Would not change a thing

What a beautiful house in the countryside! Everything was perfect and the owners were very easy to reach and beyond helpful! Their restaurant catered an excellent dinner and the breakfast cake was a super treat!! One of the best vacations we have ever had as a family thank you!!!

Luogo ideale per una vacanza con gli amici e con i bimbi. Il casolare è immerso nella campagna toscana, offre viste fino al mare e tramonti incredibili. Gli spazi interni ed esterni sono ampi e ben attrezzati. Vacanza perfetta!

Traumhaftes Anwesen in atemberaubender Lage

Das Anwesen ist traumhaft schön. Die Alleinlage auf einem kleinen Hügel mit Meerblick in der Ferne ist atemberaubend. Die Fotos stellen es gar nicht so toll dar, wie es wirklich ist. Der Pool ist groß und wird täglich vom Gärtner/Hausmeister gereinigt. Wir haben fast täglich mit dem Traumblick draußen gegessen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bietet Tipps zur Umgebung, außerdem lokale Produkte und bei Bedarf sogar fertig gekochtes Essen. Zum nächsten Strand sind es ca. 20 Minuten mit Auto. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber wir haben uns schnell dran gewöhnt. Neben einem praktischen Grillhaus gibt es sogar ein extra Häusschen zum Brot/Pizza backen. Das haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Neben den 4 Schlafzimmern gibt es noch ein weiteres Zimmer mit Stockbett neben der Küche. Die 3 Bäder sind neu renoviert und haben eine Regendusche. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, die Spülmaschine sehr hilfreich. Es fehlt an nichts. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Kamin, den wir an kühlen Abenden für ein offenes Feuer genutzt haben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Garten. Absolute Alleinlage, Schotterstraße - toller Vermieter mit perfekten Service! Auf Wunsch tolles toskanisches Essen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Bilder entsprechen den Tatsachen, einsam gelegene Villa, mit etwas abenteuerlicher Anfahrt, wer Italien kennt, weiß das die Wege mal eng und unbefestigt sein können. Toller Ausblick. Wer Ruhe, Entspannung und seine Privatsphäre haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, es wird auch ein Kochservice angeboten.

Bella vacanza ma......

Posizione della villa stupenda, le foto corrispondo pienamente alla realtà. Peccato che la padrona di casa si sia rivelata superficiale maleducata. La piscina durante il nostro soggiorno durato 2 settimane ha ricevuto una scarsa manutenzione. Le presunte biciclette per gli ospiti non era presenti. Ci ha lasciato un giorno e una notte senza acqua, dicendoci: "il problema non mio", peccato che i sui tecnici il giorno ci hanno comunicato che il guasto era causato da un malfunzionamento del loro impianto.

Bellla casa in tranquilla regione

Grande casa, molto tranquillo, la piscina era necesario, grande terrazza al sole ma anche con onbra, il grill e le sere erano molto piacevole, bella regione a visitare senza troppo touristi, la piccola strada potrebbe essere meglio per arrivare alla casa. Sarebbe anche bene di avere una bicicletta a disposizione.

Amazing place!!

I realy dont know what to say, everything was perfect! Our family was here with frieds and their childern. Everybody was suprised because we havent seen such a beautiful house and area yet! It is a perfect choice if you want to come with group of people, house is huge, interior has a stylu and everything maches together. Swimmingpool area is very big and suitable for sports. We played polo. We were in toscana for seventimes. And i can honestly say that this acomodation was the best from all. We realy liked it. Micaela and other people were nice and kind. So Thank you for amazing summer! Renata

What a perfect holiday!!!

To synchronize two busy families with two little children each, wasn't easy and as usual we were a bit too late to organize our holidays. Thus, we were not sure what was left for us in the Tuscany market! We liked the description of the house, it met our requirements (BBQ, pool , enough bed- and bathrooms for 8 people) and the prize was in our range. But when we arrived at The Villa, we were overwhelmed with what we found there! Far beyond anything we had ever expected! The house is based in a beautyful countryside with an impressive view. Neighbors are neary non-existent. The garden and the pool area are nicely maintained and all rooms are decorated with lovely details. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine! We asked Michaela to cook for us the last night and we enjoyed a wunderfull, delicious dinner, sunset included. The english-speaking janitor showed us the next supermarkets, the road to the beach, the next winery, he even took us to the doctor when one of the kids needed it. We spend a perfect holiday at "I casali del troscio" and we are looking forward to repeat it soon! Thank you very much and all the best!

"Propreté: optimal Bruit: complètement dans la tranquillité Vue: fantastique Equipement: bon Facilité d''accès: cohérente à la description La localizzazione della Villa, è uno splendido esempio della bellezza della Maremma, attorniata da colture di ulivi, file di cipressi, campi di grano, il mare e l’Isola d’Elba in distanza, Capalbio sulla collina di fronte. La distanza dalla provinciale è sufficiente per sentirsi gradevolmente immersi nella campagna benché non distanti dal mare. In posizione dominante, la Villa gode di una brezza intermittente che tempera le giornate assolate e induce a lunghe cene sotto il pergolato. Le ore notturne sono scandite dal canto degli uccelli. La casa, ristrutturata nel rispetto della struttura locale originale, offre tutti i confort moderni. Il giardino ricco di fiori e piante locali è curatissimo; la piscina offre un piacevole diversivo alla spiaggia. La proprietaria è efficiente, tranquilla ed accogliente, ed ottima cuoca."
