Séjour vraiment très agréable !

Situé dans une très belle résidence fleurie et sécurisée , l’appartement dispose de tous les équipements indispensables pour passer un bon séjour , exposition plein sud et petite terrasse très sympa sur la mer des Caraïbes . Propriétaires attentifs , affables et serviables ce qui ne gâche rien !

Perfect localisation

Really good localisation. Calm place with quick acces to clean and calm beach. Owners always tries to help. The only problem is just comunication in French but there is always google translate:)

A fantastic apartment in a great location

Not least was access to the local beach very nice. The landlords were very friendly and very quick to respond to questions. We had a fantastic stay and didn’t want to leave.

Lieu inoubliable & Accueil chaleureux.

Nous louons l’appartement depuis déjà plusieurs années et apprécions la gentillesse et l’accueil de Chantal et Jean -Luc, l’endroit est tel que décrit , l’emplacement est calme et sécuritaire et il manque de rien, les propriétaires sont avenants et savent répondre à nos besoins sans tarder. Nous recommandons le site et l’appartement à tous les couples qui désirent prendre une période de repos , avec la vue superbe et le bruit des vagues qui sont enchanteurs . Une voiture est cependant recommandée soient pour s'y rendre et pour les sorties et les emplettes, l'endroit étant très bien situé à proximité des principaux centres et autres activités; de St François et St Anne et le Moule. Agréable séjour dans duplex vue mer

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans un appartement face mer. La vue est magnifique. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires. L'appartement est très spacieux, il est cosy, et de très bons goûts ( nous étions 5). Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Apartement tres bien situe et accueil agreable

Appartement très bien situé à l'anse des rochers avec belle vue sur mer et au calme . Accès à la plage voisine semi privée et sa cocoteraie . Excellent accueil et appartement très fonctionnel. Propreté impeccable. Il est curieux que les frais de ménage et de lavage du linge qui sont en supplément en fin de séjour ne soient pas indiqués clairement sur l'annonce. La troisième chambre n'en est pas vraiment une (sous pente ou on ne tient pas vraiment debout et sans fenêtre ) mais il y a bien 6 couchages en tout.

Très bel appartement grand et spacieux, super accueil par la propriétaire. Le planteur nous attendait au frais dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée, dans l'ambiance de suite. Du Séjour, cuisine, et d'une chambre, vue sur Marie Galante. Très belle terrasse balcon, où tous les repas se prennent au gré des alizés, un bonheur. Accès à une petite plage en bas. Très bon séjour. good value family vacation

Lovely, well-maintained apartment overlooking the Anse Rochier development. Beach is a few steps away, but dominated by retirees. Better beaches for surfing and other activities are short drives away. St. Francois with great groceries and restaurants are within reach, but you better have a car. Overall, a great place to relax and discover Grand-Terre! Bel appartement bien entretenu donnant sur le développement de l'Anse Rochier. La plage est à quelques pas, mais dominée par les retraités. De meilleures plages pour le surf et d'autres activités sont à courte distance en voiture. St. François avec de superbes épiceries et restaurants sont à portée de main, mais il vaut mieux avoir une voiture. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et découvrir Grand-Terre!

Très belle appartement

Appartement très beau et très propre dans un magnifique environnement. Les propriétaires nous ont recueillis en catastrophe après que nous ayons eu une très mauvaise expérience avec une maison cauchemar. Merci pour de très belles vacances qui auraient pu tourner au cauchemar sans Mme Joly la propriétaire.

Nous sommes retournés pour une deuxième année consécutive, les proprios Jean- Luc et Chantal sont toujours aussi accueillants, gentil et chaleureux et savent réponde à nos attentes, l'appartement était impeccable à notre arrivé nous avons tellement aimé l'endroit et notre séjour que nous avons déjà prévu y retourner pour de plus longue période au cours des prochaines années. Nous recommandons cet appartement et le site à tous les couples qui désirent prendre une période de repos dans un endroit calme et sécuritaire. Après un chaleureux accueil par notre hôte à l'aéroport, nous découvrons un confortable appartement en duplex en parfaite conformité avec le descriptif annoncé.Depuis la terrasse, vue sur Marie Galante et plus loin Les Saintes, panorama incitant au rêve et au parfait repos. Great holiday, great apartment

I, together with my husband and 6-year old daughter, stayed in this apartment for ten nights in late October. We had a great time in Guadeloupe and we truly recommend both vacationing in St Francois and staying in this particular apartment. First, the owners Chantal and Jean-Luc Jolly are very nice and did everything to help and accommodate us in the best possible way. Second, the apartment is beautiful with a fantastic view. We, as a family, have travelled a lot and rented several apartments/houses around the world, and the worst thing I know is when owners throw in the old and odd piece of furniture and utensils in the rental unit. This is certainly not the issue here; everything is nicely matched, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Being a family with a small child it is important to us that we can enjoy the apartment and spend some time at and cook at home: This kitchen included everything one possibly could need, and we enjoyed both breakfasts and dinners on the lovely balcony. The apartment is located in a nice, quiet area just outside town, and only a few minutes’ drive to a great beach, several restaurants, and grocery stores and other shopping. Despite our non-existing French, we easily could get around and experience many things in Guadeloupe. We had a fantastic time and would love to be able to rent from Chantal and Jean-Luc again.
