(Text automatically translated) Superb location "Veille Maison en pierres", in the Ardeche-style, from around 1850, with beautiful views of the forested mountains and the distant Alps (100 km.), 5 ha. grounds with woods, hiking trails and playgrounds. It is beautifully situated at an altitude of 750 m, just outside the tiny village Pourchères. You have a lovely private swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 1.45 m). The pool is sheltered at a lower level and directly visible from the house. There is also plenty of room for the kids to play nice while you are on one of the terraces (garden furniture and barbecue) relishing the peace and privacy. The house was renovated in early 2012 and refurbished. WiFi available. Cozy living room with sitting area by the fireplace and radio / CD. Modern kitchen with microwave, stove with grill-over, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, dining area and fireplace. Bedroom 1: a 2-bed (180 x 200). Bathroom, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 2: two 1-pers.beds (90 x 200) and bunk beds for children (80 x 190). Washer and dryer. Bedroom 3: two 1-pers.beds (90 x 200). The pool is in the year 2013 by the end of April / early May in use and stays open until late September / early October. You have your own large car park.

Séjour très agréable et tranquille dans une belle maison typique des montagnes.

Elle est équipée aussi bien à l’intérieur (cuisine, salle de bain) qu’à l’extérieur (piscine, terrasse, transats). Bonne communication avec les propriétaires, réactifs.

Ne pas louer par temps froid

Bien située, silence et calme garanti, malheureusement impossible de réchauffer les 3 chambres avec un seul chauffage électrique et les premières nuits ont été assez glaciales. A n'occuper que de mai à septembre.

Les Rompudes ontspannen vakantieplek

Op een prachtig plekje midden in de natuur, hebben we genoten van de stilte, het uitzicht en de natuur. Het huis was comfortabel. Internet werkte in het woon- en keukendeel prima. En de contacten met de eigenaar verliepen Via de mail vlot en prettig. Het gebruik Vd bolderkar ivm boodschappen etc. werkte ook prima.

La maison est très isolée, parfait pour des vacances en famille, elle est très pratique, les chambres sont agréables et grandes, bonne literie, l'extérieur est top et la piscine parfaite.

Perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Ein liebevoll ausgestattetes Feriendomizil abseits vom touristischen Trubel. Es ist solide eingerichtet und mit Allem notwendigen ausgetattet. Auf der schönen Terasse, mit Blick in die Natur, wird man morgens von der Sonne begrüßt.

De woning (en zwembad) was echt top. Nadeel is wel dat het zo afgelegen ligt (nooit vers brood, geen winkels en weinig uitstapmogelijkheden of wandelpaden) maar we hadden een zalige tijd.

Authentiek Frans landhuis, rust en confort.

Al zoekende op HomeAway naar een huis met zwembad in een hele rustige omgeving ergens in de Ardèche, zijn we verrast door dit oude stenen, gerenoveerd met veel smaak en midden in de natuur. Na een eerste contact via mail met Wilma, de eigenares, bleek dat precies de week vrij was waarin wij vakantie hadden. Dus gelijk gereserveerd. Uitstekend contact steeds met de eigenaren, al voordat we in Les Rompudes waren! (Gereserveerd in april voor eind augustus) Bij aankomst stond er al een heerlijke attentie op tafel en het huis was precies zoals op de foto's van HomeAway. Ontzettend gezellig, knus, woonkeuken voor zeker 6 personen, grote slaapkamers, heerlijke bedden, mooie badkamers en een terras bij de keuken met uitzicht op de kan het niet! 30 minuten rijden vanaf Privas over kleine weggetjes, waar je bijna niemand tegenkomt. Zwembad bij het huis, top!! Steeds weer met het prachtige uitzicht en de rust! We zijn een dag naar de Gorges de l'Ardèche geweest om een kano te huren (prachtig!!) en een dag de achterlanden in, bij de Mont Gerbier-de Jonc. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving. We hebben ook heerlijk gewandeld met onze hond. De Wifi is uitermate goed in het huis en tijdens ons verblijf heb ik ook de eigenaren vragen kunnen stellen en steeds weer gelijk antwoord! (Merci Jos) Ik ken ze nog niet persoonlijk, maar ik verheug me erop nader kennis te maken! Dit was een week die helemaal aan onze verwachtingen heeft voldaan, we kunnen dit huis zeer aanbevelen!!

Prima verblijf in Les Rompudes

Les Rompudes is stijlvol ingericht, schoon en goed onderhouden. Bij aankomst een leuk attentie. Het landhuis is volledig ingericht, met vaatwasmachine, droger, wasmachine, koffiezetapparaat etc. Wifi aanwezig. Het aanwezige zwembad is prachtig, ook als het donker is met de ingebouwde verlichting.Ontvangst voor de sleutel gaat vlot. De ideale omgeving voor rust en genieten van de natuur. Het uitzicht is adembenemend en heel veel privacy. Het nabij gelegen Privas heeft talrijke restaurants, winkels, supermarkten en 2 keer per week markt.

Super house in super surroundings.

We had a very nice holiday in a beautiful place. We were 5 grown ups in the house and there was a good space for all. The house was well functioning outdoors and indoors and well equipped. Only little minus is the long, narrow road to Privas, but we drove it several times and almost got used to it! It might be a good idea to have a TV in the house, but we managed to watch Tour de France thanks to the internet. There were quite a lot of flies during our stay and the fly net in the kitchen window is not 100% efficient and maybe a fly net on the door would be a good idea in order to get air inside the house, but still keeping the flies outside. We were very satisfied with the total package including booking, description, location, facilities, cleaning, maintenance and service. We would have no problem recommending the house to others. Thank you very much.

heerlijke vakantieplek

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in deze sfeervolle comfortabele bergboerderij. Gelegen op 700 m hoogte, midden in de natuur. Veel rust en privacy met een prachtig weids en ver uitzicht. Leuke ochtendmarkt in Privas. Wandelen en hardlopen vanaf het huis en een heerlijk zwembad. Een verrukkelijke vakantieplek om tot rust te komen.
