Très agréable séjour, ensemble bien aménagé avec une vie qui s'organise autour de la piscine et des différents espaces de repos. Plage accessible à pieds et vélos mis à disposition pour des escapades le long de la côte. Quartier très tranquille.

Vacances à Saint Vincent sur Jard

Nous avons passé une merveilleurse semaine, la maison est vraiment très bien équipée, nous avons surtout profité des extérieurs (piscine chauffée à 29°, 2 coins aménagés à l'ombre pour les repas, chaises longues en nombre suffisant pour toute la famille) car le soleil était omniprésent. La maison est toute proche de la mer, d'ailleurs on entend les vagues ! Les restaurants ne manquent pas , on vous conseille le Transat, le Canoa et le gaya, les 3 ont vues sur la mer. Il y a des marchés tous les jours à proximité, bref c'était top

Great location close to beach

We had a very enjoyable stay - the annexe was perfect for the family with children. Bikes, games, table tennis were great and the pool was fabulous. Highly recommended

Super stay.

Absolutely loved this property and super location, right beside the sea. Great pool and plenty of room for a group of 10. Accommodation has everything you will need for a vacation. Bikes are a nice touch, very handy for a quick cycle into Jard Sur Mer. Some really nice restaurants nearby and not too far to travel (15 mins) to the nearest supermarket. Would gladly recommend.

Perfect stay in every way

The property was exactly as described and perfect for us. Check in and check out was straightforward. We loved every minute of our stay, in an area that we constantly return to, this was the best villa so far.

Maison idéalement située et bien équipée.

La maison est proche de la plage et de la forêt. De belles promenades en perspective. La maison est bien équipée. L agencement permet de se répartir dans les espaces sans se gêner (idéal les jours de pluie). Des vacances très agréables !

Great house and brilliant location!

This was a great property for us - 2 families of four. Lovely pool and outdoor area - we enjoyed cooking and eating outside. Great location, quiet but right next to beach and close to local centre. Kids loved the table tennis and there was a wide selection of bikes to use. Off road parking and all the facilities you need for a family holiday!

Ideal Place for Families

Just loved staying here. The location is great and it all worked out for the thee families staying here. Really well equipped and the short stroll to the beach made for memorable evening walks with our grandchildren. Would love to repeat the experience.

gloriously private and you can even hear the sea

a lovely property with great facilities - multiple shaded spots to eat and relax, lots of sun loungers, really beautiful pool, very comfortable beds and plenty to do in surrounding area. Beach is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach which is through the pine trees and just beautiful, if a little rocky at low tide - perfect for rock-poolers! lots of lovely beaches within a cycle ride/short car ride, all along the coast, with plenty of local markets and small towns to visit. We explored a little of the local area, particularly markets and Les Sables D'Olonne, which were lovely. Thoroughly recommend!

Sans fausse note

intérieur fonctionnel avec cuisine donnant directement sur l'extérieur c'est parfait, le jardin est très bien agencé avec piscine chauffée il est composé de plusieurs ilots abrités du soleil pour le petit déjeuner, pour dîner, pour prendre l'apéritif, pour bronzer, bref on s'y sent bien ah oui et sans vis a vis. Les 10 vélos à disposition nous avons beaucoup apprécié aussi.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison à l'abri des vents et ou il a fait bon vivre pendant cette quinzaine de farniente Celle ci est très bien equipée pour la préparation des repas et la vaisselle ne manque pas. La cuisine est plus petite mais très fonctionnelle et pas besoin d'y etre à cinq personnes pour y préparer les repas non plus. De belles chambres avec rangements ,de tres bons lits pour un sommeil profond et les différentes pièces offrent un volume ou l'on peut évoluer aisément. La piscine vous offre une temperature de 28 degré comme indiqué et ce n'est que du bonheur. Les vélos ont servi pour les courses et quelques ballades (une pompe à pieds serait un plus) La table de ping pong et le jeu de flechettes ont bien servi. Nous avons eu FRED pour nous acceuillir à notre arrivée et pour l'entretien de la piscine, c'est une personne avec qui nous avons aimé dialoguer, agréable et disponible et qui prévient avant chaques passages pour l'entretien. Il était présent à notre départ et nous a souhaité un bon retour. ( attention on va sans doute revenir FRED !!! ) Belles prestatations pour cette location ou il fait bon poser ses valises et profiter d'un repos au calme. A bientot

Excellent modern well presented property, fully and well equiped. Beach is an easy walk and Bourgenay golf course just up the coast. Perfect place for a holiday.

belle maison très bien équipée et très proche de la mer

Belles prestations pour cette maison bien située proche d'une plage très calme (parfait en cette période). Très propre et très tranquille. Beaucoup d'équipements (vaisselle cuisine, jardin, produits d'entretien) rien ne manque. De gentilles attentions. Quelques petits bémols: séjour/salle à manger un peu sombre si le temps est maussade, pas de wifi dans l'annexe, différents niveaux/marches, odeur de renfermé dans chambres et salles de bains, petites cabines de douche, problème de frelons résolu en fin de semaine, pas de ramassage des ordures.
