Excellent séjour chez Giulia et Cesare

Un accueil chaleureux de la part de Nicoletta avec des infos au top et un appartement niché sur les toits de Venise, loin du tumulte bouillonnant de la ville. On se sent comme chez soi, rien de manque. Je recommande vraiment cette location

Entspannung pur

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Durften schon vor dem offiziellen Check in unser Gepäck unterstellen und auch am Abreisetag unser Gepäck bis 19 Uhr sicher vor Ort lassen. das war wirklich entspannend. Die Wohnung und die Umgebung (Einkaufen, Essen gehen, cafes,..) waren super. Einzig bei der Wohnung sollte man wissen, das man viel Treppen steigen muss, teils auch steil. Dies sollte man als älterer Mensch bedenken. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Great place, close to bus and train terminals

Property as described and as in picture, even better. Nicoletta and Cesare are great with communication and recommendations. 10-15 mins from terminals and 20- 25 min from attractions. Will stay again!

Beautiful space but had some issues

The flat was beautiful with great windows and views, it's a great space. Downsides are that the floors were visibly dirty (shoe prints in the kitchen), we had issues with mosquitoes during the night even though we kept the windows closed and bedroom door closed (the walls indicate that others probably squished a lot of mosquitos too), and we wished the host had been more communicative about the check-in process (such as providing us with the details of the exact address and check-in procedure, which involved coordinating an arrival time to meet with the property manager and was difficult for us to do without cellular data or internet connection).

Splendido appartamento curato nei dettagli, situato in zona estremamente pratica per visitare Venezia e sentirsi un po' veneziani... Cordialissima Nicoletta che ci ha dato consigli molto utili per il soggiorno.

Nette Lage, guter Schnitt, könnte sauberer sein

Nettes Appartement, fantastisch gelegen. Wenn man zu zweit übernachtet, ist es absolut in Ordnung. Zu viert ist das zweite Schlafzimmer etwas eng. Insgesamt war die Wohnung leider nicht so gut geputzt, schade.

Amazing experience

We add a wonderful in Venice. The property was beyond our expectations. The biggest challenge is to get upstairs when you have many luggages. But when your are there, you find such a comfortable apartment with amazing views, a beautiful tiny terrace. We were so well welcomed by Nicolette, the owners landlord. She gave us many useful recommandations where to pick up food and to insure we have a pleasant stay. Definitely a repeat.

Excellent 5* accommodation in perfect central location

Myself and my son stayed for 5 nights in this fabulous apartment with lots of character and the most amazing views over Venice. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and ended each day with a coffee alfresco whilst watching the sun set over the rooftops. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely arty feel to it, and it was nice to have 2 bedrooms. The location is perfect, in the centre of San Polo, 10 minutes walk to Piazalle Roma for the coach and 10 to 15 minutes to Rialto bridge. So nice to be in the centre of the real Venice. The free walking tour and also the ghosts and legends tours which I highly recommend, were an easy walking distance away. Nicolletta met us at the apartment and she was great. She went through the map of Venice with us with some tips of places to visit and restaurants too. We had a fabulous time, so glad we stayed here and not a hotel. I miss it already and can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much.

Très agréable

Très bien situé, l'appartement était propre et fonctionnel. L'escalier un peu raide nous faisait peur pour nos enfants mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème finalement.... Petite terrasse fort sympathique pour le café du matin ou le spritz du soir !

Über den Dächern von Venedig

Die helle Ferienwohnung liegt wunderbar ruhig gelegen und bietet einem schönen Blick über die Dächer von Venedig – man fühlt sich von Anfang an sehr wohl. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es zwei Einkaufsläden und kleine Lokale; viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine Vaporetto-Station sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ideal, viel Wohnraum und das separate kleinere Schlafzimmer kann als Kleiderkammer dienen, da ansonsten die Unterbringung des Gepäcks schwierig wäre. Im größeren Schlafzimmer hat das Doppelbett zwei getrennte sehr bequeme Matratzen. Das Badezimmer ist recht klein hat aber Dusche und Bidet. Sehr große Leute müssten wohl den Kopf vor dem Waschbecken etwas einziehen und es ist auch nicht viel Platz zwischen WC und einer Glasschiebetür. In der Dusche gab es leider etwas Schimmel. Wichtig war, im Bad das Fenster immer gekippt zu halten, da es sonst muffig riecht (bei geöffnetem Fenster war alles ok). Bei einem alten Haus ist mit so etwas aber zu rechnen und deshalb haben wir das nicht als Mangel empfunden. Im Wohnzimmer (sehr nett eingerichtet) sind die Sofas etwas durchgesessen, was mit vielen Kissen ausgeglichen werden muss. Ein großer Esstisch bietet viel Platz. Leider war die Angabe Satelliten/Kabel-TV nicht zutreffend (nur terrestrischer Empfang/Antennenkabel); es gab keinen einzigen deutschen Sender, auf dem man Abends einmal kurz Nachrichten hätte sehen können, es gab auch keinen englischen Kanal. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde leider überhaupt nicht reagiert. Die in der Küchenausstattung erwähnte Kaffeemaschine war ein landestypischer Kaffeekocher, den man auf den Gasherd stellt. Das ist vollkommen ok. Jedoch gab es nur einen sehr kleinen und einen geringfügig größeren Kaffeekocher. Wer morgens gerne mehr Kaffee trinkt, muss ständig nachkochen. Ein Kaffeekocher mit mehr Volumen wäre wünschenswert. Nett fanden wir, dass wir bei Ankunft in Venedig am Piazzale Roma abgeholt und durch die Gassen zur Wohnung geleitet wurden. Sehr freundlich auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Unterm Strich: ein gutes Feriendomizil für eine tolle Woche in Venedig.

