BUENA RELACION CALIDAD PRECIO
Es una casa antigua reformada ideal para pasar unos días por Asturias. Está en un pueblo cercano a Llanes y el inconveniente principal es la necesidad de usar el coche para cualquier cosa ya que en el pueblo solo hay una pequeña tienda. La atención de Isabel sensacional.

Great base to explore asturias
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, and found it was a great place to explore the Picos de Europa and surrounding area. October was a great time to come, warm but not too hot to walk in the mountains. The apartment was warm and cosy. there was five of us, which it slept comfortably, but there could have been more comfy seating for all of us for the evenings. If a light sleeper, sleep in the back room as the church bell rings very loudly on the hour and every half an hour! The bar, where we picked up our key and dropped off, was a stones throw away, and we sampled some Asturias cider here. We did not find the noise level from here was a problem. Thank you Isabelle for our stay. Thank you Isabelle for a lovely

MUY BUEN SERVICIO POR PARTE DE LA PROPIETARIA. ISABEL, LA ARRENDADORA, SE HA PUESTO EN CONTACTO CON NOSOTROS PARA AYUDARNOS CON LAS DUDAS QUE SE NOS PLANTEARON. MUY BUENA EXPERIENCIA. LA CASA ESTÁ EN EL CENTRO DEL PUEBLO Y PERMITE DESPLAZARSE DESDE ALLI A OTROS SITOS CERCANOS CON ACTIVIDADES MUY VARIADAS (DESCENSO DEL SELLA, MUSEO JURÁSICO, PLAYAS CERCANAS MUY BONITAS,...).APARTAMENTO LIMPIO Y EN BUEN ESTADO. SUCIO Y CON MUCHÍSIMA HUMEDAD Y RUIDO
La casa está falta de limpieza, hay telarañas y bichos en los dormitorios, los almohadones están amarillos y con mal olor, el colchón con manchas, las ventanas por dentro también con bichos, etc. Tiene muchísima humedad por lo que no hay forma de secar la ropa, aparte del olor que provoca. En cuanto al menaje somos 4 y había dos tazas y tres vasos, faltaban bombillas en casi todas las lámparas y los grifos de la pila están rotos y el lavabo está rajado. Por otro lado decir que está en el centro al lado del único bar que hay en el pueblo y hay ruido todo el día y hasta altas horas de la noche, por lo que dormir es complicado y cuando lo consigues, las campanas de la iglesia que está justo enfrente, te despiertan con su soniquete cada media hora. Nosotros llevamos 15 años alquilando viviendas vacacionales, incluso fuera de España y nunca nos hemos encontrado con algo así. A su favor diré, que la ubicación es perfecta ya que está en un punto intermedio entre Santander y Oviedo, lo que te permite moverte sin tener que recorrer grandes distancias y el pueblo de Porrúa es muy bonito

Paz y tranquilidad
Quien busque la esencia de lo natural y de las tradiciones , tanto a traves del paisaje como de la cultura , sin duda este sera su lugar de descanso. Volver atras en el tiempo y tomar agua que es agua , y comer queso artesano bien vale la pena.Descripcion grafica y de servicios perfecta , todo real. Gracias Isabel por tu hospitalidad y amabilidad. Una estancia muy agradable
Hemos pasado tres noches en este sencillo, coqueto y limpio apartamento. Estaba totalmente equipado para disfrutar de la estancia. Es fácilmente accesible desde la A-8, muy cerca de playa (Llanes, Niembro, Barro...), a menos de media hora hay multitud de lugares interesantes (Ribadesella por ejemplo) y montaña (Picos de Europa).La única pega han sido las campanas de la iglesia dando la hora día y noche. Muchas gracias Isabel por tus indicaciones sobre la zona y tu amabilidad.

L'appartamento di Isabel si trova a piano terra di una vecchia casa di Porrua. E molto grazioso. Era pulito, Isabel è stata molto cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo solo avuto problemi con internet che funzionava molto male. Raccomanderei comunque l'appartamento di Isabel per trascorrere delle vacanze serene.

