2 rooms, 60sqm apartement entirely renovated. The 19sqm terrasse is furnished with an outside lounge and a dinner table for the pleasure of enjoying the vue all day long in the shade of the electric blind.
The apartement is completely parqueted, very clear, air-conditioned and you will enjoy the peacefull residence and its well kept environment and garden.

The kitchen and the bathroom are completely new.

Note that the building is only at a few minuts away from the center of the city and the nicest beaches of the famous "Route des Sanguinaires". You will enjoy the large bedroom opened on the terrasse, its king size bed. 2 adults can comfortably sleep on the convertible sofa bed in the dinning room.

I miss the view already!

Such a sweet spot - the views are just like the photos -- breathtaking! As other reviewers mentioned, not having a car means you will be walking uphill to get home (not far but steep). The place was very comfortable with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen. Christine was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay - would definitely recommend!

A spacious well equipped apartment, downside the hill

We enjoyed a week in Christine's apartment which had everything needed. The only downside is the apartment is at the top of a steep hill. You can catch a bus during the day for 1 euro so access to the local areas is easy as long as you return home by 6:30 when the buses stop. We ventured into the town on several evenings and a taxi home cost anywhere from 10 to 15 euros. Note there were no taxis on a Sunday. The local supermarket was not open when we were there so had to use the one in town, good range of products available

Great Choice

My husband and I were very happy with our five day stay in this large and lovely apartment. All amenities were good and Christine was kind enough to lend us some beach towels and she had mats and an umbrella available as well. The large balcony was our seating area of choice where we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner. The view was wonderful and it was fun to watch planes taking off and landing and all the nautical movement. We had a car and appreciated the parking. We walked down to town once and the walk back up the hill was fine for the two of us, but we really preferred the restaurants along the Rue des Sanguinaires and made lunch our big meal. Christine met us at the apartment to explain a few of the logistics, greeting us with some thoughtful snacks. She was available and helpful for our entire stay and she organized a 6 AM for our flight out of Corsica, easing my anxiety about missing our flight. Truly appreciated. A great option for exploring the area around Ajaccio, especially if you have a car.

Magnifique vue sur le golfe d’Ajaccio

Accueil ponctuel, Christine nous a donné beaucoup d’informations pour que notre séjour soit agréable. L’appartement est génial, propre, une vue magnifique, un lit super confortable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La navette gratuite toutes les 6mn est un vrai plus pour rejoindre le centre ville. Il faut aimer marcher ! Rien est plat mais la ville est riche en curiosités, bons restos et nombreuses découvertes. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Super comfortabel appartement met schitterend uitzicht!

Vanop een ruim balkon is het echt genieten van de rust en het uitzicht op zee. Alle comfort is aanwezig, ook een ruime autobergplaats in de ondergrondse garage. Gastvrouw Christine bezorgde ons een warme ontvangst en gaf ons heel wat uitleg om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken! Merci Christine pour notre agréable séjour!

Très bon acceuil.

Très belle vue panoramique sur la baie. Lit confortable. Il ne manque rien à cette location ,à part des rideaux intérieurs au séjour. Lieu paisible et donc très reposant.

Location très bien située et très agréable avec magnifique vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio. Les propriétaires sont d'un accueil très sympathique où le moindre détail a été pensé pour le bien-être du locataire, sans oublier le panier offert de spécialités corses. Encore à grand merci , une très bonne adresse à recommander. Tout était parfait.

Sehr schönes Appartement in Ajaccio

Ein sehr schönes und großzügig ausgestattetes Appartement. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist wichtig, weil die Parkplatz Situation in dieser Gegen eher schwierig ist. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und dennoch einigermaßen zentral. Zum Zentrum/ Hafen sind es mit dem Auto knapp 10 Minuten und den nächsten Bäcker erreicht man in 5 Minuten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schöne Aussicht vom Balkon!. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Darüber hinaus haben sie viele Tipps wenn es darum geht, die Gegend zu erkunden.
