sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im Herzen Sanremos

diese wundervolle Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet. Sie ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Sowohl innen als auch außen kann man sich wohlfühlen. Zu Fuß sind es nur 10 min in die Altstadt oder zu Strand. Insgesamt: Wundervoll.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Sanremo. L'appartement de Fabiana est très agréable à vivre avec ses grands espaces tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Le quartier est très calme, le centre et la plage sont à proximité. La région est magnifique. Enfin, nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité de Fabiana, la propriétaire des lieux. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Casa del Pino, August 2017

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Casa del Pino in Sanremo. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, jedoch schliefen wir auch im August mit den vorhandenen Vetilatoren Nachts sehr gut. In 15 min kamen wir zu Fuß in die schöne Altsadt und in 20 min wieder hoch ;-) Wir werden nächste Jahr vermutlich wieder zum Casa del Pino kommen. Die Kommunikation mit Fabiana war immer reibungslos und sehr angenehm. Herzlichen Dank, Familie Linke

Nice apartment on the hill

This is a very nice apartment. It is very well equipped and has a big terrace in a beautiful garden which is great for small children to play. The apartment is in a residential area on a hill. Walking downhill to the beach is about 10-15 minutes, walking up 15-20 minutes. Parking space in front of the house is limited. Generally a not too big car is recommended as streets are quite narrow.

Come sentirsi a casa

la descrizione dell'appartamento è conforme alla realtà , molto accogliente, pulito, super attrezzato, arredato con gusto La proprietaria sig.ra Fabiana è molto gentile e mi ha dato indicazioni precise e dettagliate. La casa si trova nella zona alta di Sanremo necessita di auto per fare la spesa ma se si vuole scendere a piedi in centro lo si può fare percorrendo dei carruggi . Più faticosi al ritorno perché un po' ripidi e sconnessi. Circa 20 minuti in discesa fino in centro, mentre in circa 10 minuti si arriva sullo splendido lungomare. Pista ciclabile fantastica anche per correre! Molto tranquilla, unica nota negativa i camion della spazzatura tutte le mattine anche il primo dell'anno!!! I secchi sono proprio sotto il bellissimo terrazzo dove si affaccia la camera da letto. Per il resto perfetta , noi eravamo in tre con una persona anziana e siamo stati benissimo come fossimo a casa nostra! Molto cordiali anche i vicini di casa. La consiglio vivamente

Lovely hilltop retreat

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay in this lovely apartment set in nice gardens with great views of the Med and surrounding hillsides. All the facilities were spot on and the caretaker family (who live only 30 metres away) are there to welcome you and offer any necessary help.
