Country Cottage / Gite - VAISON LA ROMAINE

Typical Provencal farmhouse, completely renovated in 2010 and in a traditional way (craftsmanship, natural materials), with, on the ground floor, a large living room combining kitchen, dining room and living room, with air conditioning; upstairs, 4 bedrooms and TV lounge, fan in each room, 2 shower rooms and toilets.

Le Mas du Fort is located in the countryside in the middle of the vineyards. Outdoor life is encouraged by the terrace adjoining the living room, the small enclosed garden in front of the house and the old wash basin (5 m by 4 m, 1 m 20 deep) transformed into a swimming pool, facing south, in its secure and fenced space.

The ground floor extends towards the garage, passing through the laundry room and the toilets. There is a sink and a shower in the garage, various accessories, tourist information and children's games for the outdoors. It is a practical place of passage when returning from shopping or walks!

You can play boules (provided) on the path behind the house and, at night, observe the starry sky. The many walks to do starting on foot from the house will allow you to discover the wine-growing landscape, cross the pine woods, see the small town of Vaison below and Mont Ventoux in the distance to the east...

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es ist stilvoll renoviert, perfekt ausgestattet, hat einen kleinen, aber sehr feinen Pool und ein Außengelände, auf dem man unter Olivenbäumen lesen kann und gemütlich sitzen und essen kann. Es ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man in 5 Minuten in Vaison-la-Romaine. Sehr empfehlendwert!

Excellent séjour au Mas du Fort, le gite est confortable, rénové avec goût. Il est situé à 5-10 min de toutes les commodités de Vaison. L'ancien lavoir transformé en piscine est très agréable. Merci pour la qualité de l'accueil de M. Et Mme Gras.

Wunderbares Haus
Wir haben, trotz nicht perfektem Wetter, zehn wunderbare Tage erlebt. Das Haus ist sehr gute eingerichtet, auch für Kleinkinder. Wunderbares Ambiente mit viel Cachet rund ums Haus. Der Pool ist klein aber fein. Die Vermieterin ist zuvorkommend und unterstützend bei Fragen oder Anliegen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

2 semaines de séjour agréable dans ce mas si bien restauré. La fraîcheur de la bâtisse nous a fait supporter la canicule certains jours. Charmante maison de campagne, très agréable pour des vacances reposantes
Excellent séjour dans une maison ancienne, rénovée avec goût. La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée, avec de très jolis espaces extérieurs bien conçus (ménageant des coins d'ombre appréciés, avec un accès à la piscine sécurisé pour les enfants, etc.). Le tout au cœur d'un beau paysage de vignes très calme, complètement à l'écart de la partie urbanisée de Vaison-la-Romaine (bien que toutes les commodités ne soient qu'à 10 min de voiture). Enfin, l'accueil chaleureux de M. et Mme Gras, aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe au mieux, a été très apprécié.

Skøn familieferie
Le Mas du Fort er et dejligt og hyggeligt feriehus med en flot udsigt. Det ligger i et skønt område og ugenert fra naboer. Husets interiør er af høj standard. Dog var wi-fi-forbindelsen desværre meget svag på grund af husets beliggenhed, hvilket ærgrede vores 4 børn. Udlejeren var meget venlig og reagerede hurtigt på vores henvendelser. Vi havde en dejlig ferie og er glade for, at vi valgte dette hus.

Un lieu de repos au coeur de belles découvertes!
C'est LA maison idéale pour les vacances. Très agréable, fonctionnelle, pratique avec toutes les commodités, elle offre un havre de paix à toute la famille. Très bien située par rapport aux dentelles de Montmirail, le mont Ventoux, Orange ou Avignon, nous avons pu profité de cette jolie région. Lavoir qui fait office de piscine très agréable au retour des ballades. Accueil très sympathique. A recommander vraiment! Merci!
