Located In Arrecifes, The 24- hour Security Gated Community In Playa del Coco. This 4 bedroom 2 bath house is the perfect location to enjoy your Costa Rican vacation. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the local night life. The location also provides the peace and quiet you're looking for.

The house has an open floor plan, and the fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, a full-size refrigerator, and an electric stove.

The master bedroom suite has a built-in closet, walk-in shower, and a locally made Guanacaste wood king size bed. The walk out balcony provides a relaxing area where you can view the occasional wild monkeys.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a built-in closet. The third bedroom has a standard size bed with a built-in closet. The fourth bedroom is a smaller bedroom with bunk beds located on the second floor next to the Master bedroom, perfect for kids. The house can comfortably sleep 8 people.

Included in the house: A washer and dryer, 1- 46' HD TV and Blue Ray player in the living area, air conditioning in each bedroom and the living area, a safe, iron, a mounted hair dryer in each bathroom, a TV with DVD player in the Master Bedroom, and WIFI.

The pool and the covered outdoor jacuzzi is a great place to relax. It includes a grill, TV, outdoor restrooms, and lounge chairs and tables for guest use.

Playa del Coco is a great town with many activities, restaurants, and an exciting night life. It's perfect for your Costa Rican adventure.

Playa del Coco at new years

Property well located. Short walk to beach 15 min. And short drive to Ocotel beach which we preferred. Area gated , wall air conditioning in rooms worked well. Internet and wifi worked really well and around pool. Pool mainly for smaller kids we went to beach. Overall all home well equipped. Could use a little refreshing up with kitchen items but stores are close by and have everything needed.

Great family home

Wonderful home with all the basics for your stay. Lots of beach towels and water bottles available. Nice on site pool. Fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Bar next to property but the fans drown out the music. Gated community. We would stay again Cindy

Great Experience

Our family was able to gather to celebrate birthdays, and have a beautiful week! The townhome was perfect, in a great location. We enjoyed the pool, trips into town, and a few days at the beach. Our host and the staff at the townhome was fantastic! We will definitely book this townhome for next visit to Costa Rica!

Great location, several great beaches close by. Very safe gated area.

Very comfortable. We stayed 8 days. Very close to a wonderful grocery store. We had a rental car. We visited many beaches between Hermosa to Tamarindo. We did a coffee plant tour and loved it. (Diria Coffee Tour). We took a sunset sailboat cruise on a 47 foot boat called "Sea Bird" out of Playa Del Coco. I would highly recommend this. Great crew, good food and generous cocktails. Snorkeling included. Rented another VRBO in Rain forest for 4 days to explore Monte Verde. Best vacation ever!!!

Beautiful Coco Home

My husband and I brought our 18-year-old granddaughter to Coco. The home was well-appointed with all of the amenities we could ask for (AC, pool, 24/7 security, streaming services, beach towels and pool noodles). They have a lovely guest book with entries from prior guests about their stays. The location is far enough from downtown to be away from congestion, but close enough to everything. It was also a good location for venturing out to other towns and beaches. The owner was super responsive to all of my questions. My only suggestion: bring ear plugs for nightly karaoke at the neighborhood bar around the corner.

Just fine if the weather is cool

Only complaint, a big one, is air-conditioning is only in bedrooms and no screens for letting in the breeze without the insects. The candle on the dining room table actually was bent over and pointing down, having weakened from room temperature heat. Everything else was fine, as long as you stay huddled in a bedroom to stay cool.

Great location and responsive owner

This property is in a secure, gated community close to grocery stores and a pleasant walk to the beach. The pool is a cold water pool with plenty of seating for reading, relaxing or playing board games and enjoying each others company. The property is a little difficult to find the first time, but follow the owner's directions and you'll do fine. The unit has adequate bedrooms and kitchen facilities. You do have to bring all your own spices & dish soap and the oven doesn't work. The living room can accommodate 5 people comfortablely with a bit of rearranging. The "on-demand" water heater works when it likes, but a cool afternoon shower is always refreshing. Watch for the monkeys coming through the trees in the afternoon and enjoy the restaurant at the end of the street - pleasant people willing to accommodate.

Great gated community

We loved the little gated community with guard. We felt safe and had plenty of room inside. We were close to to town so we would walk daily to town to shop and eat. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!!

Great pool! Perfect for families!

We stayed 4 nights and loved our stay. We are a family of 7 and there was lots of room for our whole crew. The pool was our favourite. Temperature was perfect! Very close to groceries and shops. And 5 minute walk to the beach. Gated condo area, so you feel very safe if you have kids running around. Great place to stay to enjoy all del coco has to offer! Thanks Richard!

Exactly as advertised

Great condo. It had everything we needed and if we found we wanted more the grocery stores and shops are within walking distance. If anyone has a hard time walking I suggest alternate transportation if going all the way to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool is refreshing. The condo owner is VERY helpful, he stayed in touch and answered all my questions.

This is a great place to stay. The secured gate made it very nice for us and the children travelling with us. We enjoyed the pool everyday, after the beach. The master suite is amazing. The condo is great! Robert had evening we needed for our stay.
