House comfortably accommodates 14 guests. Pillows and comforters are provided on each bed. Enjoy our large kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining room table. House features intercoastal views and sunsets. This house features 2 large decks with table and chairs to enjoy the view. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. A great house with plenty of room for our family. Location was perfect, nice pool, close to the beach. The kitchen has all the items and some to prepare great family meals. Endless pots, pans, that most houses don't offer.

Beach week

Good location, enclosed outside shower, great AC, TV, fast washer/dryer lots of bathrooms. Use of neighborhood pool is a big plus. NO LINEN OR TOWELS included is a big drawback.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for my family and adult children, loved how every room had its own bathroom. kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and plenty of room for us all. We enjoyed the easy beach access and the pool was a added touch. Also enjoyed sitting on the porch in thr evenings.

Great Experience

We had a great time at this property. We had three families staying together and had plenty of room. Each bedroom has their own bathroom which was nice. There was plenty of deck room and room for all (11 people) to eat at the same time. Beach was about a 5-10 minute walk away. House was clean. It's really nicer than the pictures on the website.

Family Vaca OIB

We had a great time at this nice, spacious house! It was a short walk to the pool and the beach. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and dinnerware. Everyone was very comfortable! We highly recommend this house!! We loved the Ocean Isle Creamery and Sharky's - we walked to the creamery. We also went to the little Chapel on Sunday which was only a few blocks from the house!

House and area was amazing. We had an amazing vacation and house was perfect. Only complaint would have been clothes dryer did not dry clothes good. We had to run each load at least 2 to 3 times to get completely dry, but other than that it was great and would love to stay here again.

Fantastic communication/response time from owner

I emailed the owner several times with questions about our stay. She was always quick to get back with me. Everything in the description is accurate. Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoy our stay during our weeklong stay at the beach. Probably the best thing about this property is that there is a beach access right beside the house that makes getting to the beach a lot faster than other properties on this street.

spacious and clean home.

the home was clean inside and out, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of pots and pans and utensils, plates and silverware. extra ice maker too. My one concern was that there seemed to be something wrong with the placement of the duct work under the house for the HVAC in that the large bedroom with 2 beds downstairs was always 5-10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. I kept the blinds closed in there and kept the door open to no avail. it would be almost chilly in the LR but that bedroom would be uncomfortably hot. not fair to anyone using it.

Beautiful, well equipped home

Our extended family vacation was nearly seamless at this beautiful home! It fit our party of 13 well. As many others have said, the pictures don't quite do it justice. It was spacious and having a bathroom for each bedroom is a huge plus! It was a quick walk to the beach and while we never used the pool, it was nice to know it was there if had enough sand. This was our first trip to Ocean Isle (though we're quite familiar with the other Brunswick County beaches) but I suspect we'll be back...if we can stay at this property again. It was excellent!

Wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying at this property and we had again a wonderful time. The house was clean and is well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. Overall another wonderful week at OIB!

2022 family trip.

This was are second trip to Ocean Isle. Although it’s grown a-lot since are first trip. It’s still a wonderful beach. This was are first stay at this house. It’s a nice place close to everything by a short walk or drive. We would recommend this place if you visit ocean isle.

Perfect house for multi family trip

The house is perfect for multi family trip. The home is in great condition and the pictures actually don’t do it justice. The kitchen is well stocked Every bedroom has its own bathroom and TV. It is a short walk to the pool and beach. The owners are very responsive to questions. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Ocean Isle

Wonderful week in the perfect house for us!

We had a great time in this OIB rental! The house offered plenty of space for our larger group to gather, share meals and play games, while also giving everyone the privacy of a bathroom with each bedroom. The kitchen has everything you could need incl. a separate ice maker! The walk to the beach was easy and short. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house was so nice. It was a little hike to the pool and beach but really enjoyed our stay. Will probably rent a golf cart if we stay there on our next visit. The owners were so nice and accommodating. Overall experience was great.
