Wundervolle Ferienwohnung!

Es ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Einchecken war völlig unproblematisch. Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt in der Mitte von Asturien und die Picos de Europa, sowie die Küstengebiete und Städte sind sehr schnell zu erreichen, da sich in dem Ort die Autobahn und Bundesstraßen kreuzen - besser geht es nicht. Im Ort kann man alles für den täglichen Bedarf einkaufen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Lovely apartment

We loved staying here. The apartment is perfect for two, very well equipped with all amenities nearby. The supermarket is literally just across the road and free parking is on hand - we didn't need to use the garage. Posada is a small town with plenty of independent shops and cafes and is very convenient for the wonderful beaches along the coast ( our favourite was Belezu) and Llanes itself is only ten minutes away. The information provided by Rosa, our host, was really helpful and she was great to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Host, very nice property

We have just completed a very long tour around Europe, staying in a variety of accommodation types. I think this is the best equipped property we have ever experienced. Together with the hosts attention to detail and generous “extras”, we simply could not have asked for more. The property is well positioned for access (via car) to beaches and mountains, with plenty of available restaurants nearby. If we had to be critical, the property is quite close to a very busy road, which made noise a bit of an issue during the day (not at night at all). This problem was most evident because during our stay, there was continuous heavy goods vehicle movement passing the property in connection with building/engineering works on a site a few hundred metres away. This is not Rosa’s problem - she was exceptionally helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Badestrände und Gebirge

Posada de Llanes ist ein kleiner typisch spanischer Ort mit Bars und sonstiger Infrastruktur für das tägliche Leben, in dem man sich gut unter die Einheimischen mischen kann. Das Appartement liegt direkt an de Hauptstraße, die stark befahren, aber nur im Garten zu hören ist. Im Haus nimmt man sie nicht wahr. Die Wohnung ist perfekt sauber und komplett ausgestattet, mit allem was man in den Ferien benötigt. Ausflugsziele an die Badestrände und in die Picos de Europa gibt es viele in näherer Umgebung und auch die spanische Küche kann man nach den Restaurantempfehlungen der Vermieterin reichlich genießen. Wir haben in Posada wunderbare Urlaubstage verlebt.

Very comfortable and great location

Rosa had provided everything we needed in this lovely, comfortable property-even bathrobes and slippers -much appreciated! The location is perfect- close to shops, restaurants, loads of beaches and the mountains- and in the second week of June, everything was open and there were no queues. Really great!

Agréable séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Rosa, qui nous a renseigné sur les endroits à visiter, les meilleurs restaurants. L'appartement est très bien situé dans le village, il est agréable et fonctionnel, il ne manque vraiment rien. Nous avons bien apprécié la terrasse et le jardin. Encore merci à Rosa pour son amabilité.

Super Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Garten. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Berge und Meer sind gut erreibar. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, eine Tiefgarage befindet sich am Haus. Rosa hat uns mit umfangreichem Infomaterial versorgt, bei Problemen steht sie stets zur Verfügung. Gerne werden wir wiederkommen

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in hervorragender Lage zu den Stränden und den Picos de Europa

