Short, but great stay

It was a quick trip to Venice, but the accommodations were just what we needed. Very close walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the train station. Our host Fabiano was fantastic. Would recommend staying here if you’re visiting Venice.

Second time around

Our host greeted us and gave us a complete tour of the condo. Told us where everything was and explained how everything worked. Showed us map of the area and we're we could find find anything we needed. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone coming to Venice, Italy

Grande propriété avec tout le confort.

Ce que je déplore, ce sont les indications sur l’adresse de la résidence. Car même Google Maps ne le trouve pas. Expliquer qu’après le 96, plus loin il y a 96A, 96B etc… Et même lorsque on trouve, tout au fond, le 96R bien il y a des numéros d’appartement comme 20, 18, 16 , etc. Et sur mon contrat de location, rien m’indique que c’est le 16. Alors 5 minutes pour le trouver se transforme en 30 minutes et plus, à la condition que l’hôte soit présent.

We waren met 5 jong volwassenen en het appartement was echt praktisch met 2 badkamers! Proper en modern en op wandelafstand van het centrum van Venetië in een kalme buurt.

Très belle location!

L appartement est très bien situé car il est à la fois au calme et à proximité de tout Tout est fonctionnel Juste le confort du canapé lit vraiment pas terrible et manque de vaisselle pour cuisiner Mais à part ça je recommande !

Appartamento ideale per famiglie

L'appartamento è conforme alla descrizione ed è situato in una zona comoda per la stazione (5 minuti a piedi) ma comunque tranquilla. Il sestiere di Cannaregio in cui è situato offre molti ristoranti con tavolini sul canale, un parco con giochi per bambini, fermate del vaporetto per navigare sul Canal Grande o per andare a Murano e Burano, un piccolo supermercato, tutto a pochi minuti a piedi. Fabiano è un bravissimo host, molto disponibile ed accogliente. Consigliato!

Très bien !

L’appartement est très bien situé à quelques rues de la gare routière emplacement idéal pour récupérer les vaporetto. Il est très propre. Fabiano a été très gentil et a toujours répondu très vite à nos questions. Son amie frederike nous a attendu le vendredi soir à l arrêt du bateau qui nous amenait de l aéroport pour nous conduire à l appartement. Ils sont très flexibles sur les horaires. Nous sommes arrivées à 1h du matin et repartis à 16h le dimanche sans aucun soucis pour eux ! Le seul bémol est l église qui sonne à 7h tous les matins juste à côté et le canapé lit qui n’est pas très confortable pour dormir. Deux salles de bain et deux toilettes : parfait pour 5 personnes ! Merci pour ce séjour ! Nous le recommandons !

Great location. Clean and cosy. Not a huge space but just fine for 4.

Very clean and nice to have 2 bathrooms. Super nice to not have to carry suitcases over any major bridges to get from the train station. Air conditioning was very appreciated. Owner was very accommodating and helpful with arrival.

A quiet space close to station in beautiful Venezia

Our family of 4 adults had a great stay at Fabiano's place. Frederika met us promptly and got us set up. The place is modern, the two bathrooms were great to have, a/c was helpful and we were able to cook some of our meals in the pullman kitchen. Fabiano is an excellent host and communicates very well. An easy walk from the train or Piazzale Roma but off the beaten path and quiet.

Close to everything but far enough away from everything

My wife and I spent part of honeymoon in Venice and this rental unit was in a amazing location, close to the train station and a casual 30min walk the St Marks Square. The apartment was a two level loft and it was very well kept. We loved the location because when we wanted some quiet time this apartment is far away enough off the main street to accomplish that. Fabio and Fredericka were very much on top of our arrival and willing to answer any questions/concerns we may have had. I would highly recommend this rental property if your are a new or seasoned traveler to Venice. Just be prepared to do a lot of walking because vehicles are not allowed on the island. Odell

Très beau séjour à Venise !

Très bel appartement grand (nous étions 5 personnes), propre et bien meublé. Très bien situé : à quelques centaines de mètres de la gare ferroviaire, des stationnements et d'un supermarché. Fabiano a été très disponible et Manuela nous a gentiment accueilli sur place. Idéal pour visiter Venise !

Très bonne adresse

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Fabiano avec nos trois enfants. Notre hôte a volontiers répondu à toutes nos questions par mail et sur place nous avons été accueillis par son amie Manuela qui , dans un très bon français, a pris la peine de tout nous expliquer tant pour le fonctionnement de l'appartement (très propre, très fonctionnel, très calme, petit bémol sur la vaisselle et les couverts qui sont en toute petite quantité) que sur les bonnes adresses et bons plans locaux ... à recommander sans hésitation.

We three Finnish ladies h...

We three Finnish ladies have passed an excellent spring holiday in Fabiano's appartment. We made a good choice, everything was even better than we expected, the appartment is new, clean, silent, in a quite street and still in the center, 5-10 minutes by walk from the railway station. We came by train, so we did not need to take a vaporetto to go home. We can warmly recommend this apartment to our friends. Thank you Fabio!

"Excellent séjour dans un appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé et plein de charme bien que moderne. A 5 minutes à pied du vaporetto et à moins de dix de la Piazale Roma (terminus des bus), dans un quartier calme. Tout est compris dans le prix (ménage, énergie,etc.). Le propriétaire est très sympathique et répond rapidement par email à vos questions. La situation de la location sur GoogleMaps est fausse, l''appartement est plus facile d''accès dans la réalité. Demander un plan au propriétaire. Nous sommes vraiment contents de cette semaine passée à Venise."

"El apartamento es fabuloso, limpio, nuevo y bien equipado. La zona muy tranquila y convenientemente ubicada cerca de la Ferrovía y del vaporetto. Comodísimo para llegar o salir de Venezia por la facilidad de acceso desde Piazzale Roma (caminando) y con todo lo necesario cerca. "L’appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Venise dans le quartier de Cannaregio : proche de la gare de Santa Lucia, du Grand Canal et du vaporetto. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos 2 enfants et l’appartement est parfaitement adapté à une famille : il est récent, bien équipé, très propre et doté d’un mobilier de qualité, contemporain et fonctionnel. Nous avons également énormément apprécié la disponibilité et, la gentillesse de Fabiano qui a su nous conseiller et répondre à toutes nos questions sur notre séjour. Nous conseillons vivement cette location et n’hésiterons pas à y retourner pour un nouveau séjour à Venise. "

"L''alloggio è facilmente raggiungibile (anche con i bagagli al seguito...) dalla Stazione di S. Lucia ed è davvero l''ideale per una famiglia. Fabiano, il proprietario, è simpatico e disponibile a dare qualsiasi informazione utile. Dettaglio molto apprezzabile: in cucina trovate già una piccola fornitura di sale, olio, aceto e altri alimenti non deperibili, il che rende più agevole la spesa nel vicino supermercato di piazzale Roma. Locazione perfetta per visitare Venezia, con Rialto e San Marco che distano una ventina di minuti a piedi."

"The flat is 5 minutes' w...

"The flat is 5 minutes' walk from the Grand Canal, modern, spacious and well-appointed, with central heating, air conditioning and plenty of hot water. It even has a proper oven with a gas hob, which we loved as we enjoy cooking in the evenings. Everything was scrupulously clean and the bed and sofa are both comfortable. You do hear some noise from the flats on either side, but it stops by bedtime. The owner, Fabiano, is possibly the kindest and most helpful host in the business, who goes out of his way to makes things easy. He replied quickly to our email questions, and after we arrived he quickly supplied a couple of items we British find it hard to manage without, for example a toaster! We have no hesitation in recommending this flat."
