The annex, even if located in a wing of a large villa, is totally independent and very private, with exclusive entrance and parking
Recently renovated, it is furnished with care down to the smallest details to make you feel at home. It includes a very large bedroom with a king size bed and a living room; a room used as a walk-in closet; a well-equipped independent kitchenette; a large bathroom with tub and shower and a WC with toilet and bidet; air conditioning; TV; WiFi; barbecue; a veranda overlooking the garden where you can eat outside; an internal courtyard with umbrella and table and a terrace with pergola and a large bed where you can relax in privacy or have an aperitif at sunset
The large outdoor park with garden is well-kept and equipped and enjoys the natural vegetation of the place, rich in mastic trees and centuries-old olive trees, where you can spend hours relaxing sunbathing on the loungers, lying on the hammocks in the shade or admiring the stars in the evening, enjoying the music and scents of nature

Rita und Franco sind äußerst professionelle, zuvorkommende und unterstützende Gastgeber. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Selbst bei der Strandauswahl erhielten wir z.B. in Bezug auf die konkreten Windverhältnisse und die Strandlage sehr gute Empfehlungen. Franco unterstützte uns selbst untewrwegs mit wertvollen Links per SMS. Wir kommen wieder!

Rita und Franco sind wunderbare, hilfsbereite und liebevolle Vermieter! Dieses Haus und der Garten sind noch viel schöner, als in der Objektbeschreibung. Es ist ein wahrer Traum!! Dieses Anwesen ist durch die liebevolle Pflege der beiden einfach wunderschön bis ins kleinste Detail! Ohne Auto allerdings keine Chance. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal!

Stunning Villa

Rita and Franco were great during the check-in and have us lots if great tips for the area. The villa is just gorgeous with plenty of space and a huge garden. Highly recommend!!

Top Fewo Anbieter!

Wir haben mit unserer 10-jährigen Tochter sehr schöne 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Rita und Franco verbringen können. Von dort aus lassen sich sämtliche Strände der Costa Smeralda sehr schnell erreichen. Auch Restaurants und Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tolle Lage! Der Garten ist perfekt! Und auch die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Rita und Franco standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Adresse! Auch die in direkter Nachbarschaft liegenden 6 und 4 Bett-Einheiten sind genauso empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Een romantische oase

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit prachtige huisje. Heel smaakvol ingericht. Als je van privacy, landelijk houdt en tot rust wil komen is dit dé plek. In een prachtige groene tuin, heerlijk gelezen in de hangmat. Het is een goede locatie om de vele mooie stranden in de buurt te bezoeken. Van Franco (spreekt goed Engels) veel goede tips gekregen en zeer complete uitleg over alles in en om het huis..en dat om 23.30u! (Ivm onze late aankomst) We hebben hem verder niet nodig gehad, alles was aanwezig en functioneerde goed. Toch was hij erg betrokken, vroeg bijvoorbeeld via Whatsapp of alles goed ging. Het keukentje is inderdaad klein, hele maaltijd bereiden is wat lastig maar te doen. Op zich niet nodig met zoveel goede restaurants in de buurt. Wat wel verrassend ruim is, is de badkamer! Franco vertelde over hun plannen met het dakterras. Het wordt dus nóg mooier! Wat ons betreft zeker een aanrader dit schattige huisje met de prachtige tuin!

Knus en sfeervol.

De woning is exact als op de foto's met een mooie ruime tuin waar enkele katten rond lopen die dagelijks even langs komen voor de gezelligheid. Tevens een ruime badkamer met heerlijke douche. De omgeving is er erg mooi en is perfect gelegen voor uitstapjes in de omgeving, ook Alghero is nog te doen hiervandaan, wij hebben in Alghero een nachtje hotel gedaan opdat we niet op een dag heen en terug hoefden te rijden want je bent toch al gauw tweeënhalf uur onderweg om er te komen. Het is wel een must om over een huurauto te beschikken want vanaf het huisje zijn de afstanden voor het mooie net even te ver om te wandelen, er is evengoed van alles in de omgeving te vinden, Supermarkten, restaurantjes, stranden en diverse shopping mogelijkheden. Voor het laatste leent Olbia zich uitstekend.

Super schöne Wohnung

Sehr gemütliche, ruhige Wohnung mit super Garten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. In der näheren Umgebung hat es sehr schöne Strände, sogar einen Hundestrand. Wir und unser Hund haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Spettacolare!

Casa molto bella e perfetta per una coppia, posto bellissimo e immerso nella natura. C’è tutto il necessario nella casa ed è in una posizione molto vicina alle spiagge e a Porto Cervo. Disponibilissimi i proprietari, insomma è stata una bellissima vacaza. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus für zwei

Das sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienhaus liegt zentral und viele Strände können gut mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Die Küche ist klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme mit dem Wasser, sowie dem Boiler. Aber alles wurde schnell und erfolgreich von unseren Vermietern behoben. Der Garten ist sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Leider sind die Autos von der Straße leicht zu hören. Alles in Allem ein schönes Ferienziel mit nettem kleinem Ferienhaus, sowie immer erreichbaren freundlichen Vermietern.

