Lovely stay near the beach

We had a great stay in David’s apartment. The place is very neat and we had everything we needed with the facilities in the apartment (e.g washing machine, kitchen utilities etc.) and outside the apartment nearby (e.g. supermarket, train station). The beach nearby was lovely and quiet. Prior and during our stay the communication with David was impeccable. He was very accommodating and quick in responding to our questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment in this cute town!

Appartamento molto confortevole

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, non manca proprio nulla. Vicino al mare, al centro e a tutti i servizi. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, ci ha permesso di portare anche il nostro cagnolino. Lo consiglio e spero di ritornarci.

Schöner Meeresblick jeden Tag.

Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Wohnung wo alles vorhanden ist was man braucht, fast wie Zuhause. Die Wohnung/ Apartment liegt im zweiten Obergeschoss. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall der Meerblick vom Bett, oder aus der Küche. Ich und meine Freundin sind sehr Multimedia affin, leider gab es kein Internetzugang. Wir hatten aber eine sehr schön Zeit, danke an David Roggi :)

Vacanza in famiglia

Per primissima cosa il proprietario è una persona genuina e correttissima cosa che oggigiorno è molto raro. La casa è in una posizione perfetta, vicinissimo al mare e lontano dal caos del centro dove fino a tarda notte c'è molta confusione. Completa di tutti gli accessori primari e aria condizionata che nelle giornate più calde è stata un valido aiuto. Ci sono tante scale che per chi come me è andato con due bimbi piccoli (2 anni e 10 mesi) possono risultare scomode ma si sopravvive! Per chi vuole fare una vaca

Tutto perfetto

Il titolo dice tutto. Vacanza dal 13 al 27 luglio. In cinque con tre bambini, ma nella camera dei bambini ce ne sarebbe stato tranquillamente un altro visto l'ampio letto matrimoniale e il letto singolo. Vista mare fantastica. A poco più di dieci minuti a piedi dalla Baia del quercetano ma a cinque minuti scarsi da diverse calette stupende per amanti del vero mare e per togliersi dalla confusione della più rinomata baia. Comoda a tutti i servizi con farmacia e bancomat sotto casa.Il paese è piuttosto mondano ma a chi non piace come a noi la mondanità non importa perché la casa è confortevole e il mare fantastico. Sarà molto probabile che incontreremo ancora il proprietario che ci ha mostrato cortesia e disponibilità

Tutto molto bello.

Appartamento che rispecchia le caratteristiche evidenziate in fase di prenotazione. Molto suggestivo il fatto di aprire le finestre con la vista mare. Veramente a pochissimi minuti dal mare e dal centro del paese. Tutto molto bello. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile durante il nostro soggiorno. Consigliato.

Давид - очень дружелюбный и радушный хозяин. Квартира уютная. Вполне достаточно места и удобств для семьи с двумя детьми. К морю идти совсем недалеко. Через дорогу замечательный парк, где приятно погулять вечером после заката. Сразу за парком находятся кварталы, где сосредоточены рестораны, кафе, магазины. Все удовольствия в пределах пешей доступности.

Siamo stati in vacanze per dieci giorni con la nostra bambina di 2 anni. La casa è come da descrizione e da foto, fornita di ogni comfort e in ottima posizione vicino al mare, negozi, supermercati e farmacia. La casa era pulita e ben accessoriata. Il proprietario di casa, David, è un ragazzo gentile e disponibile. Consigliamo sia per coppie che per famiglie,i bambini hanno a disposizione oltretutto la passeggiata in pineta e parco giochi.

Praticamente perfetta

Perfetta per una vacanza all'insegna del relax ! La casa è nuova, bella, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione poi completa il tutto .... il mare è a due passi e a fianco si trova una grande pineta attrezzata. Anche il centro del paese è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata ! È stata davvero una bella vacanza speriamo ci siano altre occasioni !!! Un grazie ai proprietari che si sono mostrati gentili e disponibili.

La casa molto carina, accogliente e con una vista spettacolare. Il condominio molto tranquillo, é stato ristrutturato pochi anni fa molto bene; a due passi dalla stazione, dalla pineta e dal cento. Il proprietario é attendo e ogni esigenza, pronto a risolvere ogni problema... Se mai ci fossero... Apparte iltempo abbiamo passato due settimane in totale relax con una bambina di pochi mesi. Spero di riuscire a passare nuovamente un'altra vacanza in questo appartamento... Buon soggiorno...

Fantastico!!

Casa pulita, super accessoriata ed in buono stato, più grande rispetto a quanto ci aspettavamo dall'annuncio. Destinazione ideale per chi, come noi, vuol fare una vacanza tranquilla in famiglia: a due passi da spiaggia di sabbia, pineta attrezzata con parco giochi, farmacia, banca, supermercato (raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi). Proprietario estremamente attento e disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Ottimo appartamento vicino a spiaggia e pineta

Confortevole appartamento vicino a spiaggia e pineta. Ben attrezzato (a/c, lavatrice e lavastoviglie non guastano anche in vacanza!), si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di scoglio e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di sabbia. Con il nostro bambino di 3 anni, ci siamo trovati molto bene perchè comodo a tutto. Unico neo, la vicinanza alla ferrovia (la stazione è proprio fronte casa) ma le finestre ben insonorizzate di camera e cucina limitano il disagio al minimo.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in grazioso appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, fornito di ogni comfort , molto funzionale e con un suggestivo affaccio sul mare.A pochi passi una fantastica pineta, realmente vicino al mare e comodo al centro ( ristorantini, negozi , gelaterie ecc ecc ). Il propietario dispinibile e cordiale ... Insomma, tutte queste piccole cose hanno reso la vacanza, mia e della mia famiglia indimenticabile . ASSOLUTAMENTE da ripetere ! Location conforme à l'annonce; propriétaire très disponible et sympathique. Environnement agréable , proche d'un parc avec une jolie pinède. Un peu de bruit venant de la rue mais il y a beaucoup de monde en juillet....la climatisation a été très appréciée. N'hésitez pas à louer cet appartement!
