The kids (and some adults) will love the new 100' water slide, rooftop putting greens, splash pad, and outdoor movie nights, all open just in time for summer.***

Turquoise Place is a direct gulf/beach front condo decorated to the hilt with the latest styles and the best class! Spacious 3 Bedroom 3 1/2 bath - over 2400 square feet gulf front condo featuring Brazilian cherry hardwood floors in every bedroom! The Master has a king bed and a full size futon with direct access to the huge gulf front balcony! The large master bath features granite counter tops, a walk in shower, a jacuzzi bathtub, and walk in closet. King bed in second bedroom with a built in twin bunk beds, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV! Huge kitchen with top of the line stainless steel Wolfe appliances, sub zero, double sided refrigerator, and granite counter tops. Huge, private balcony with a private hot tub and summer kitchen overlooking the Gulf with spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise! You can grill on your private balcony while your family is in the hot tub! We also have luxurious balcony furniture that sets the perfect atmosphere! Our balcony is unique and special! The living room has a fireplace that turns on with the flip of a switch, a 55" smart TV and a sectional sleeper sofa and a chair and half with a twin sleeper! Beautiful custom furnishings and decor with a light and airy feel. There is a lazy river, two beautiful gulf front pools one with a 100’ slide, kids splash pad, tennis/pickle ball courts, rooftop putting green, playground, spa and boutique, covered parking, fitness center over looking the gulf, two huge indoor pools, steam and sauna rooms. Free high speed internet! There is also a poolside Tiki Bar and Grill with live music during the summer. There are daily planned activities for children. This condo has no carpet - tile in the kitchen, family room, and bathrooms with Brazilian cherry wood floors in all the bedrooms! We also keep 8 beach chairs and plenty of beach umbrellas with a wagon in our laundry room for our guest to use! This unit is family friendly as well as luxurious. Sleeps 10.

We have rented in OBA for years and this was one of the smoothest experiences. The owners were wonderful and communicated well with us. The unit is absolutely gorgeous! They had a welcome package with snacks and we all enjoyed that. By far one of our favorite stays!

Perfect beach vacation!
My husband and I love everything about this condo. Check in was easy and Dina was so accommodating. The unit was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The views from the huge balcony are exactly what we wanted. The hot tub and grill on the balcony were such a nice added bonus. This was one of my favorite stays in Turquoise Place. I can’t wait to return!

Great property with a restaurant on the ground level. Excellent gym equipment. Nice indoor pool. The condo itself was well kept and comfortable. Very clean. I highly recommend staying here. The beach was great...even in November!

We love turquoise place because of the amenities, you don’t have to leave to do anything and if you do everything is so close. This was by far the best condo we have stayed in at turquoise place!

Great trip!
We had a wonderful stay - even with a couple days of rain. The condo is beautiful and very accommodating to families. The resort itself has a lot of great amenities. The view - right on the beach - can’t be beat. My only suggestions is to replace the pillows - especially in the first bedroom when you walk in. And maybe more towel hooks in the bathrooms. It’s hard for a family sharing a bathroom to hang all the towels up. It was a great stay! We will be back!

I can’t say enough about this incredible beach condo! The location was unbeatable—just steps away from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home with a luxurious touch. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept like babies each night.The host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, even providing thoughtful extras like beach chairs, seasoning for cooking and baby gear! I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for an exceptional beach vacation! We can’t wait to come back.

Relaxing Getaway
This condo was clean and well decorated; very cozy. Beds are comfortable and the walk in showers refreshing! Amazing view of the ocean and fresh salt air. Check in was simple. Didn’t get to use the hot tub due to yearly maintenance - not a big deal at all, prefer the ocean.

My husband and I have been married for 37 years with two wonderful children, a beautiful granddaughter and a handsome grandson. Our son is a proud graduate from Texas A&M and our daughter is an LSU Tiger. We live in The Woodlands, Texas but are both from Monroe, La. This was the beach we both grew up and is where our heart is!

Why they chose this property

Turquoise Place offers everything we were looking for. We love all the amenities but what stood out for us is the summer kitchen on the balcony with a hot tub too and the fireplace in the family room. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous as well!

What makes this property unique

We love the Brazilian hardwood floors in all 3 bedrooms. It is also furnished with class and has a unique style. We enjoy our coffee in the mornings on our very private gulf front balcony and we love to grill at night with a glass of wine. Our balcony is unique because we have an elegant, white, stone top coffee table with a large, comfy, slip cover sofa which makes for a beautiful setting! Our balcony has a view of the gulf/beach AND the gorgeous pool! How special to have a grill, hot tub, and a large comfy sofa with four chairs, plus two lounge chairs all on the balcony to enjoy with family and friends.
