L'océan, au premier rang!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mikael. La maison est très confortable et très pratique. La communication avec Mikael a été très facile. Quant à la localisation, c'est idéal ! Tout au bord de l'océan le spectacle est permanent! La plage est en bout de terrasse. J'arrête là car j'aimerais trouver un créneau pour y retourner ! est en bout de terrasse!

Aufwachen und aus dem Bett aufs Meer schauen

2 perfekte Wochen in Treffiagat. Das Haus ist direkt am Strand von Treffiagat. Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, SUP, Kayak, alles ist möglich. Wir haben noch Fahrradfahren hinzugefügt. Das Haus liegt direkt am Küsten Rad und Wanderweg. Es ist super ausgestattet ( modern, geschmackvoll) und gemütlich falls das Wetter mal nicht so toll ist. Treffiagat und Le Guilvinec sind schöne, authentische Orte mit guten Restaurants und Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir waren für 1 Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern (5,7,9 Jahre) in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage direkt am Meer mit einer Mischung aus Sand und Felsen ist gigantisch, man könnte einfach den ganzen Tag auf der Terasse sitzen und ins Meer blicken. Auch für die Kinder gibt es immer etwas zu tun (Krebse fangen etc.). Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, auch mit bis zu 8 Personen sicherlich möglich.

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Meer

Der Checkin hat mit einem Schlüsselkasten perfekt funktioniert und so konnten wir unabhängig von der Reise- bzw. Ankunftszeit direkt in Haus. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wasser. Bei Flut und Sturm spritzt es in den Garten und bis zum Haus. Das Haus ist großzügig ausgestattet. Die Küche mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, großem Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Pad- und Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher ist perfekt ausgestattet. In der Mikrowelle hatte wohl ein Vorgänger etwas anbrennen lassen. Dazu ein Hauswirtschaftraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die ebenfalls verhandenen Liegen und weiteres Gartenmobiliar haben wir im März 2023 aufgrund der Temperaturen im Hauswirtschaftsraum gelassen. Vom Ess- und Wohnzimmer hat man einen tollen Blick auf's Meer und auch von den 3 von 4 Schlafzimmern. Die zwei Bäder / Duschen sind modern ausgestattet. Insgesamt gibt es drei Toiletten. Das Wifi hat sehr gut funktioniert. Ein ausliegender Tidenkalender für Lechiagat informiert über die Gezeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Meeresrauschen hautnah!

Näher am Meer kann man wirklich nicht wohnen. Das geräumige Haus liegt direkt am Meer, so dass bei hoher Flut die Gischt sogar gegen die Begrenzungsmauer spritzt. Die Kommunikation und auch die Übergabe waren absolut problemlos. Ungefähre Ankunftszeit über Whatsapp mitgeteilt und das war es auch schon. Das Haus bietet einen PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück und viel Platz für die Fahrräder auf der Terrasse. Es gibt ein Tor zur Straße hin und eine Tür zum Strand, beide abschließbar. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und 3 Toiletten, interessant für größere Gruppen. Der Balkon mit Meerblick kann von zwei Schlafzimmern aus betreten werden, die Terrasse, ebenfalls mit Meerblick, durch drei verschiedene Schiebetüren im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche ist modern ausgestattet und es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht. Die Internetanbindung ist jetzt nicht gerade sehr schnell, aber zuverlässig. Der nächste Bäcker ist nur 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt und sehr gut, 100 m von der Unterkunft entfernt kann man Austern und Muscheln direkt beim Erzeuger kaufen! Zweimal in der Woche ist Markt in Guilvinec, zu Fuß in 15 min. zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Traumurlaub in einem phantastischen Strandhaus

Mikael und Natalie haben uns herzlich empfangen. Für uns 4 (2 Paare) war das Haus geräumig gross und mit 3 Toiletten und 2 Duschbädern mehr als komfortabel. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Aussicht aus allen Zimmern phantastisch. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was notwendig ist. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum, näher am Wasser geht nicht. Es war ein Genuss, vom Haus oder der Terrasse den Lauf der Gezeiten zu beobachten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Ganz lieben Dank an die beiden Gastgeber.

Schön gelegen

Bis auf die Angabe der Hausnummer auf FeWo Direkt ( 22-24 statt 2), war alles bestens. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, das Meer schwappt bei Flut und etwas Wind fast bis an die Terrasse und die Ausstattung ist völlig ok. In der Küche wären 1 oder 2 kleinere Töpfe nicht schlecht. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in der Nähe und man ist schnell in Quimper, Concarneau oder auch Brest und Crozon. Klare Empfehlung!