Schon lange vor der Reise habe ich von der Gastgeberin Isabel (sie spricht ein ausgezeichnetes Englisch) viele Auskünfte zur Anfahrt, Schlüsselübergabe usw. erhalten. Kaum im Ortszentrum angekommen und es ist wirklich die Ortsmitte, denn um Radius von 50m ist ihr Haus, die Kirche und die typische „Dorfgaststätte“, begrüßt sie mich herzlich und führt mich in die ebenerdig liegende Wohnung. Ihr Haus ist eines der ältesten im Ort, strahlt eine behäbige Ruhe aus und erweckt gleichzeitig Neugierde auf seine Geschichte. Die Räume sind alle frisch renoviert und liebevoll mit altem Inventar und neuen Möbeln bestückt. Diese Mischung aus Geschichte und Moderne ergibt eine besonders gemütliche Atmosphäre, wie ich sie gerne genieße. Sicher mag der ein oder andere ein sogenanntes Hightech-Apartment lieber mögen, aber solch eine „Stimmung“ wie in diesem Haus, inklusive Ausblick auf den Dorfplatz, wird er dort nicht finden. Porrúa hat eine Anbindung an das „alsa.es“ Busnetz, aber die Verbindungsdichte ist ein Argument für einen Leihwagen. Und dann bemerkt man schnell wie günstig Porrúa liegt. Viele attraktive Ausflugsziele, von der Höhle „Tito Bustillo“ mit ihren 15000 Jahre alten Wandmalereien in Ribadeselle, über Ausflüge in das bergische Naturschutzgebiet Pico de Europa z.B nach Bulnes, welches man nur zu Fuß oder mit einer Bergbahn von Poncebos aus erreichen kann, bis hin zu den vielen Bade- und Hafenorten wie zum Beispiel Llanes, Celorio und Poo, die allemal einen in die raue Steilküste eingefügten Sandstrand bieten. Überhaupt bietet die Landschaft hier Naturschönheiten wie ich sie noch nie so geballt wie hier gesehen und erlebt habe. Grün wie Irland, hügelig bis bergig wie das Allgäu, einem rauen Küstenabschnitt wie in der Normandie nur mit einer Wasserfarbe und kleinen Sandstränden wie in der Karibik und ---- Kühe in Begleitung von Seemöwen! Wer das Wandern liebt (hier führt auch der nördliche Jacobsweg entlang) ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Radfahren nur an der Küste oder man muss schon sehr durchtrainiert und Erfahrungen mit solch einem Gelände haben. Und dann noch das Kulinarische. Ein typisch spanisches Dreigänge-Menu gibt es 8 Fußminuten von der Ferienwohnung aus entfernt in der Woche für 9,00€ inklusive der dazugehörenden Flasche Rotwein. Zusammengefasst: Wohnung, Vermieterin, der Ort, die umliegende Landschaft, alles passt zu Urlaubsuchenden, die nicht in einer sonnenölbelasteten Mietliege auf den nächsten teuren Drink warten,

inmejorable estancia
Estuve cinco días en este acogedor apartamento totalmente equipado. Muy limpio y coqueto además de tener una ubicación estupenda para disfrutar de la tranquilidad del pueblo. Muy cerca de unas playas espectaculares y pueblos más concurridos con todo tipo de servicios. El trato ha sido insuperable. Sin duda repetiremos.

Es un apartamento sencill...
Es un apartamento sencillo y limpio, ubicado en el corazón de un pequeño pueblecito asturiano en donde se ha detenido el tiempo, justo al lado de un bar-cafetería. El apartamento es estupendo por su sencillez y practicidad, completo. El coche lo aparcas en la puerta. Respecto a la calidad-precio, es magnífico. Es un sitio para descansar, pasear, caminar, disfrutar de un entorno fabuloso, hacer excursiones, comer, ir a la playa que no está muy lejos... Nada más que decir.
