Casa da sogno

Una casa da sogno, in un contesto magico. Ampi spazi sia interni che esterni, curatissimi in ogni dettaglio, con vista mozzafiato sia sul mare e sullo Strombolicchio sia sul vulcano…esperienza meravigliosa, perfetta!

esperienza sublime, unica, da ripetere

al di sopra delle già elevatissime aspettative. un sogno che invece è realtà. la cura di ogni minimo dettaglio senza leziosità. Per non parlare del proprietario, persona squisita. Vorrei essere una poetessa per esprimere in versi quello che ho provato ogni momento della mia permanenza presso Casa Saracena.

Das Haus liegt toll, hat fantastischen Blick und schön viel Platz. Kann aber mal wieder mit Farbe aufgehübscht werden. Einziges Manko: Reparaturen (Fenster) während der Mietzeit.

Ritemperare fisico ed anima

Non capita spesso di affittare un'abitazione senza provare la sensazione di essere ospiti. La descrizione dell'annuncio, infatti, non le fa pienamente onore: la proprietà è deliziosa per posizione, vista (mare e vulcano), struttura. Ma non sarebbe niente di particolare senza menzionare l'aria familiare che vi si respira e che induce a sentirsi in una casa dalla quale siamo stati assenti per un certo tempo e che abbiamo solo ritrovato. Ottimo il livello della pulizia ed i servizi atti a mantenerla. Piacevolissima la comunicazione con il proprietario della casa e con i loro referenti sull'isola. I libri alle pareti una compagnia impareggiabile. Insomma tutto è meglio delle più rosee aspettative. A pochi passi da tutti i servizi dell'isola, l'abitazione al tempo stesso gode di una riservatezza ed una quiete invidiabile. Consigliatissimi la gelateria Lapillo ed il ristorante/wine bar Pardès. Imperdibile l'ascesa al cratere del vulcano con le guide di Magmatrek (grazie Zazà!!!). Il mio taxi Enrico, la barca per escursioni "Pitollina" di Marco e Massimo. La proprietà è consigliabilissima a tutti coloro che intendono viverla empaticamente, con il giusto rispetto e la speranza di tornare.

Fantastique !

La maison est très spacieuse, propre, bien entretenue et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La cour intérieure est magnifique, avec la vue sur le volcan. La terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer est là pour vous faire rêver du grand large. La petite plage est très bien accessible et l'eau claire. Malheureusement il y avait des méduses mais c'est la nature. Cette maison est vraiment exclusive de par sa position et vous l'aurez compris, nous serions resté volontiers plus longtemps. N'hésitez pas, louez là. Nous étions cinq personnes venues de Suisse et nous avons tous trouvé la villa exceptionnelle.

Aufenthalt in der Villa La Saracena

Wunderbar gelegene Villa mit Meerblick auf Strombolicchio. Geräumige Schlafzimmer mit schönem großen Bad. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wirklich empfehlenswert.
