Week-end anniversaire 40 ans d un amis
Nous avons pris la location car nous étions invités à un week-end anniversaire 40 ans d’un ami, à nous, qui avait loué une salle des fêtes à Charny sur 2 soir Et nous avons réservé ce logement pour deux couples et 2 adolescents pour le week-end entier pas besoin de se déplacer en voiture le logement était à 5 bonne minute de la salle des fêtes donc parfait.

La grange 148 est une maison sympathique malheureusement le ménage certainement pas fait avant notre arrivée. La propreté générale du lieu maison et jardin laisse à désirer. Pas assez de linge de toilette pour 5 personnes. Impossible de voir la propriétaire pourtant habitant sur les lieux mais aucune réponse à nos appels. Un peu plus de ménage ne serait pas superflu ! Le logement par lui-même agréable dans sa composition. Seul bémol, l’escalier et la passerelle pour aller des chambres à la salle de bain un peu précaire, absolument pas adapter aux enfants peut-être à revoir!

Un sejour très sympatique
Une belle découverte, la Grange 148! Nous en avons bien profité, ainsi que nos filles de 4 et 7 ans. Elles ont adoré leur chambre et ont beaucoup joué dedans. On n'a pas eu de chance avec la météo, mais du coup on a passé des belles journée autour de la poêle.

Gîte très agréable, bien chauffé, quelques détails à revoir. Escalier inadapté pour des jeunes enfants (c'est visible sur la photo). C'est à la fois très proche du centre et très calme.

La grange 148 est un bel endroit malheureusement le menage n'avait pas été fait dans la maison avant notre arrivée ni les draps changés. La propreté générale du lieu laisse clairement à desirer. Les propriétaires ont été joignables mais ne nous ont proposé aucune solution concernant le ménage, ils nous ont indiqué où se trouvaient les draps propres et nous avons donc dû faire nos lits nous-mêmes.

Un séjour très agréable
Propriété très chaleureuse qui a été notre gîte durant 4 jours au coeur de Charny. Lors de l'arrivée dans la maison, on est tout de suite charmé par cette vaste pièce principale avec une belle hauteur qui laisse apparentes de très belles poutres. On ne se lasse pas non plus du coin salon habilement placé sous le niveau de la pièce de vie, agrémenté par un poele à bois pivotant à 360°. Les chambres à l'étage avec la charpente apparente sont très bien, la litterie est bien confortable. Les commerces principaux sont accessibles à pied. Je ne peux que recommander cette location.

Beaucoup de charme pour cette grange réhabilitée
De beaux volumes agréables, bisous en équipé. La petite ville de Charny propose tous les commerces de proximité et un petit supermarché, des balades. A proximité du château de Guédelon.

La Grange est originale, spacieuse et décorée avec goût

Hôtes très arrangeants, maison conviviale et à proximité de tous les commerces
Séjours très agréable ! Organisation préalable avec les hôtes très simple, on se sent comme chez soi ! La grande pièce à vivre ainsi que le jardin permettent de passer de très bons moments ensemble, tout en ayant chacun son espace nuit avec les 3 chambres. Supermarché, presse, boulangerie et restaurants à quelques mètres, très pratique aussi ! Merci :)

Très très jolie maison cocooning, avec tout ce quil faut et un hôte à l'écoute et agréable!
Nous avons passé, mes amies et moi, un très bon moment, il ne manquait rien! Hugues a su nous accueillir et nous renseigner sur tout ce qu'il y a à savoir!

Aangenaam verblijf voor rustige vakantie
Heel leuke woning en correcte verhuurders. Alles wat aanwezig en de gemeenschappelijke tuin vrij te gebruiken zonder in te boeten aan privacy. Ideaal huis om de rust van de bourgongne streek op te zoeken of de vele wijngaarden in de buurt te ontdekken.
