Wunderbar

Wir waren mit 5 Personen eine Woche in dem Haus von Francesco. Das Haus ist herrlich, liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist genauso, wie in der Anzeige dargestellt und beschrieben. Der weite Blick auf das Meer, die Stadt und den Hafen ist großartig. Der Grill auf der Terrasse ist noch nicht wieder funktionstüchtig, aber die Küche ist ausgiebig ausgestattet, sodass auch das Kochen viel Spaß macht. Wir hatten genügend Platz für alle zum Schlafen, jeder Raum hat eine Klimaanlage, sodass jeder seine Temperaturen individuell einstellen konnte. Die beiden Terrassen, der Balkon und der Wohnraum bieten viel Möglichkeit, gemeinsam zu sitzen oder sich auch einmal zurückzuziehen. Das viele Grün im Garten gibt Schatten und bietet eine wohlige Atmosphäre. Unser Auto konnten wir in der Garage parken. Nur die Treppe im Haus (ohne Geländer) sollten Menschen mit Gehproblemen vorsichtig hinuntergehen. Die Wohnung liegt oben auf dem Berg. Über Treppen und kleine Gassen kann man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten unten im Ort und am Wasser sein. Mit dem Auto sind es nur 5 Minuten. Aber die Parkplätze im Ort sind alle kostenpflichtig (bei uns: 1,50 EUR/h.) . Die Insel ist sehr schön und auch auf dem Festland sind viele Ausflugsziele schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unten im Ort. Francesco war als Vermieter stets gut erreichbar und antwortete freundlich und schnell. Schon vorab haben wir hilfreiche Tipps für den Urlaub bekommen, die auch in der Wohnung noch einmal ausgelegt waren. Das WL

Nice house with a magnificent view

We were two families who shared the house. Plenty of space both inside and outside. Fully equipped kitchen. We had a good contact with the host Francesco if we had any questions. Close to the town which you could walk to by stairs.

Best place in Porto Santo Stefano!

La casa e location sono bellissimi. La casa e' bene arredata e spaziosa, e la vista e' stupenda. Pur non avendo potuto incontrare Francesco di persona, lui è stato sempre e facilmente reperibile via whatsapp dal primo all'ultimo giorno. Abbiamo anche apprezzato tanto la torta e spumanti trovati al nostro arrivo. Consigliatissimo!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist geräumig hat viele Zimmer und genügend Bäder. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es hat alles was man zum Kochen und Essen braucht. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hat uns mit einem Dessert überrascht, das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Auf der Terrasse hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht über Porto Santo Stefano. Um zu Fuss nach Porto Santo Stefano zu gelangen braucht man ca 15 Minuten, retour ca 20 Minuten. Wir sind allerdings immer mit dem Auto gegangen und haben immer ohne Probleme einen Parkplatz gefunden.

My Place to be in Porto Santo Stefano

Beautiful, spacious house with everything you need for a relaxed vacation. Francesco was very helpful and friendly. The house is beautifully located high above the small harbor of Porto Santo Stefano - you shouldn't be afraid of a few stairs when going to the city center.

Großes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick

Das Haus mit seiner großen Terrasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Porto Santo Stefano bis in die Maremma. Es wirkt hell und freundlich und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Eigentümerfamilie, die es im Sommer selbst nutzt, erneuert immer wieder Teile. Zwei der vier angebotenen Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten (eines davon mit Zugang zu einem tollen Balkon über der Terrasse), ein drittes Zimmer ist mit zwei getennten Betten ausgestattet und in zwei weiteren Räumen befinden sich Schlafsofas. Möchte man ein viertes Schlafzimmer nutzen, ist es hilfreich, das zuvor anzukündigen. Auch für die Nutzung des schattigen Parkplatzes am Haus sollte man ggf. nachfragen. Ansonsten stehen eine Garage und ein Parkplatz auf der Straße zu Verfügung. Einen Grill gibt es aktuell nicht, noch 2023 sollte aber im Rahmen der kompletten Erneuerung des großen, seitlich des Hauses gelegenen, überdachten Freisitzes, auch ein neuer Grill fertig sein. Das WLAN ist etwas Glückssache, es ist auf 200 GB pro Monat begenzt und wenn die Vorgänger im Haus zu viel verbraucht haben, kann es sein, dass man nur noch einen Rest zur Verfügung hat. Vom Haus aus kann man auch schöne Ausflüge machen, z.B. nach Giglio, in die Maremma, in den eindrucksvollen Giardino dei Tarocchi oder zu den Cascate del Mulino mit ihren warmen Schwefelwasserbecken... Die Vermieter stellen für Gäste freundlicherweise auch Informationen über Umgebung, Ausflugsziele und Restaurants zur Verfügung.

Schöne Aussichtslage

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in Panoramalage mit Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer. Alles ist großzügig und das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Nach Porto Santo Stefano sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß mit einigen Treppen. Francesco hat uns persönlich empfangen. Bei Problemen mit dem Wlan hat er schnell geholfen

Phantastisch!

Ganz tolle Unterkunft mit viel, viel Platz und super Blick. Man spürt, dass es ein geliebtes Haus ist! Alles ist mit viel Sorgfalt eingerichtet und nichts stört das Auge. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Francesco ist sehr, sehr großzügiger Gastgeber, kommuniziert schnell und löst alle Probleme! Dankeschön für die Gastfreundschaft! Ich hoffe, wir können wiederkommen!

Sublime séjour à Porto Santo Stéfano

Maison moderne vraiment très agréable, bien équipée, avec une une vue fantastique sur le port. Le propriétaire en plus est très sympathique et communique très rapidement en cas de besoin ou pour donner des conseils pour bien découvrir la région. Je ne peux vous recommander que chaudement cette location ! 🤩

Perfect villa!!

