Ampio, pulito e comodo

Appartamento spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario. Ottima l'ampia terrazza rivolta verso il mare, ci abbiamo consumato tutti i nostri pasti. La posizione è pure molto comoda, vicina a tutto, soprattutto le splendide spiagge di San Teodoro. In 10-15 minuti se ne raggiungono 4-5 di spettacolari. Infine una menzione particolare per il sig. Giovanni che ci ha accolto e illustrato al meglio tutto quanto. Se dovessimo venire ancora a San Teodoro cercheremo senz'altro di tornare qui.

Tolles Appartement am Rand von San Teodoro

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Giovannis Appartement. Es liegt ein wenig oberhalb von San Teodoro, schön ruhig und mit einer tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse. Man benötigt jedoch einen (Miet-)wagen oder zumindest Scooter - sollte man aber sowieso haben, um möglichst viel von der Umgebung erkunden zu können. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Tankstellen sind in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden, es ist sauber und Giovanni steht für Fragen etc zur Verfügung. Die Schlüsselübergabe geschieht direkt vor Ort und läuft genau so entspannt wie die gesamte Kommunikation. Fazit: eine tolle Basis für einen Urlaub auf der wunderschönen Insel Sardinien!

Casa corredata di tutto il necessario, aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Comoda, posizione strategica, zona tranquilla. Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Schönes Haus

Ein sehr schön, eingerichtetes und sauberes Haus. Von der Veranda aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer und die kleine Stadt. Desweiteren gibt es 2 Badezimmer was bei einer Familie mit mehreren Kindern sehr praktisch ist und gegen die heißen Temperaturen gibt es auch in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und ein guter Ansprechpartner bei jeglichen Problemen. Zu bemängeln gibt es so gut wie nichts außer dass es leider kein WLAN gibt und dass die Mülltrennung etwas kompliziert zu verstehen ist. Es wäre schön eine detaillierte Anleitung auf Englisch zu haben (Da es gilt bestimmte Mülltüten für verschiedene Müllarten an bestimmten Tagen vor das Haus zu stellen). Ansonsten aber ein schönes Ferienhaus dass auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen ist! Ein großes Dankeschön an Giovanni :)

Eccellente!!!

Casa dotatata di ogni comfort, posizione tranquilla ma vicina al centro e a 900 mt dalla spiaggia "La Cinta", ottima per raggiungere in pochissimi minuti di auto le spiagge più belle di San Teodoro. La casa con Il giardino, la terrazza con vista per splendide cene e pranzi all'aperto. Giovanni, il proprietario, persona speciale, gentilissima e precisa. Vacanza di gioia e relax. Ci torneremo!!

Tolles Haus!

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Alles was man für den Alltag benötigt ist vorhanden. Man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick über San Teodoro bis zum Meer! Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können Giovanni und sein Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Una villetta bella e confortevole

ho trascorso tre settimane nella bella villetta del signor Giovanni e sono stata pienamente soddisfatta così da tornarci la prossima estate. La casa si trova nella prima collina di San Teodoro, in un quartiere curato e tranquillo, dalla terrazza si gode il bel panorama del paese e del mare e anche nelle serate più calde arriva una piacevolissima brezza. La casa , pulitissima, è estremamente confortevole e costruita con materiali di pregio ( infissi, ecc): un soggiorno curato nei particolari, camere e bagni ampi, la comodissima lavanderia e ovunque l'aria condizionata (anche se noi l'abbiamo usata pochissimo perché la casa è naturalmente fresca).Il parcheggio per l'auto è proprio di fronte all'ingresso del giardino verde, all'ombra di un grande albero. La strada praticamente finisce lì, perciò non c'è nessun disturbo di traffico e nessun pericolo e se si hanno bambini è un elemento da considerare. E' necessaria l'automobile ma il centro del paese si raggiunge in pochi minuti e le spiagge più belle sono tutte facilmente raggiungibili. Il signor Giovanni è stato un ospite attento e preciso, sempre disponibile per le nostre richieste e rispettoso della nostra tranquillità.

Come essere a casa propria

Penso che ritornarci per due anni consecutivi,si commenti da se'. ..la posizione strategica che permette la tranquillità pur essendo a pochi minuti dal centro di San Teodoro. Vista stupenda da godersi in un bel terrazzino sopra una amaca... C'è tutto quel che serve..ed il Sig.Giovanni sempre disponibilissimo. Che dire..noi ci siamo stati benissimo anche quest'anno.....

accogliente,confortevole,pulitissimo

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia. Siamo stati benissimo,locazione tranquilla,con posizione strategica per arrivare alle piu' belle spiagge della zona. Casa accogliente e molto pulita,dotata di tutto quel che serve.....e di un terrazzo con vista mare. Il sig. Vacanza incantevole.

Io e la mia famiglia (4 adulti) abbiamo soggiornato nel trilocale dal 25/7 all'8/8/2015. E' stata una vacanza bellissima. La villetta e', se possibile, ancora migliore di quanto appare nelle fotografie. Davvero tutto nuovo, funzionante e pulitissimo. Giovanni, il proprietario, e' un vero galantuomo. Corretto e gentile, si e' prodigato per assecondare ogni nostra necessita'. San Teodoro e' una localita' molto bella e strategicamente vicina a tante spiaggie meravigliose. Inoltre, il posto e' ben fornito sia a livello di negozi che di supermercati. Davvero difficile avere di meglio! Grazie mille Giovanni. Alla prossima!

vacanze vista mare

È il terzo anno che passiamo le vacanze in questo appartamento accogliente. Immerso nella natura,terrazza vista mare.Zona tranquilla, ben tenuto ,non manca nulla, dalle pentole, coltelli, all'aspirapolvere fino al ferro da stiro. Il proprietario Giovanni, gentile disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Lo consiglio: è raro trovare una casa vacanza così' ben tenuta.

Ottimo

Un magnifico posto dove passare le vacanze in pieno relax, in un contesto piacevole, riservato e dotato di ogni comfort. Arredo nuovo e curato, ampi spazi, un terrazzo comodo con stupenda vista mare e un piacevole giardino con barbecue. Serve l'auto, ma a pochi minuti dalle spiagge e dalle località turistiche della zona. Proprietario disponibile e molto gentile. Decisamente da consigliere a chiunque.
