Nice and large terrace with seaside view, equipped for open air life with amazing view of the sea, lagoon and the town of Orbetello. Terrace is equipped also with a small cooking place. Just below the level of the terrace there is a garden with olive trees and typical mediterranean plants.
In the interior there is a living room with open kitchen and a 6 places round table. Next to the kitchen an useful lumber room with 5 kg washing machine. On the opposite side there is a 3 places sofa (which becomes two single beds).
There is one comfortable bed room with double or twin bed according to necessitiy, with seaside view, all equipped with wardrobe, hatstands and shoe racks.
Ideally located in a quiet area, but not far from town and sand beaches Giannella and Feniglia. Possibility to go by walk (but with 100 m climb down) to the "Bionda" small bay with sand and rocks.