We all really loved staying in this villa. It was roomy and comfortable. I loved all of the artwork in the house. It really felt like home. The views are outstanding. The terrace is in the shade all day. The kitchen is well stocked. The location was exceptional - you can park right by the house. The host couldn’t have been nicer. We would 100% stay here again.

Best vacation of our lives

Francesco’s home is even more beautiful than the photos. It was the most stunning view we have ever seen in our lives! The home was spacious and fit 7/8 people extremely comfortably, plenty of room to cook, relax, and sleep. Outdoor space was the best we’ve ever seen. I want return to this place every year, and I would easily pay double the price! The host was beyond friendly and helpful, and told us all the best spots on the island to visit. Zero complaints. 5 stars ❤️

Bellissima esperienza

La casa è bellissima, arredata con cura ed attrezzata con tutto quello che serve anche per un soggiorno prolungato. Gli spazi esterni e la stupenda vista sono un ulteriore motivo per essere entusiasti della sistemazione. Pur non avendo potuto incontrare di persona il Sig. Francesco, si è dimostrato cordiale e premuroso durante tutte le fasi del nostro soggiorno, dal momento della prenotazione a quello del checkout (e grazie ancora per la buonissima torta trovata al nostro arrivo!). Vista spettacolare

Villetta in posizione panoramica dotata di ogni confort, praticamente ci si sente come a casa propria. Molto apprezzata la terrazza con vista mozzafiato, il biliardino e la doccia esterna. La cucina è funzionale e non manca nulla. 2 dei 3 bagni sono nuovi. Esperienza superpositiva

Una bella vacanza

I miei ospiti stranieri hanno soggiornato una settimana fine agosto.. La villa è molto bella e accogliente. In più è molto pulita ed arredata con molto gusto. La posizione in collina permette di avere una vista splendida su Santo Stefano e tutta la costa con il mare azzurro attraversato da barche, yacht e navi spettacolari. I miei ospiti si sono goduti questa vista a tutte le ore seduti nel giardino. Essendo sportivi hanno usato molto le scale per arrivare giù al mare e al porto

Great one week stay

We were a family of four and spent a wonderful week at Francesco’s family home in Porto Santo Stefano. The view is possibly the best in the town and I could have stayed on the patio forever just looking at the view. The town is a 15 minute downhill walk taking shortcuts and there are wonderful alimentari and pastry shops. Bar Giulia at the port is a great people watching spot at the end of day. Nearby restaurant Dai frati was a great recommendation from Francesco. We spent a great day on Cala Mar Mort, bring snorkel and also shoes for rocks! Highlight of the week was a day trip to isola de giglio, don’t miss this wonderful jewel with the most beautiful beaches! Francesco was very responsive, and would highly recommend.

Summer Holiday at Porto Santo Stefano

The house in Porto Santo Stefano is a very nice house with a perfect location. In the morning, when the sun is coming up, at breakfast, you have a beautiful view on the city of Porto Santo Stefano and the small harbors. In the afternoon you can sit in the shadow. If you want to sit in the sun you can make use of the second terrace and enjoy the sun. The only thing which could be improved was the somewhat messy terrace. An old wooden bench could have been removed before we arrived. Inside the house everything is available, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are very clean, and two of the three bathrooms are almost new. Very nice in the house is the separate room below the house where you can use the open fire place. One small remark, also the kitchen was somewhat messy, you could find a lot of stuff of previous guests. If you want to go to the middle of the town you can use the easy way by using the road, but there are many staircases you can use. You just must look for them. At the end it took us only 20 minutes to walk to the middle of the town. In the center you will find many restaurants and bars where you can enjoy your stay (day and night). In the environment also a lot of shopping markets are available, and every morning we could buy fresh bread at the shop Conad, 15 minutes walk. In the environment you can go to Porto Ercole, Giglio (you need to book ahead a ticket for the boat), Pitigliano and Capalbio. We want also to the beach on the headland. The contact with the owner, Fransesco, was done very easy. Every time when we needed some information, I could send him a Whats’ App message, and I received within a few minutes a message back. Arriving at the house the cleaning lady opened the door and showing us everything in the Italian language. We have enjoyed our stay at Porto Santo Stefano in this beautiful environment and nice house with the beautiful views.

Fantastisk beliggenhet

Fantastisk beliggende i åsen over vakre Porto Santo Stafano med nydelig utsikt over havnen og havet. Huset har 4 gode soverom og er godt utstyrt med alt man trenger for et uforglemmelig opphold. Både soverommene og oppholdsrommene har Aircon noe som er et stort pluss i varmen. Terrassen/ hagen har en majestetisk utsikt og er nok definitivt vårt favoritsted, vi hadde mange flotte kvelder der......selv om vi kanskje savnet noen solsenger..... Anbefaler huset og stedet på det varmeste!

Schöne Ferien

Das Haus bietet genügent Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und ist komplett ausgestattet. Jeder Raum ist klimatisiert. Beim Haus ist ein Parkplatz dabei, der für grosse Autos jedoch sehr eng ist. Man hat alles was man im Urlaub benötigt dort. Man findet sogar spielsachen für die Kinder. Die Aussicht von der Terasse auf den Hafen ist sagenhaft. Der Weg hinunter in die Stadt ist fussläufig in 20min erreichbar. Der Pool ist nicht am Haus sondern im benachbarten Hotel und kann nach Auskunft des Vermieters eingeschränkt benutzt werden. Wir selbst waren nicht am Pool. Alles in Allem ein schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus.
