die Ausstattungsqualität (Keine Kritik an Vielfalt der Details) der Wohnung - aber das ist wirklich sehr subjektiv und basiert auf unserer Erfahrung mit vergleichbaren Objekten. Marie ist sehr zurückhaltend und sehr freundlich.

Empfehlenswert....Schöner Ausblick..

Wohnungsbeschreibung und Bilder entsprechen der Wohnung,besonders hervorzuheben ist die schöne Dachterasse mit Meeres -und Gebirgsblick,auf der man in angenehmer gemütlicher Atmosphäre Essen und Entspannen kann, Am Abend haben wir die schönen Sonnenuntergänge sehr genossen. Können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Die Vermieterin wohnt auch auf dem Gelände. Sie hält sich diskret im Hindergrund. Unsere Anreise zur späten Stunde hat hervorragend und unproblematisch geklappt. Auto ist aus unserer Sicht empfehlenswert.

perfekte Wohnung mit herrlicher Dachterase

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden an dieser herrlich gelegenen Wohnung im oberen Teil von L`lle-Rousse (Richtung Monticello). Das Haus besteht aus insgesamt 3 Wohnungen. 2 kleinere im Erdgeschoss und die grosse Wohnung mit Dachterasse im 1.Stock. Eigentümerin und Familie wohnen nebenan. Zum Anwesen gehören auch Hunde und Katzen, welche aber äußerst lieb sind und überhaupt nicht auftringlich. Sie kennen ihren Bereich!!! Innenausstattung nahezu perfekt. Alles im sehr guten Zustand und reichlich vorhanden. Von Waschmaschine,Spülmaschine bis zum Mixer und Entsafter war alles da. Durch die herrliche und sehr ruhige Lage oberhalb der Stadt, braucht man allerdings ein Auto, da es keinen Fussweg in die Stadt gibt.(nur über Hauptstrasse, ca25min.) Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Beau séjour à Monticello

Terrasse spacieuse, belle vue sur la montagne et la mer. Cuisine fonctionnelle rien n'y manque. Très propre et décoré avec goût. Point de départ idéal pour découvre la balagne à 5mn du centre ville d'île rousse et de sa plage. La propriétaire est très accueillante. Hautement recommandable.

Très bel appartement à l'étage très bien équipé avec une très grande terrasse et une belle vue

Cet appartement spacieux et décoré avec goût est très bien équipé. Il est tellement agréable qu'on sent à l'aise tout de suite. Le linge de maison de bonne qualité mis à disposition est très appréciable. L'équipement ménager est complet .Je remercie très chaleureusement la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir . Merci

Fantastisch

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren jedes Jahr in Ferienwohnungen oder -häusern unterwegs. Diese Unterkunft zählt zu den schönsten, die wir bisher hatten. Traumhafter Ausblick von der großen Terrasse, sehr schön eingerichtet, super ausgestattete Küche, sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und mir fällt nichts ein was gefehlt hätte. Alles sehr sauber.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren im Juni 2017 in der Wohnung und alles war so, wie es auf den Bildern auch aussieht. Die Terrasse ist schön groß und die Einrichtung in einem Top-Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und trotzdem zurückhaltend. Die Lage nach Ile Rousse ist perfekt. Ein Auto ist notwendig.

Trés bon hébergement, proximité immédiate de l'Ile Rousse, le calme en plus.

Nous avons apprécié l'excellent Accueil et la discrétion de la propriétaire. appartement aux beaux volumes, propre, bien entretenu et lumineux, Très belle terrasse, cependant un store banne serait le bienvenu, une climatisation également, car exposition plein soleil chauffant rapidement l'appartement. literie de qualité. Une réserve à émettre concernant les canapés du séjour, inconfortables à l'assise. Très satisfaits du séjour

Sehr schöneWohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist sensationell gut - so etwas haben wir noch in keiner Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend mit fantastischen Blick auf's Meer. Schade ist nur, dass die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hat. Die Vermieterin wohnte bei uns unten im Haus, der Sohn mit seinem Hund nebenan. Sehr netter Kontakt, absolut unaufdringlich und zurückhaltend. Wir können die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Beau séjour à Monticello

L' appartement 3 pièces est hautement recommandable. Il jouit d'un ensoleillement idéal dans un quartier calme. La terrasse est très spacieuse et permet de prendre tous les repas dans les meilleures conditions. On y a une belle vue sur la montagne et la mer. Le salon spacieux est très bien équipé (2 canapés, TV et WiFi de bonne qualité) et comprends également un espace pour manger à l'intérieur. La cuisine est bien fonctionnelle, rien n'y manque. Les 2 chambres à coucher sont agréables et la literie impeccable. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très propre et la propriétaire est charmante. On accède en voiture à la plage où dans les villages environnants en peu de temps.

Wonderful holidays in Balagne!

If you want to appreciate this marvellous region and see wonderful views of the sea from the hills, choose this very nice and quiet house. It is beautiful, comfortable and well decorated. The rooms are very spatious and there is everything you need. It is only five minutes far from the fantastic beaches of l'Ile Rousse and you can reach the inner Balagne with its typical villages in a short time. The landlady is very kind and helpful. We have spent a great week!

Excellent séjour !!!

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue superbe sur l'île rousse ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli et recommandons vivement cette location très propre et décorée avec goût. La terrasse est plus qu'agréable dès le petit-déjeuner et la location offre des prestations très pratiques pour inviter des amis (barbecue, grand nombre de couverts...) Pas d'hésitations, nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Komfortable Unterkunft

Das Appartement verfügt über viel Platz, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche incl. vieler Elektrogeräte läßt keine Wünsche offen. Bad und WC sind getrennt und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Sehr gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer bzw. in die Berge. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 5 Min. in Ile Rousse, ein sehr schönes Städtchen, in dem es viel Interessantes zu entdecken gibt. Allerdings ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, da die Wohnung in Monticello etwas ausserhalb liegt.Dafür ist es wiederum ruhig. Frau Roncaglia ist eine freundliche und unaufdringliche Vermieterin, die im Haus nebenan lebt . Wir haben die Zeit in ihrer wunderschönen Fewo sehr genossen und werden sicher wieder hierher zurückkommen, wenn wir in Ile Rousse Urlaub machen wollen. Rüdiger + Andrea mit 2 Kindern

Une belle semaine en Balagne

Un appartement spacieux, très agréable qui dispose de tout le confort à 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville d'Ile Rousse. Sans vis-à-vis, la vue sur la montagne, la mer et l'Ile Rousse est magnifique. Un point de départ idéal pour découvrir la Balagne.

Fantastic Appartement with nice details

Situated in Monticellu, on a hill above Ile Rousse (about 5 min drive by car), this well-kept appartement has everything you need for a very comfortable stay on Corsica. Nicely decorated, plenty of space and probabaly the best equipped kitchen we´ve seen so far in a holiday appartement (including an oven and even one of those nice all-purpose kitchen aides) made our time there very comfortable. The amazing terrace lets you enjoy the corsican sun literally till it sets into the sea, while having a BBQ or your sundowner drinks. In addition it is totally quiet at night while the birds in the macchia eat most of the mosquitos. The owner is very friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly, so we can strongly recommend this appartement. We will definitely come again! Cordialement, Martin + Ariane
