Perfect family stay
Gorgeous pool! Lots of space for a family with everything you need. The home is warm, modern and comfortable. Our host was was the best, responded quickly to a few very minor hick ups. We felt welcome and well looked after.

Wonderful house with a nice pool, in a quite part of Albufeira, all what you need to come down and to relax. There is a nice beach which can be reached on foot.

An absolutely fantastic stay
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa! The property was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. It truly exceeded our expectations. Pedro, the owner, was incredible—so helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to all our questions, making the whole experience stress-free. The villa was perfect for both families and groups of friends, offering plenty of space and a relaxing atmosphere. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

Perfect Vacation Home
Let me start by saying, Pedro was such a nice host, He truly wants his guests to have a good experience, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His communication before and after we arrived was excellent, we were 6 adults that stayed the month of February. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. We decided to go with the option for the pool to be heated, and used it daily, there we're lots of beach towels. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to shopping and grocery. A car is recommended. There is a beautiful beach nearby. We had a fantastic stay; it was the perfect location for our family vacation. The Algarve area is beautiful, we would highly recommend Pedro's home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks again Pedro for making our first trip to Portugal such a great experience.

The condo is well located near Albufeira and other intéresting places. What you see on the Vrbo is What you get.And it is a very nice condo. Pedro and his wife were very helpful during our 4 weeks.

Fantastic Property - Great Stay!
Brilliant property and management. The villa had everything we needed for our stay, fantastic amenities. I would advise anyone staying to consider a car hire if possible as with a lot of areas around here, it's quite hilly so a car would definitely make your stay a big easier to get around especially if you have kids or older family members. I'd highly recommend the stay and I would stay here again in the future. Thanks again for the great stay!

Stunning place and super clean
The place is more beautiful than pictured and has everything you need. If you are English the English channels start from channel 60 on the box. Pedro was always very quick to reply to messages. Lovely host. Only complaint is that the pillows are flat and lumpy. Only one pillow was firm and it was left by another guest. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding!
This was the perfect place for us. We stayed two months and felt like being at home with benefits. Pedro is a wonderful host and very responsive. Anything we needed was provided for without hesitation. The house and pool were cleaned weekly and everything was perfect. Our children and grandchildren came for 7 to 10 day visits. They had a super time swimming in the pool and enjoying the close proximity to some great Algarve beaches. We cooked many meals in the well equipped kitchen, and the owner gladly bought new frying pans upon request. We would not hesitate to recommend this VRBO. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is a short drive to the bus and train stations as well as grocery stores and many places of interest.

Overall nice but improvements needed
This property is nice but definitely needs some work. A small welcome booklet would be really useful for the property with details of general information for the villa and the area. Smart TV is stated on the description, the TV is not a smart TV but this didn't affect us. The pool is not in great condition, there are alot of broken/missing tiles and the net for the pool was broken which make it quite difficult to get little bugs and tiles out of the pool. There was only 1 remote for the aircon to cover all 3 bedrooms. We had 7 pillows between 4 adults and all apart from one barely resembled a pillow. We only had 1 set of bath towels for our whole stay (7 days) and the bath towel would barely cover a child. The drainage smell throughout the property is quite unpleasent at times. We had a car so this meant we could easily get about to explore the beautiful area, a car is a must for this Villa as it is on top of a very steep hill. A few little extra touches and closer attention to cleaning would of made all the difference. Unfortunately we wouldnt stay here again.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Das Haus hat genau dem Inserat entsprochen und war sehr schön. Die Ausstattung war gut und alles war sauber. Es war auch genug Stauraum in Schränken vorhanden, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Wir hatten es auch genossen, abends noch mal in den Pool zu springen und den Abend auf der Terrasse ausklingen zu lassen. Die Lage war ruhig, aber zentral. Zu Fuß war man in 15 Minuten im Hafen und in 25 Minuten in der Altstadt. Mit dem Auto waren mehrere Strände, die Altstadt und ein großer Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter nur empfehlen und werden wieder kommen.
