Charming house with garden near the beaches

House entirely renovated in 2011, sober and neat decoration, a lot of white, solid parquet, woodwork on the wall in the living room, new equipment (fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, oven, induction hob, microwave), small garden facing "west", wifi available, quiet area.
This rental is located in a dead end which leads to another of our rentals (the house "Penhat" announces 6405322 (three bedrooms)).

Great property in Crozon, Brittany

A delightful, small holiday property in this lovely part of Brittany. Immaculately kept with new equipment and appliances. Short walk from charming beach and near very beautiful coastal scenery. We only had a couple of queries for Michael, the property manager, and he replied promptly.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette petite maison confortable et au calme. Elle est idéalement située pour rayonner sur la presqu'île. Très bon contact avec l'hôte qui nous a vraiment facilité les choses sur place.

Parfait

La maison est parfaite, décorée avec goût, très très bien équipée avec une literie très confortable. Elle est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage dans un environnement très agréable et calme.

Es handelt sich hier um ein sehr sehr schönes Häuschen, dass man nur empfehlen kann!

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir das Häuschen erst einmal suchen. Wir mussten zunächst über einen schmalen, befahrbaren Feldweg (links des Hauses Rue de Cornic 1) zum Häuschen fahren. Man kann das Auto auch direkt vor dem Haus parken. Das Haus selbst ist ein super schönes kleines Häuschen mit allem nur erdenklichen Komfort in der Küche (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd etc.) ausgestattet. Der kleine Garten lädt gerne zum Verweilen ein. Diese Gegend von Crozon, wirklich 200 m vom Strand von Morgat entfernt, ist sehr sehr ruhig und lässt einem tiefenentspannen. Für Kinder und Erwachsene bietet diese Gegend super Ausflugs- und Bademöglichkeiten und auch die Wanderfreudigen kommen sehr auf ihre Kosten. Der Vermieter des Hauses, Herr Fitament, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In französischer und englischer Sprache haben wir uns super mit ihm unterhalten können. Dieses Haus können wir nur empfehlen!!! Ideale Ferienunterkunft für ein Paar: Nicht mehr Platz als nötig, aber eigenes kleines Häuschen mit abgeschlossenem, uneinsehbarem Garten. Hell, sehr sauber, äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. - Wir haben uns in dieses Häuschen verliebt! Die Strände, die Wanderwege entlang der Küste sowie der kleine Ort Morgat mit seinen Geschäften und Restaurants sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hält sich aber angenehm diskret zurück.

Super séjour

Location formidable que nous recommandons vivement ! Accueil fort sympathique du propriétaire peu avare de conseils concernant les balades (très nombreuses) à se faire dans ce coin paradisiaque et à propos des spots de surf alentours qui raviront les adeptes. La déco et l'équipement de la maison sont très soignés et tout à fait conformes aux photos. La propreté impeccable. Nous y reviendrons dès que possible !

Nous passé une semaine en basse saison (février) dans cette petite maisonnette, décorée avec gout et chaleureuse. L'endroit est très calme et bien centrée sur la presqu'île. La maison est bien équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge), et idéale pour un couple. Le propriétaire est disponible et accueillant. Nous recommandons vivement !

Endroit très calme et reposant, départ de superbes randonnées sur le GR 34, offrant des paysages magnifiques. Le guide des randonnées mis à disposition par le propriétaire - et ses précieux conseils, est bien utile.
