Lovely stay in a beautiful home
We really enjoyed our stay, in this lovely home. The hosts were fantastic and communication was great from start to finish. The house is clean and modern but with lovely traditional features in beautiful surroundings. We would definitely recommend this home and will be back. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Spacious house in quiet farmland
We had a very nice stay in this house. The pictures do not really show how spacious the house is. Also the covered terrace is a nice place to sit even on hot days. Just be aware that some insects like it there too. Take precautions. Lastly, the hosts are the friendliest people you could meet.

In der Summe ein schöner Aufenthalt. Geräumiges Haus, gute Betten und Schlafzimmer,sowie Bäder. Leider ein muffiger Geruch im unteren Bereich des Hauses. Aufgrund der Witterung viele Mücken.

Es war perfekt, das Ferienhaus lag ideal für unsere Ausflüge und wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Sehr erholsam
Wir waren eine Woche in Bagnacavallo und haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß und ruhig, für drei Personen waren die Zimmer purer Luxus. Die Städte Ferrara, Bologna, Ravenna, Rimini sind gut erreichbar. Schön sind auch San Marino und Archangelo.

Prima accomodatie
Mooi huis met grote omheinde tuin. Rustig gelegen en een prima uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de regio. Huis was schoon, bedden waren prima en contact met de verhuurders (de buren) was goed. Minpuntjes waren voor ons het gebrek aan een fijne zithoek met tv en de vele muggen.

Maison très jolie , très propre par contre non conforme au descriptif ,car il n'y a pas de climatisation , la douche pour la personne en fauteuil roulant n'est pas conforme trop petite et pas de siège de douche au mur . Nous avons été envahi par les moustiques , nous n'avons pas pu déjeuner ou diner sur la terrasse et cela pendant 2 semaines

Tolle Unterkunft zum fairen Preis
Wir haben hier 10 traumhafte Tage verbracht! Ein großzügiges Haus, welches hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Für uns als Familien mit kleinen Kindern war auch das große (geschlossene) Grundstück mit dem kleinen Spielplatz Gold wert - die Kinder konnten sich richtig austoben. Am Ort selbst gibt es einige gute Restaurants und bereits eine der besten Eisdielen. Von hier aus lies sich auch alles gut erreichen - egal, ob Strand in Ravenna (ebenfalls sehr kinderfreundlich), oder eben Städtetripps, alles ist gut erreichbar. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier auf jeden Fall! Wir werden es wohl wiederholen müssen... ;)

Siamo stati 10 giorno presso l'agriturismo Il Pettirosso, alla ricerca di tranquillità e relax e devo ammettere che è stato un soggiorno fantastico: vicino a città interessanti e luoghi affascinanti. Schönes großes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein schöner Garten mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten, auch überdacht. Alles war so wie beschrieben, wir sind sehr zufrieden . Luciano und Susanna sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es gab keinerlei Probleme.

Excellent séjour, à recommander
La maison est spacieuse, très confortable, d'une très grande propreté, sur un grand terrain arboré, à proximité de celle des propriétaires. La location se trouve parmi les cultures de fruits : poiriers, pruniers, abricotiers.... dans une jolie campagne et au calme. On se trouve près de beaucoup de sites : Ravenne, Ferrare, Modène, Bologne et bien d'autres. On peut aussi aller facilement à la plage. Merci pour les précieux conseils de Lucianno, qui nous ont permis aussi de découvrir la montagne à 1 heure de voiture et d'autres destinations nature. Nous recommandons cette location. Merci aussi à Susanna pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Sabine et Jean-Michel

Lovely family stay Oct 2019
We had a lovely time at Luciano and Susanna's villa on the outskirts of Bagnacavallo. The house was spotlessly clean, very spacious and private. It has been nicely renovated with modern technology, including an intercom if you need to call the owners, who live in a separate house next door (separated by fencing and hedging). Susanna and Luciano are lovely and were very helpful and kind. Our children enjoyed the slide, see-saw and wobbly logs as well as Cico the friendly cat. The town and area are great and the people friendly. Thanks Susanna and Luciano!

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus von Susanna und Luciano war soooo schön, dass wir unbedingt wiederkommen wollen! Das Haus hat trotz guter Beschreibung samt Fotos auf der Website in der Realität dann noch unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und die zwei sind einfach reizende Vermieter. Meglio di quanto ci aspettassimo
Io e altri 9 ragazzi abbiamo soggionato nel periodo di Capodanno alla Casa del Pettirosso. L'abbiamo scelta perchè dalle foto ci sembrava bella e confortevole, ma abbiamo ottenuto anche di più! All'esterno la casa presenta un ampio giardino dotato di parcheggio per 3 macchine o più, con un camino e dei tavoli protetti da un porticato. L'interno, invece, è ugualmente molto ampio e moderno, dispone di tutti gli spazi e gli utensili necessari, e la pulizia degli ambienti era ottima! Abbiamo soggiornato davvero bene, e non è mancata la giusta ospitalità dei proprietari che vivono nello stabile a fianco e quindi sono sempre pronti per ogni evenienza. Sicuramente la consigliamo e speriamo di ritornerci!

Clean, well-equipped, spacious, lovely, safe garden for children to play in and adults to relax in.
We spent a lovely week at Susanna and Luciano’s property. They were very kind and helpful hosts. The property was perfect. Our children loved playing in the garden and we enjoyed eating outside on the terrace. The hosed was clean, spacious and well-appointed. We spent much of the week exploring some of the many interesting towns in the region. There is so much to see and do within an easy drive of the property. Thank you for a great week.

Un très bel endroit!
La maison est grande, bien rénovée, ultra propre, et très bien située pour la visite des principale villes d’Emilie-Romagne (Ferrara, Ravenne, Bologne) et la mer. Les proprios sont charmants et très accueillants. En pleine campagne, c’est un havre de tranquillité sans être éloigné de tout. Un choix judicieux.
