It is a very sunny apartment because there is a window / glass door in the living room and master bedroom, overlooking the sea. Although it is on the first floor, it is well above the road so it's very private. There is an awning on the balcony which may use, for shade.

Relaxing time
The best is the sea view. Sometimes the dolphins pass by while you sit on the balcony. The apartment is perfect. Love the walk in shower. We did stay the entire month of October and hope to come back again.

Splendid location
Great for easy walks into Almunecar or enjoying what's virtually one's own private beach! Apartment fine though perhaps it could do with a bit of a refresh and deep clean.

A wonderful stay
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. A well equipped aprtment with the most wonderful view. Perfect for a long stay with everything you need. The host is great at communicating instructions and offering information prior to arriving and whilst there. Easy 15 min walk to Almunecar. Sunrises and sunsets some of the best we've seen. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen
Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, es fehlte nichts. Wir haben und sehr wohlgefühlt. Supernetter Kontakt mit Ana, der Managerin, die immer erreichbar war. Über die kaum befahrene Strasse vor dem Haus an den Strand. Mit dem Hund um die Ecke, wo es genug Gelegenheiten gibt, zu erledigen, was ein Hund zu erledigen hat. Nebenan ein Restaurant mit gutem Angebot. Gut besucht aber ruhige Atmosphäre. Viel zu sehen im Ort und in den Nachbarorten. Wir haben zudem Granada, Almeria, Malaga und Ronda besucht, alles im Bereich von bis zu 3 Stunden Fahrtzeit zu erreichen aber lohnend weil grossartig. Alles in allem ein gelungener wunderschöner Aufenthalt, bei dem auch das Wetter mitgespielt hat.

El apartamento súper limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar como en tu casa.. Horno, microondas, cafetera.. Hasta una pequeña freidora de aire. El aire acondicionado es una gozada ya que está por toda la casa y es de agradecer. Las vistas desde la terraza y son inmejorables. La playa es un lujo, apenas hay gente y se está de maravilla. Tiene de todo y es espectacular repetiremos sin duda nos recomiendo 100% y zona muy tranquila
Las mejores vistas desde el balcón Es un apartamento tan bien distribuido.. Trankilidad porque tiene de todo...en todos los aspectos...en cocina: tiene de todo lo necesario para hacer de comer con ollas y sartenes súper limpias y un horno muy limpio también hay algunas cositas que la gente va dejando y la que vamos llegando la aprovechamos Si hablamos del cuarto de baño: pues es un baño amplio y tiene toallas tanto para ir a la playa como para ducharse en el piso te pone la tranquilidad de poder lavar en una lavadora secadora con mucha comodidad Salón comedor: bueno partieron una mesa amplia con seis sillas pero yo ni me he sentado en uno porque tenía dos sofás muy muy cómodos mis dos perros han estado muy a gusto Lo único que puedo decir es que me parece el apartamento más completo que he visto en mi vida tiene hasta hamacas y sillas y sombrillas para ir a la playa es alucinante es como si tú coges tu mochila con tus cuatro ropas y te despreocupas de llevarnos más nada... Repetiré si Dios quiere sin duda y la atención recibida por parte de la dueña espectacular vamos no tengo palabras para describirlo es como si la conocieras de toda la vida intenta ayudarte y darte todas las comodidades que te hagan falta es muy buena gente repetiré seguro y también lo recomendaré porque no puedo creerme lo barato que me salió la semana También tiene aire acondicionado pero en todas las habitaciones va por el techo así que tú si quieres pones tu temperatura y descansar

Estancia para repensarse
Vistas estupendas; mobiliario el necesario, pero regular. Habitación de dos camas tan pequeñas en las que caerse es fácil incluso para una niña de 11 años. Limpieza cero. Avisada la propietaria de lo sucio de mobiliario , enseres y habitaciones , no puso remedio. Daba escrúpulos pensar que si lo evidente y visible estaba tan sucio , lo no visible: desinfección e higienización ( cortinas, colchas, cubre sofás, cojines,vajilla…) como podra haberse hecho. La propietaria sí se mostró disponible para poner las cucharillas que faltaban .

Sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung direkt an Strand gibt die Möglichkeit ohne Aufwand ein paar Std Sonne zu genießen und sich gleich auch wieder auszuruhen. Das Restaurant direkt neben dem Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Internet hat super funktioniert. Man konnte diverse deutsche Sender problemlos empfangen. Der Garagenplatz ist etwas eng, aber mit etwas Geschick und ein paar mal rangieren geht es mit einem Golf 4.

+Väl utrustat kök, rätt så sköna sängar. Stort och rymligt med en underbar balkong där vi åt de flesta måltiderna. Underbara promenadstråk efter havet och nära till buss 1. -Saknar lite bättre filtar till sängarna.

Alojamiento espectacular
Tiene todo tipo de detalles que hacen la estancia perfecta. La dueña muy atenta a todo lo que necesitaba. El comercio esta a 1km o ya en el pueblo. Playa tranquila. Al ser un bajo poca intimidad y algo de ruido de coches. Sin duda, estará en nuestros planes futuros.

Schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung
Lage: Etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum, aber ein toller Spaziergang an der Promenade entlang. Ausstattung: Alles, was man im Alltag braucht, das Bett ist super bequem! Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist extrem(!) eng. Größer als Seat Ibiza passt da nicht rein. Aber man kann gut an der Straße parken, wenn keine Ferien (Anfang Juli bis Anfang September) sind. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Nice apartment. Everything was as we had expected. Good bedrooms with very good beds. The kitchen had all we need to cook our meals. The balcony was wonderful; we enjoyed sitting there and watching the sea and the lively life at the beach and the Passeo. The distance to the town is no problem, there is a nice walk along the coast to “Mercadona”, and there is a busstop near the apartment. The parking place in the basement cannot be used even for a small car, but you can nearly always park on the street. The apartment was more light and sunny than shown on the pictures. The host, Ana, was very helpful, and the few technical problems was solved immediately.

Great position . Great host.
The apartment is in a great position overlooking the beech. The rooms are of a nice size, and have very confortable beds. The kitchen has everthing you could need to cook in. Even some ingredients , eg, salt, oil, flour, etc,etc, Good for the dog as several dog wolks near by. Would love to use again.

Tolle Unterkunft
am Rand von Almunecar, etwas ruhig und 40 min zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum, es fährt aber auch ein Bus. Es hat uns super gut gefallen, wir waren dort 4 Wochen mit zwei Kindern und ohne Auto und haben sehr viel erlebt und im Februar super Wetter! Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir sind rundum sehr zufrieden und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Vielen herzlichen Dank!