Wir waren von Ende September bis Anfang Oktober in dieser hübschen kleinen Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die super freundlichen Gastgeber, von denen wir am Anreisetag sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen wurden. Wir haben auch während des Urlaubs mit Rosa per Whatsapp in Kontakt gestanden und sie hat uns mit vielen nützlichen Tips und Anregungen versorgt. Dafür nochmals herzlichen Dank! Gleich schräg gegenüber der Wohnung ist ein ganz guter Supermarkt, so dass man sich prima selbst verpflegen kann (die fertig gegrillten Spareribs von der Fleischtheke kann ich empfehlen). In Posada selbst sind gute Gaststätten leider nicht so oft anzutreffen oder haben Ruhetag (so ist es uns passiert). Dafür ist im 10 Autominuten entfernten Llanes um so mehr los. Wenn wir außerhalb essen waren, haben wir es immer bei einem unserer zahlreichen Ausflüge gemacht. Folgende Städte haben wir besucht und es bei keiner bereut: Cangas de Onis, Gijon, Oviedo, Comillas. Dazu kommen noch einige hübsche Bergdörfer und Küstenorte. In den Picos haben wir unter anderen 3 herausragende Wanderungen unternommen, die ich gerne weiter empfehle. Fuente Dé mit Seilbahn auf 1850m gefahren und Abstieg zu Fuß über Hochalmen und durch schöne Wälder bis zur Talstation der Seilbahn, mit der Tunnelzahnradbahn Funicular ins kleine Bergdorf Bulnes und von dort durch ein wunderschönes Tal Abstieg nach Puente de la Jaya (von dort noch 1,5 km wenig befahrene Straße bir zur Talstation der Bahn), für die Ruta del Cares - die Schlucht der Götter ist etwas Kondition erforderlich. Insgesamt 21km von Puente de la Jaya ins Dorf Caín und zurück. Ein kurzer aber nicht weniger schöner Trip mit Bademöglichkeit bietet die Tour nach Olla de San Vicente. Startpunkt in der Nähe von Cangas de Onis und dann immer am Fluss Dobra entlang nach 2,5 km erreicht man eine wunderschöne Badestelle. Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt ausgesprochenes Glück mit dem Wetter und so konnten wir auch noch einige der zahlreichen schönen Buchten in der Umgebung besuchen und ein paar Strandtage genießen. Wenn es mal regnet, empfehle ich einen Stadtbummel oder den Besuch einer Höhle. Ein Mietwagen ist dringend anzuraten. Klasse ist der eigene Tiefgaragenplatz direkt unter der Wohnung, wodurch das schleppen von Getränken und Einkäufen weitestgehend entfällt. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Saubere, ansprechende Wohnung, sie ist ideal für 2 Personen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler sind eine große Erleichterung. Das Internet ist schnell. WEB Fernsehen läuft. In einem Supermarkt in 200 m kann man gut einkaufen. Einen Vorteil hat auch die Tiefgarage. Der Weg zur Wohnung ist kurz. Die Vermieterin Rosa ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ihre Gäste sollen sich in Rosada wohlfühlen. Die Verständigung ist kein Problem, Rosa spricht gut Englisch. Ausflugsziele gibt es viele in der Umgebung. Mitte September sind die Strände wenig besucht.

ALOJAMIENTO EXCELENTE

María de Barcelona He estado alojada durante 2 semanas en este apartamento y me ha encantado. He estado de vacaciones visitando la zona y la situación es muy buena ya que puedes desplazarte fácilmente por todos los alrededores sin grandes desplazamientos. Si te gusta la playa dispones de varias muy cerca y si quieres hacer senderismo por la zona perfecto también. El apartamento está situado al lado del pueblo y tienes todo tipo de servicios caminando a menos de 5 minutos, hay una pequeña carnicería en la plaza que no hubiera descubierto si no es por Rosa, tiene una carne buenísima. El apartamento es cómodo, bonito, super limpio y no le falta detalle, dispone de una pequeña terraza exterior ideal para desayunar o lo que quieras. Los propietarios son muy amables y te dan toda la información de la zona. Gracias Rosa y David!!!

Fenomenal!

Estuvimos la ultima semana de Junio del 2016, mi marido y yo con nuestro hijo de 3 años. El apto esta muy cuidado y todo muy nuevo, y con muchos detalles y LIMPIO. El porche es amplio y el jardín, aunque sea compartido por el resto de bajos se está muy bien, porque es una zona tranquila. La propietaria es encantadora, nos dejó una sidriña, un detallazo. El apto está a la entrada del pueblo, hay una DIA al lado, y una gasolinera. Y en menos de un minuto estás en la plaza del pueblo, con todos los servicios, y hay muchos bares y rtes, también está en una zona muy buena para visitar toda esa zona de Asturias.

Wonderful walking in June

A well equipped apartment with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. A large bedroom with a king sized bed and plenty of storage space. Masses of hot water and a good shower room. As we walked most days we only sat out and ate one evening and found the view to the side of the apartment block opposite very pleasant looking towards the mountains. Rosa is a charming lady, full of information and very accomodating. The only reason to give 4 stars is that I did think that it would be very cramped for 4 people. For 2 people a very big 5 star. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family. Thank you Rosa.

Es un sitio con una privilegiada ubicación ya que está cerca del mar y también de la maraña. Sin duda, para repetir!!!

Estuvimos una semana a finales de agosto, 2 adultos y 2 niños. El apartamento está nuevo, limpio y muy cuidado, muy confortable y al que no le falta de nada. Una semana estupenda, repetiremos.

Pasamos una semana estupenda y repetiremos. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, lo mejor una cama supercómoda y la terraza donde cenar a 23 grados como mucho. Al ser un pueblo más pequeño q Llanes no tiene las aglomeraciones de verano pero cuenta con todo lo necesario. Desde allí es fácil tomar cualquier dirección y visitar la zona, nosotros fuímos a los lagos de Covadonga, Cangas de Onís, Ribadesella y Oviedo(q está un poco más alejado a 1 hora en coche). También visitamos las playas de Toranda y Torimbia a unos 3km (nosotros solíamos ir andando aunq se tardaba un poco). La propietaría, Rosa fue muy amable y nos guió en todo lo necasario.