Emplacement de rêve

Un emplacement de rêve, face à l'océan, avec un magnifique spectacle changeant tout au long de la journée. Une description conforme à la réalité, une maison confortable, superbement agencée, avec en prime une parfaite isolation entre les 2 parties. Rien de manque. Nous avons hésité à faire autant de compliments, de peur de ne plus trouver de créneau de location dans le futur! Merci au propriétaire accueillant, généreux et disponible.

wir waren begeistert

Lage, Umgebung und das Haus sind ideal. Die Innenausstattung ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack ausgestattet. Die Betten sind besonders groß und rückenfreundlich, selbst der Bandscheibenvorfall unserer Tochter hat sich während des Aufenthalts verbessert. Für uns war das ein Traumurlaub, den wir sehr gerne wiederholen werden.

Magnifique séjour pied dans l’eau

Très belle maison, fonctionnelle, lumineuse et très calme. La vue est tout simplement incroyable. La région est très belle et il y a de nombreux centres d’intérêt proches. Mikael est très accueillant et disponible. On a vraiment passé un excellent séjour.

Alles bestens, immer wieder!!!

Das Haus war perfekt und näher am Wasser wäre im Wasser. Schöner Ort und viel zu sehen im Ort und der Umgebung. Hafen, Fischmarkt, Bars, angeln, faulenzen, einfach alles rundum gut. Wir waren im Oktober da und es hat uns viel Spaß gemacht. Das Wetter war durchwachsen und passte zur Jahreszeit. Wir haben das schöne wilde und milde Klima der Bretagne in vollen Zügen genossen. Bestimmt sind wir nicht das letzte mal da gewesen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Aufenthalt in Lechiagat

Der Empfang und auch die Abreise waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage (näher am Wasser geht nicht) und ist für einen Urlaub super. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend, könnte jedoch für 8 Personen angepasst werden und die Messer waren uns zu stumpf, da wir viel und gerne kochen. Sehr positiv fanden wir den Hauwirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine,Trockner, usw. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Wir fahren auf jeden Fall wieder hin.

Großzügiges, gut geplantes Ferienhaus, perfekt gelegen!

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem phantastisch gelegenen Ferienhaus verlebt. Im wahrsten Sinne hautnah konnten wir das bretonische Wetter ( alle 4 Jahreszeiten an einem Tag ) bei Sonne auf der Terrasse ( die Füße im Wasser ) oder bei Sturm und Regen gemütlich vom Sofa oder sogar im Bett liegend beobachten und genießen. Wir waren als Paar allein in diesem Haus mit insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmern, 2 Duschbädern und 3 separaten Toiletten. Wir waren definitiv nicht das letzte Mal hier, da der perfekte Grundriss des Hauses ideal für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern und Enkelkindern ist (2 voneinander unabhängige Schlaftrakte). Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub, Mikael !!!

Perfect house to relax

we passed with our tree kids two beautiful weeks in Mikael's house. The rooms as well as the kitchen are good equipped and the house is very clean. We enjoyed very much the space outside and coffee with beautytful sunrise every morning.

Ravie de mon séjour bon accueil maison conforme à la description il ne manque rien tout à été bien pensé ! Que demander de plus ! on est à "la maison" même les vélos merci encore pour tout. quel bonheur de se lever et se coucher avec une telle vue sur l'océan ! j'ai apprécié d'être si près de la plage, des sentiers pour se balader ... Presque pas besoin de voiture . très belle région que je connaissais déjà Une semaine c'est court hélas je pense déjà aux prochaines vacances Je recommande vivement cette location Au plaisir de revenir

An amazing place to stay by the sea

What can we say, this was one of the most relaxing holidays that we have had in a long time. We were lucky to have two of the hottest weeks in June, so were able to enjoy the outside space to its full potential. The owner Mikael was very friendly and attentive. The house was perfect; it was very clean and had everything we needed for a two-week holiday by the sea. It was amazing to go to sleep and wake up looking at the sea from the main bedroom. We would have no hesitation in recommending this house for a relaxing holiday. We are returning in 2019!

Schönes Haus direkt am Meer

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit direkter Lage am Strand/Meer. Besonders gefreut hat uns bei gutem Wetter die a Ausstattung der Terasse mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Tischen. Auch aus den Schlafzimmern ein super Blick aufs Wasser. Freundliche Vermieter und sehr nette und professionelle Abwicklung.
