Great stay

We always love visiting Frisco. The property was in a nice location, the club house was great, fireplace in the condo was wonderful and the management group was very friendly. The unit is on the third floor and there is not an elevator (which was disclosed in the listing), but it’s the only down side to the property. However, it wouldn’t keep me from going back. Overall it was a great stay!

Good for the price!

Although this location served our needs for a few days, there is certainly room for improvement. The cookware is very outdated and needs replacing. Both showerheads need replacing and the exhaust fan in the lower bathroom also needs to be replaced as it makes a loud noise. Additionally, I'm not sure it has ever been cleaned.

Nice enough place, Frisco is awesome.

Nothing was a dealbreaker and the place was fine, pricey but it’s Pres Day weekend, I get it. I do have a few concerns/comments. 1. The check in “required” stopping at a central rental location in Frisco to pick up keys and sign some paperwork—one of the things I love about VRBO is NOT having to interact with the owners and doing everything electronically, so this was a different process. I’d suggest accepting electronic signatures (you wanted hard copies of the pdf I sent?!?), using a code password to get into the condo; and, for heavens sake, you’ve already billed my credit card, why do you require a hard signature?!? 2. The “master suite” was hard to find as it was disguised as a closet behind the lift. It was comfy though I did bang my head on the ceiling a couple of times when walking in the room. Also, I’m not sure what the fire code is in Frisco, but it would’ve been tough getting to the loft and down the stairs if there was a fire—maybe put a rope or a metal ladder so the window could be used in the event of a fire. 3. Please put a bottle top opener in the kitchen! It was otherwise well equipped but missing that one item! 4. VRBO app doesn’t allow reliable messaging on my phone. That may have been just xs traffic from a busy weekend but it did make it tough to respond to the owners request for signed paperwork. 5. Underground parking lot is too small to reliably park an suv. The spot next to their assigned spot was filled by an enormous Suburban and I was unable to park my Explorer next to it as the columns and angles wouldn’t allow it. I didn’t complain as there is ample outside parking. I’m not sure what the owners could have done if I had complained, so that’s on me. I’d probably stay elsewhere next time as I’ve stayed at nicer places for similar prices in Frisco, but if nothing was left, I’d stay here again…

Great property for a quick ski trip

Property was as described. Clean, easily accessible, and roomy. It is on the third floor and there isn’t an elevator but we were on a guys trip so not a problem for our group. Close to all major ski resorts in Summit County. Also a short walk to Frisco’s Main Street. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in town.

Served it’s purpose!

A quick ski trip for dad and two young adult sons. The apartment was clean and adequately provisioned. Kitchen was updated. The only drawback was the stairs but we knew that and didn’t cause a problem for us. Would stay again if we are in the Frisco area.

Great condo

Had a great time at this very nice and clean condo. The only drawback is that it is on the third floor which should have oxygen tanks on the climb up the stairs (or put in elevator)!

Cute place

Loved the condo, worth the walk up three flights of stairs. Loved the clubhouse for the kids!

Nothing that can't be fixed

The property would be a perfect retreat with better management. We entered the condo to find the cleaning had not been thorough, furniture was broken, carpet really needs to be replaced. This is all fixable, if they so choose. Beds were comfortable, location and use of clubhouse was nice. We loved having a wood burning fireplace!
