Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. la propriété se trouve à 1 heure de Lisbonne. Nous nous sommes bien reposés, le paysage est magnifique et vous pouvez visitez les environs. Le couplé de propriétaire est très disponible et très gentil !

Casa en perfectas condiciones, equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. La piscina es genial ,el agua esta muy caliente. Esta muy bien situada ,ideal para visitar Ericeira , Mafra, Peniche, Obidos, Lisboa, etc

Einfach toll

Wir waren fast 2 Monate in der Casa Bela Vista und absolut begeistert! Es ist ruhig gelegen, der Strand ist gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unheimlich hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist der Knaller! Selbst bei niedrigen Temperaturen wärmt er sich schnell auf und mit ca. 12m ist er sogar lang genug um kleine Bahnen zu schwimmen. Der Garten ist toll für Kinder zum Spielen und man kann wunderschön sitzen. Der kleine Ort hat ein fantastisches Restaurant für Fisch und Meeresfrüchte einen Imbiss mit super leckeren Grillhähnchen. Im Nähe gelegenen Santa Cruz gibt es einen Hundestrand und nach Lissabon sind es nur ca.45 Minuten und Peniche ist ebenfalls nur eine knappe Stunde entfernt. Wie man hört, wir waren begeistert. 😃 Nochmal vielen Dank an José, unseren lieben Vermieter

Uma boa casa com uma óptima piscina

Uma casa acolhedora, com um espaço exterior extenso perfeito para animais. E o melhor, a piscina coberta de água salgada sempre a uma boa temperatura.

Super séjour

Très bonne semaine dans la maison de José. Tout est positif : - La maison est spacieuse dans un secteur très calme avec la piscine couverte - A proximité de Lisbonne (45 minutes du quartier Alfama), de Sétubal, de Sintra ... etc et des plages de surf.

Alleen leuk als je naar het strand wil

Het huis ligt 10 minuten met de auto van het strand af en daarvoor is het een fijne locatie. Verder is er in de omgeving niets te doen. Het huis zelf vonden wij niet bijzonder, het rook naar azijn poetslucht en de mieren liepen over het aanrecht. Bij aankomst vertelde de eigenaar ons als eerste dat we op de vertrekdag echt om 10 uur eruit moesten vanwegede poetswerkzaamheden, niet echt een warm welkom. Er lagen maar 2 handdoeken per persoon voor een hele week, de tv deed het niet en er blaften continu honden. In het zwembad zat zo veel chloor dat je de bodem niet kon zien. Wat de privacy betreft; het 'mainhouse' was ook verhuurd en dat kijkt uit op de tuin van dit huis, sterker nog, enkele deuren van slaapkamers en keuken komen gewoon uit in de tuin. Die gasten mogen dan welliswaar niet de tuin betreden maar je hebt geen privacy zoals in de advertentie is aangegeven. De omgeving is erg saai en je moet een stukje rijden voor echt lekker eten. Kortom; wij zouden het niet aanbevelen.

Wunderbare, sehr saubere Unterkunft, traumhafte Lage

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus war sauber, innen und außen sehr gepflegt und mit allen im Exposé beschriebenen Utensilien ausgestattet. Unser Gastgeber hat von Anfang an betont, dass wir uns jederzeit mit Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten an ihn wenden können. Ein absoluter Bonus ist die Lage des Objekts- ruhig und erhöht. Vom Pool aus hat man eine tolle Sicht auf die angrenzenden Felder und ins Landesinnere. Der Pool ließ vor allem das Herz unserer Kinder höher schlagen. Die Wassertemperatur betrug 28 Grad. Auch wenn es zum Sitzen unter dem Gartenpavillon leider noch zu kühl und windig war, der Außengrill ist spitze und hat uns so manch leckeres Essen beschert. Dieses Feriendomizil war der optimale Ausgangspunkt zu diversen Ausflugszielen und Sehenswürdigkeiten mit unserem Mietwagen (z.B. Lissabon- 50 min, Sintra -1Stunde, Mafra-25min, Santa Cruz-15min usw.) Uns haben die Strände Foz (8 min) und Santa Cruz (15min) am besten gefallen. Alles Weitere (Supermärkte, Apotheken, Restaurants) hat der Vermieter auf einer Karte (mit Koordinaten) vor Ort aufgelistet. Perfekt! Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich hervorragend! Wir bedanken uns nochmals herzlich für diese tolle Unterkunft. Es ist wahrscheinlich, dass wir wiederkommen!

Parfait, je recommande!

Nous étions 4 adultes et 1 enfant en bas âge. Nous sommes arrivés en retard à cause d'un vol annulé et nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par les propriétaires qui se sont montrés très compréhensifs et à l'écoute. Ils ont même trouvé et mis à notre disposition un petit lit pour l'enfant. La propriété est très belle et à l'usage exclusif des locataires, piscine comprise. C'est un peu reculé c'est vrai, une voiture sera nécessaire. Mais l'on bénéficie d'une réelle tranquillité et d'une sacrée vue depuis la maison. Plusieurs plages à 10 minutes de route, Sintra et Lisbonne entre 45 minutes et 1 heure. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances même si la météo était un peu capricieuse en début de séjour, la piscine couverte avait toujours une température idéale et nous avons pu en profiter tout le temps. Je recommande vraiment cette location. Merci à Monsieur et Madame Duarte.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui font l'effort de parler en français. La maison est très bien, avec cuisine extérieure et grande piscine couverte. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Dommage que la maison soit un peu loin de Lisbonne.

Très agréable petite villa

C'est la 2ème année que nous louons cette maison, nous avons passé une excellente semaine. José et sa femme sont charmants, à l'écoute si besoin La maison est petite et simple mais très propre, la piscine couverte est grande, les enfants adorent...La vue sur la campagne et les vignes est magnifique. Un take-away avec cuisine traditionnelle se trouve à qques minutes, pas de cuisine à faire! Ericeira et Santa Cruz sont proches, autrement beaucoup de jolies plages aux environs. Pas de réseau Wifi, mais du coup, on déconnecte vraiment.

Très bon séjour

La maison et le jardin sont très agréables. La literie est excellente. Nous avons passé de très bonnes nuits (excepté les aboiements des chiens des voisins certaines nuits. Prévoir des boules Quies si vous avez le sommeil léger) La piscine était un peu froide en novembre mais les enfants en ont quand même profité! La maison est bien équipée. Draps, coussins, serviettes de bain et couvertures en suffisance. Les propriétaires étaient à la fois disponibles et discrets. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux malgré une arrivée au milieu de la nuit suite à des retards de vols. Nous avons également apprécié la situation de la maison et la jolie vue pour le lever du soleil! Nous reviendrons!

Cette location est absolu...

Cette location est absolument géniale, la maison, la piscine couverte,l'environnement. Elle est très bien située pour visiter l'Extrémadure qui est une région magnifique. José Duarte et sa femme sont si sympathiques et accueillants.Ces quinze jours ont passé trop vite. J'allais oublier les 3 restaurants indiqués par le propriétaire surtout o Camarao où nous avons pris quelques kilos.

"Das Haus war absolut sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der überdachte Pool war im Mai angenehm warm und zu jeder Tageszeit benutzbar. Die sehr schönen Strände von Santa Cruz waren in ca. 15 Minuten problemlos mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis."
