Great stay

Quite area but very close to the 'capital' of Formentera where we have everything at walking distance. We could easely cook at home as well, however (small recomendation) we could use additinal cookware such as small/medium pans.

Posizione stupenda

Siamo stati davvero molto bene, la casa è corredata di tutto quanto necessario per una ottima vacanza, dalla moka al tostapane al bollitore al microonde, non manca niente. Susana è stata molto gentile. Abbiamo trovato anche il fornellino per le zanzare ed il servizio di cambio asciugamani. Arredi semplici, essenziali, rea condizionata per l'ambiente principale. La posizione è stupefacente per comodità e possibilità di visitare l'isola.

Todo muy limpio y Susana atenta. Lo único q hemos echado en falta ha sido algún cubierto más y útiles de limpieza. Pero nada que haya entorpecido la estancia. :)

E stata una bellissima vacanza la casa è bella, pulita, attrezzata e posizionata in un posto tranquillo ma il paese si può raggiungere anche a piedi. Siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti.

posizione strategica

piccola villetta leggermente defilata dall’abitato di s. francesc, raggiungibile a piedi in 2 minuti, ma super tranquilla. dotata di tutti i comfort. da qui tutte le spiagge sono equidistanti e facilmente raggiungibili. supermercati e nogozi a 2 passi. consigliatissima!

Soggiorno quasi perfetto

Posizione perfetta! Strategica per chi vuole girare tutta l'isola. Lontana dal caos ma comunque vicinissima a tutti i servizi. La casa è molto accogliente e pulita e fortunamente dotata di aria condizionata e pala nelle due stanze. Il bagno é abbastanza grande e dotato anche di bidet. L'acqua non è dolce ma desalinizzata. In cucina giusto l'essenziale e purtroppo il frigorifero non era grandissimo e faceva fatica a raffreddare. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è andato benissimo, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo perciò la consiglierei per una settimana in questa splendida isola.

Gemütliches Urlaubsdomizil

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem kleinen, zweckmäßigen Ferienhäuschen. Alles für uns erforderliche war vorhanden. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Man kann Sant Francesc leicht in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Für den Strandbesuch und das Erkunden der lieblichen Insel ist die Miete eines Rollers ratsam. Die Vermieterin war uns sehr angenehm und freundlich.

Bello bello!

Il mese di maggio sicuramente è un mese dove ti puoi godere a pieno l’isola, vista la poca affluenza! Ovviamente se si cerca la movida meglio giugno, ma per una famiglia come la mia con due bambini, direi che maggio è molto più rilassante! Si trova posto in spiaggia, i parcheggi ecc! Anche la casa che abbiamo scelto, molto carina, ed il proprietario gentilissimo! Consiglio Formentera!!!! Mare top!

Magnifica casita , a 10 minutos andando del centro de santa Francesc.

Magnifica casita , a 10 minutos andando del centro de santa Francesc. La propiedad está perfectamente equipada, no le falta detalle, aire acondicionado , plancha para la ropa, secador de pelo . . .incluso con sombrillas y juguetes de playa para los niños. Decorada con mucho gusto y con un jardín que se agradece si vas con ninos. La propietaria muy amable y simpática se ofrece para cualquier problema que pueda surgir. Sin duda repetiremos en cuanto volvamos a Formentera.

HA SUPERATO LE NS ASPETTATIVE

Soggiorno stupendo... l'appartamento molto bello non manca nulla. Confortevole location tranquilla e "sicura" la proprietà è recintata e a due passi da Sant Francesc ci si può andare anche a piedi. Susana una persona piacevole discreta e all'occorrenza disponibile, lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto a chi ha bambini. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Settembre 2017

Clean and quiet

The house is just 2 minutes far from Sant Francesc, a fabulous, small, village where you can find everything you need. Susana is extremely welcoming and helpful, she also gave us a lift from/to the port.

Tutto meraviglioso

Casa pulita e confortevole , rispecchia esattamente la descrizione dell'annuncio. E' situata in una zona tranquilla, lontana dal caos e ottima per raggiungere varie destinazioni in scooter. La padrona di casa Susana è gentilissima e disponibile, è venuta a prenderci al Porto e ci ha riaccompagnati al rientro. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

L'isola che non c'è!

Posizione ottima. La casa è molto accogliente e graziosa, noi eravamo in tre e avevamo tutto lo spazio necessario.Pulita e dotata di tutti i confort necessari. Susana è fantastica, ci ha accolte come si accolgono degli amici in casa propria! Ovviamente la magia dell'isola ha fatto anche la sua parte! Formentera mi ha stregata! Sicuramente ci tornerò!

La casa è nuovissima, c'è...

La casa è nuovissima, c'è tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla visto il contesto in cui è inserita, vicino al centro paese ma abbastanza isolata per godere della pace e del silezio. Tutte le spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili. Susana è gentilissima e disponibile. Sicuramente la prossima volta ritorneremo in questo alloggio.

"La casa era nuova, quind...

"La casa era nuova, quindi cucina, mobili, letti, materassi... tutto nuovo e in perfette condizioni. La cucina era un po'' poco attrezzata (forse proprio perchè nuovissima), ma considerate che io sono molto esigente perchè cucino molto in vacanza!!! La posizione della casa è strategica; il paese è molto carino. La proprietaria, dolcissima e molto premurosa ad accontentare ogni nostra richiesta (dal momento della prenotazione fino alla fine del soggiorno), ha provveduto alla pulizia della casa a cavallo delle due settimane di permanenza e al cambio della biancheria due volte alla settimana: niente male, eh? ci torneremo sicuramente l''anno prossimo! ve la consiglio vivamente!"
