INDOOR GATHERING SPACE
The great room has plush, relaxing furniture and well-appointed artwork. Put your feet up and enjoy. The kitchen has a beautiful new table that seats 6 and a kitchen island that will seat an additional 2. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of room to make memorable vacation get-a-away meals. Kids enjoy the loft hideaway with TV and Foosball table.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
For those working on their golf game or for kids just learning, Sandy Feet has the Putting Green Park just steps from the back porch. Practice makes perfect! Outside the screened in porch is a grill and a portable fire pit for your enjoyment. Sandy Feet is tucked away on one of the quietest streets in the resort.

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Sandy Feet rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).

The back porch was a favorite spot to play games and enjoy the sound of the fountain in the back. The beach walk neighborhood is full of amenities that make having a great vacation easy. And of course, the lake is beautiful and the sand pristine.

Peaceful Vacation

The layout of the house is perfect for time spent together or apart. We found everything we needed in the house including beach towels which were a pleasant surprise considering BOTH of our families left ours at home. The kids loved having their own space in the loft and the adults enjoyed the privacy of our own rooms.We loved the resort amenities, especially the pool and basketball court. And the proximity of the beach was a bonus that we enjoyed every morning. We had adventures to the zoo and outlet mall and enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out at local restaurants. Can't wait to go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: The house was in a great location (not on the main street) which we really liked. There's less traffic/people on the street...and it also backed to a really nice pond. The décor was very cute and matched the lake theme for the location. Also, the furniture, dishes and appliances were nice. It was great that the house also provided dishes for adults and kids, condiments, fire wood and coffee. There was also mini golf and fishing in the pond behind the house. The amenities at the resort were also awesome: beach volleyball, bocce ball, kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, shuffleboard, basketball, tennis and more.Negatives: The house wasn't the cleanest and I think it could have been better. I would like to think my cleaning fee went to something. The rugs looked like they hadn't been washed in a while. The toilet seats were chipped and worn. And we saw a few dead spiders around. The outdoor shower didn't work, so we had to call maintenance in, they came the next day to fix it, so we appreciated that. Also, the resort didn't have an attendant at the kayak/paddleboard station for 2 days, so we missed out on doing that for part of our vacation, which was a bummer. Overall it was a really nice stay and we would stay here again, I would just ask that they inspect the cleanliness before our arrival.

Really nice neighborhood. The loft had a steep ladder which was not expected. Also could have used a few more blankets, some Igor’s were chilly. But over all the cottage was very cozy and functional.

Close to the beach, but in need of a de

Beachwalk is family-friendly, wouldn't necessarily recommend if you're coming with just friends. The place needs a deep-clean. Bathmats looked like they'd never been washed and I found some children's ibuprofen laying on the floor of the porch. Stains on the bedposts (like melted ice cream?) were also concerning. Firepit/grill/ in good shape and was nice that they had an indoor porch.

Loved the location and the house

Everything in the listing was accurate. Loved the house and the location. I didn’t think the communication from the management company was good. I had to call several times to get check in information even up to the day before. Also, we had a toilet clogged and asked twice for someone to come fix it and no one ever came.

Reviewer Comments: We ladies enjoyed the unique and special house and location for our Girls Getaway. This was my second time at this house. Look forward to coming back again. I did note to the property management team that the house did not appear well-cleaned for our stay with sand on the floors, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms needing a little extra care. The house needs a deep clean. This is very different from our experience last year.

Nice house

This was a great house to stay at for our Lake beach vacation. It was close to the beach, so we didn’t need to rent a golf cart. The screened in porch was amazing with the pond/ fountain out back. We ate dinner, and hung out on the porch every night. The kids loved the loft , although the ladder up to it terrified me. Everything was clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Vacation Fun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time again this year! It was great to see the new railings and steps and deck that had been installed. The AC unit struggled the day we moved in but the maintenance staff came out and cleaned the outside unit and replaced the furnace filter which helped, but I think that the freon level needs checked. We booked again for 2020. Our crew loves the pool & beach & the family time.