Essendo una coppia abbiamo affittato la dependance , perfetta in ogni dettaglio,

Il nostro soggiorno in Sardegna ha avuto un ulteriore tocco romantico grazie alla sistemazione nella dependance della casa di Rita e Franco. Persone squisite con le quali lo scambio di opinioni erano all'ordine del giorno ma mai invadendo la nostra privacy. Le foto che descrivono la struttura sono al 100% veritiere ed esprimono appieno l'atmosfera che si vive all'interno. La non propria vicinanza alle spiaggette e calette tipiche della costa smeralda rendono necessario l'uso di una macchina ,devo dire che ,dopo una giornata passata sotto il sole rientrare a casa accolti dal fresco degli olivastri e l'umido del prato davanti casa"il tutto curato con precisione certosina "la fa passare in secondo piano. Che dire ancora, consiglio vivamente l'esperienza Sardegna soggiornando nella dependance o nelle altre sistemazioni della "retrò pop art" signora Rita e del mai domo super attivo e sportivo signor Franco. Romantica dependance nel parco

È un piacere scrivere una bella recensione per Rita e Franco, proprietari di questa romantica dependance nel parco. Io e Sandro abbiamo trascorso dieci meravigliosi giorni in questa oasi di pace e di bellezza. La dependance è esattamente come descritta, non manca di nulla, pulitissima ed è curata nei dettagli. Il giardino incantevole, un angolo dove potersi rilassare sulle amache e godere di tranquillità. Perfetta anche la posizione: in pochi minuti si raggiungono le più belle spiagge della Costa Smeralda e i luoghi più mondani come Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo e San Pantaleo. In fine un grazie di cuore a Rita e a Franco per l'accoglienza e per gli ottimi suggerimenti che ci hanno permesso di trascorrere al meglio i nostri giorni di vacanza. Ritorneremo sicuramente. La dependance è meravigliosa, romantica e raffinata; possiede diversi spazi abitativi che la rendono unica (il giardino interno, angoli arredati del grande giardino, il bagno con vista)...giardino ricco e curato come anche tutti i dettagli all' interno della casa. Accessoriata di tutto il necessario, vicinanza a mare spiagge angoli di Sardegna di paradiso. Rita e Franco sono molto accoglienti simpatici, disponibili!!

Die Wohnung ist sauber und traditionell geschmackvoll sardisch eingerichtet . Die Wohnung ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen Garten der zum verweilen einlädt. Unter Ölivenbäumen im Schatten in der Hängematte liegen und lesen oder einfach die Natur genießen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, alle schönen Strände der Umgebung sind in 10-20 min mit dem Auto erreichbar genau wie die umliegenden Örtlichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen !

Sehr schöner Ausganspunkt für Zwei

Wir verbrachten Anfang Mai 11 Tage auf Sardinien - die Saison hatte noch nicht wirklich begonnen - dafür hat uns die geschmackvolle Unterkunft aber vielfach entschädigt. Die Zufahrt von der Hauptstrasse ist leider nur schwer zu finden - sie ist wirklich direkt gegenüber dem gelben Camping-Schild. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst. Besonders toll fanden wir die liebevolle Dekoration mit vielen Ablagetischchen, den Platz im Bad, den begehbaren Kleiderschrank und das funktionierende Internet. Es gibt mehrere sehr schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten im Innenhof, vorne zum Park überdacht, im Garten und auf der Dachterrasse. Den Gartenbereich vor der Wohnung hatten wir komplett für uns, bis auf einen lieben Esel, der uns morgens manchmal besuchte. Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut für unsere Tagesausflüge entlang der Costa Smeralda mit dem Auto. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wunderbare Zeit

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Cugnana . Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett von der Hausmeisterfamilie in Empfang genommen und wurden auch während unserer Urlaubszeit dort gut betreut. Auch unsere Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie waren stets ansprechbar und standen uns auch jederzeit mit wertvollen Tipps zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Sie ist zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Von hier aus kann man zahlreiche schöne Buchten entlang der Costa Smeralda und Orte wie z. B. Porto Rotonto, Porto Cervo und Pantaleo in relativ kurzer Zeit erreichen. Wir haben gerne die schönen Abendstunden auf der Terrasse genossen und uns echt super erholt Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wunderbare Zeit

Sardegna come ai caraibi

Location fantastica. Le spiagge più belle delle costa smeralda raggiungibili in meno di un quarto d'ora. Immobile curato nei particolari, pulito e molto silenzioso, ideale per chi vuole godersi la tranquillità del posto. La proprietaria, Sig.ra Rita, molto disponibile e affidabile nel fornire ogni info riguardo a ristoranti, spiagge ecc della zona. Altrettanto carini e disponibili i custodi che abitano nel parco. Traumhaft schön!!!

Traumhafte Insel; traumhafte süße Wohnung. Diese liegt verborgen zwischen Bäumen und Wiesen 500,0 m von der Straße entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Touren im Norden der Insel zu kleinen Sandbuchten. Hier wahren wir nicht das letzte Mal!😀 Sehr netter Kontakt zur Eigentümerfamilie bzw. zu der liebenswerten Hausmeisterfamilie die wenn überhaupt vorhanden sofort alles wieder richten.

Hello, I am Rita and in summer you can find me here at the Case di Maricosu together with my daughter Federica and my husband Franco. This is our little paradise, a place to spend your holidays totally immersed in the peace and splendor of the homonymous hill, surrounded by the quiet and the many centuries-old olive trees, a stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches and coves of the Costa Smeralda.
When I'm not in Sardinia I live in Rome, my beautiful city. My passions are many, from that of vintage and recycling, with which I develop installations and furnishings, to painting, from naturopathy to classical dance. I love animals, I love life and I try to do my best to respect the universe.
