Superb very spacious villa, fully air conditioned, with swimming pool, on the heights of the seaside resort of Porticcio Route des Cannes. It offers a 360 ° view of the gulf and the mountains. 3 km (Less than 10 minutes by car) from the center of Porticcio, shops, beaches and leisure.
You can admire Ajaccio bay from the very sunny swimming pool all day. Porticcio beach is less than 10 minutes by car.
The furnished terraces will allow you to enjoy the outdoors according to the sunshine. You will have the choice to take your meals, in the shade or in the sun. .

From Porticcio, it is possible to go on a boat trip to Bonifacio, the Scandola Reserve, Porto and the Sanguinaires Islands. All water sports are in the center of Porticcio.
Possibility to take the boat shuttle from Porticcio, which will leave you a few minutes from Ajaccio market.
For hikers, Corsica is a treat.
