Cosy penthouse with sea view & all conveniences

On our first visit to the Belgian coast, we felt at home immediately in this cosy flat with view of the sea, above the smart shopping street of Nieuwpoort-Bad. Very completely furnished and bathed with light until sunset, this apartment was warm and relaxing during the cold weather outside. Kitchen, shower room and bedroom had all necessities as well as generous storage. Veerle was there to welcome us, explaining all the best places to eat (take-away of course) and shop, and about the rich if sad history of Nieuwpoort, the town at the northernmost end of the WW I front line. We made several circuits by bike and walking, and were astonished by the nature so close by in the many wild areas and parks in this unique dune land, and only a few steps from Albert 1 Laan, the chic place to shop and eat (when possible again!). We felt sad to leave the wide open spaces of Nieuwpoort's beaches, and will certainly come back here.

Wir kommen seit Jahren in diese wirklich sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit Sonnenterasse und Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und es fehlt an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die liebevollen herzlichen Eigentümer die sich sehr gut um alles kümmern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls bestens und seh Strand lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Alles in Allem Top mit 5 Sternen + . Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zurück nach Niuewpoort. Gaby und Axel

Wunderschöne Tage am Meer

Nachdem schon die Absprachen vorher super waren, wurden wir von Frau Sanders herzlich in der Wohnung begrüßt und in alles Wichtige eingewiesen. Die Wohnung ist, wie beschrieben, sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Die Lage ist, so nah am Meer, perfekt. Es sind schöne Spaziergänge am Strand in Richtung de Panne möglich, wem der Rückweg zu anstrengend ist, fährt bequem mit der Tram nach Hause. Am besten holt man sich für 15 € im Zeitungsladen ein 10er Ticket. Wunderschön läuft man auch den Promenadenweg am Hafen entlang bis Nieuwpoord Stadt, kann dort z.B. im Restaurant "De Vuurtoren" leckeren Fisch essen und wieder nach Hause spazieren, oder mit der Tram fahren. Ausflugsziele gibt es sehr viele, einfach mal den Korb im Wohzimmer durchstöbern. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen sie gerne weiter.

Entspannung pur

Wir kennen Nieuvpoort seit Jahren. Diesmal haben wir uns für Veerles Apartement entschieden und es nicht bereut. Alles war perfekt. Vom Erstkontakt per Email, den Empfang durch Veerle, unser Aufenthalt und nicht zuletzt die schnelle Rücküberweisung der Kaution. Neben der Einrichtung besticht die Ausstattung der Küche, alles ist vorhanden.So konnten wir jeden Tag frischen Fisch, günstig zu kaufen in Nieuwpoort (in Nieuwpoort-Bad deutlich teurer), zubereiten und genießen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

C'est rare, mais le top cela existe! Nieuwpoort est une chouette station où toutes les activités et occupations sont possibles. Reste à trouver un bon logis... C'est fait. Appartement 5 éme étage en angle avec la rue principale, très bonne orientation, vue mer, terrasse, clarté... Parfait! Une chambre, couchage pour quatre, équipement total et prix sans aucun supplément. Tout est très propre, cet appart à une âme. Pour tout cela j'y viens et y reviendrai. Félicitations aux propriétaires... C'est TOP chez vous!

Het was geweldig… een toplocatie : vanop het zonnige terras en living uitzicht op zee & de trendy winkel/wandellaan ! Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam verblijf is aanwezig: mooie en ruime badkamer, extra breed bed met kwaliteitsmatrassen, erg handige keuken, knusse woonkamer met dito terras…en vooral, perfect onderhouden. Pluspunt van dit smaakvolle hoekappartement : zeer licht, met mogelijkheid tot verduisteren via gedubbelde optrekgordijnen. Een schitterende uitvalsbasis voor het maken van wandelingen, fietstrips en het beoefenen van alle soorten sport aan land, op en in het water… & uitgebreide keuze aan restaurants, brasseries, traiteurs… een paradijs voor fijnproevers. Daarbovenop, een warm welkom van de eigenares die nog snel een digicorder installeerde voordat ik mijn intrek nam. Mij zie je zeker terug Veerle ! Sonja DW – 22-8-2013

"Muy lindo aparatamento, bien decorado y el equipamiento muy completo, WI-FI disponible. Edificio muy tranquilo y con bonita vista. La propietaria es muy amable y atenta. El departamento estaba muy limpio por lo que se agradece. Lo recomiendo de todas maneras, lejos es el mas lindo apartamento que hemos arrendado para nuestra estadia de mas de un mes por todo Europa."
