House with Wifi, fully fenced, close to shops, beaches, pond and small port renowned for its oysters and mussels. Possibility to bring the car into the garden. You can visit around many sites such as the Marais Poitevins, the bird reserve, the famous Puy du Fou, the Zoo Mervent, the nature reserve of Saint Denis du Payré etc.
The house has a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, relax, barbecue.
Living room with kitchen: stove, oven, microwave-refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, kettle ..., sitting area with sofa bed, TV, radio / CD player, books. A room with bed 140 cm (2 beds), shower room, washing machine.
Animals are accepted and will be safe in the walled garden.

Zeer mooi en net huisje

Zeer proper, aangenaam en rustig verblijf! Ruim genoeg voor 2pers en 2 honden. Zeer vriendelijke verhuurster. Alles is aanwezig in het huisje, winkel dichtbij maar klein beetje ver van de zee.

Super accueil notre animal a été bien reçu également. L’appartement était nickel fidèlement décrit… les balades aux alentours étaient formidables il y a beaucoup à faire et voir. Les animaux sont bien acceptés même dans les restaurants et les sorties…à refaire

Gîte bien situé correspondant parfaitement à la description

Malgré le temps mitigé le gîte étant bien situé nous avons pu faire des visites aquarium shopping....mais surtout de belles balades à pied et à vélo

Idéale baignade en bassin d'eau de mer

Logement très bien adapté pour 2 (+ chien). Environnement calme ; supermarché à proximité immédiate. A 500m bassin de baignade (moins de vent , moins de vagues , nage sécurisée ). A 1 km , plages sur océan.

perfect holidays

Madame Ferial is a perfect host for the perfect object. Never before have we been in such a clean and well equipped house. Everything was just great. The house and the village are also great for dog owners. Shops, restaurants, bars and a little beach are in walking distance (from 3 to 15 minutes). A must-do is eating at the restaurant „Julie dans la cuisine“. Thank you very very much Madame Ferial! Best wishes from Germany!

Gîte au calme, proche de toutes les commodités

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte ( 3 semaines) , il est situé dans un quartier calme, proche des commerces. La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a bien renseigné sur les choses à voir et les bonnes adresses de restaurants. Le gîte est bien équipé.