Venise vue d'en haut

Très bel appartement, lumineux, chaleureux, fonctionnel, offrant une ravissante petite terrasse avec une vue sur les toits de Venise, calme et merveilleusement situé; il correspond tout à fait à l'annonce et à l'attente que l'on se fait d'une location de vacances. Déçus par cette location

Le propriétaire de cet appartement s'est professionnalisé : aucun accueil personnalisé comme le notent les précédents avis, la personne qui nous a reçu -qui ne parlait pas français contrairement à ce qu'indiqué dans l'annonce- avait pour seul but de percevoir le loyer et la caution : aucune information sur les commerces aux alentours. L'appartement annoncé comme climatisé ne dispose d'une climatisation que dans une seule chambre, La deuxième chambre couloir à l'étage inférieur est invivable en cas de chaleur. Le jour de notre arrivée, il faisait 30° dans cet appartement sous les toits, avec un ventilateur qui tournait au maximum. L'appartement n'avait pas été préparé : réfrigérateur et congélateur pas nettoyés, WC et douche sales, tapis du salon poussiéreux. Dommage, bel emplacement et belle vue !!!. Rapport qualité/prix très décevant par rapport aux précédentes locations que nous avons connues à Venise.

Un super appartement

Si nous étions égoistes nous ne donnerons pas de commentaires. Sachez que cette appartement à un charme fou, une cuisine super bien équipée qui permet de cuisiner le poisson acheté au marché du Rialto. Au dernier étage sur les toits avec une vue superbe bien placé dans san Polo. il est bien tenu et les livres en français et la musique à disposition permettent de plonger dans le charme de Venise le soir. On reviendra au même endroit. Un appartement tout simplement ou on se sent chez soi. Des bons conseils du propriétaire pour stationner en voiture et un accueil parfait de Nicoletta. C'est rare que l'on soit satisfait à ce niveau d'une location de vacances Sam et Sandrine

charme , propreté , confort et bonne situation

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à la gare par Violetta. l'appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos , clair , bien décoré et confortable , il est agréable de s'y retrouver au calme et d'y écouter de la bonne musique en feuilletant les nombreux livres d'art . belle vue sur les toits de Venise et ses nombreux clochers et parfois sur les Alpes par temps clair . Très bonne pâtisserie toute proche sur le rio , billa tout près et enfin le campo San Giacomo pour le petit café du matin , on y retrouve les habitués en terrasse . Du bonheur !!!!

"El departamento esta muy bien equipado, con buen gusto y con muchos buenos detalles, estaba muy limpio,la vajilla es muy linda. perfecto para nosotros 2 y nuestros 2 hijos, muy comodo. El departamento es muy luminoso, poco común en Venecia y con las típicas vistas de los tejados venecianos. El lugar es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar con buen servicio de internet, está a pocos minutos a pie de Piazza San Marco y de Piazzale Roma, ideal para descubrir Venecia, con super mercado cerca, al llegar nos vinieron a buscar para acompañarnos hasta el departamento e indicarnos todo lo necesario, muy amables.Sin dudas volvería a ir. "

"Die Ferienwohnung entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Angebotsbeschreibung. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtviertel und doch sind alle Läden, kleine Lokale, Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine Vaporetto-Station in nächster Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist hell, neu renoviert und originell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch für vier Erwachsene bequem und großzügig. Sie ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht( lediglich ein wenig Stauraum für Kleidung haben wir vermisst.) Besonders schön ist der herrliche Blick über die Dächer Venedigs bis hin zu den Alpen. Der Balkon ist zwar klein, aber trotzdem haben wir zum Frühstück und abends auf ein Glas Wein dort sitzen können. Die zahlreichen Musik-CDs sind eine Freude für jeden Freund klassischer Musik. Vielen Dank an Nicoletta für die nette und zuvorkommende Betreuung vor Ort! "
