Casa molto bella in zona comodissima

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa in due famiglie di 3 e 4 persone. La casa è in una posizione perfetta, a due passi dal centro e vicina alle spiagge (a quella di Simius ci si può andare anche a piedi), in una zona residenziale tranquilla. Vicino ci sono tutti i servizi, due supermercati, bar e ristorati, rosticceria, panificio, farmacia... e anche se i parcheggi sono a pagamento abbiamo trovato un parcheggio gratuito in una vietta appena sopra. La casa è molto bella, arredo semplice ma nuovo, cucina ben fornita, tavolo nel patio, una camera un po' piccola nel piano terra, ma comunque confortevole, e due più grandi sopra. Un bagno per piano con una bella doccia e due scaldacqua quindi non ci sono problemi per lavarsi tutti. Sottolineo anche la cortesia di Giuseppe, il gestore della casa per conto dei proprietari che nn vivono lì, davvero superdisponibile e gentilissimo!

Buona esperienza

Casa completa di tutto ciò che serve e anche di più. Proprietaria sempre disponibile a rispondere e intervenire. Abbiamo avuto un grosso problema di cattivo odore nel soggiorno, non risolto fino alla nostra partenza. Quindi la stanza al piano terra che doveva beneficiare del condizionatore del soggiorno è stata utilizzata male perché caldissima . Mi dispiace che tutto si sia risolto solo dopo la nostra partenza. Bastava la stessa volontà che si è avuta dopo la consegna delle chiavi che avremmo passato una vacanza decisamente migliore. Ps c’era un topo morto dietro il frigorifero

Nice vacation

The house is well situated, not far from all, and without the noise of the main street of Villasimius. Giuseppe, the house keeper, is a good man you can call if needed. You can park a car in a road near the house.

Séjour mémorable!

Nous avons fait un séjour du 10 au 17 octobre. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants et avons été enchanté de notre séjour. Comme emplacement, vous ne pouvez rêvez mieux. La villa se trouve a quelques pas du village, quelques minutes de la plage Simius et non loin de plusieurs autres plages toutes plus belles les unes, les autres. La maison répondait tout a fait a nos attentes. Nous n’avons pas beaucoup vu les propriétaires mais je suis certaines que si nous avions eu besoin d’eux ils se seraient fait un plaisir de nous aider et nous étions content du bonjour de Giuseppe lorsqu’il passait devant la maison ou que nous le croisions au village. Le seul petit point a améliorer selon moi (en comparaison avec d’autre villas louées) serait peut-être le manque fournitures (en tout cas pour 7 personnes) mais nous avons toujours réussi a faire avec ce que nous avions. Ne reviendrions volontiers passer un séjour a cet endroit magnifique.

Superbes vacances

La maison est spacieuse, bien entretenue et extrêmement bien située. Jamais besoin de prendre la voiture. Plage, village, commerce, animations, bar et marchés de rue, accessible en quelques minutes à pied. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner prochainement.

Casa confortevoli che consentono la convivenza di due famiglie. L'assenza del posto auto in bassa stagione non è un problema perché è possibile parcheggiare in posti non a pagamento. La proprietaria è molto disponibile.

meravigliosa!!!

Ho soggiornato in questa casa per 2 settimane. La casa e' fornita di tutto ed nuovissima . A pochissimi passi da casa ci sono tutti i negozi e ristoranti ma la sua posizione rialzata la lascia nella pace assoluta. La padrona di casa e' sempre stata gentilissima e scrupolosa. E' stata una vacanza meravigliosa!!! complimenti per la casa!

Casa come da descrizione, ideale x 6 persone. Vicina al centro,pulita e attrezzata come casa . Persona di riferimento disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia Simius attrezzata o libera, mare stupendo e a pochi minuti di auto dalle più belle spiagge che circondano villasimius. consigliata . Ottima soluzione

Ottima soluzione per due famiglie. Casa molto funzionale e arredata con semplicità e gusto. All interno abbiamo trovato tante piccole accortezze che ci hanno agevolato la vacanza. Inoltre trovandosi a due passo dal centro e vicino a supermarket , farmacia, pasticceria, ecc non abbiamo mai utilizzato la macchina la sera dopo cena.

Piacevole vacanza

Casa come da descrizione, nessuna "sorpresa ". Vicinissima ma leggermente defilata dal centro,pulita e attrezzata come casa propria. Persona di riferimento sempre disponibile e pronta ad accogliere qualsiasi esigenza. A pochi minuti di auto dalle più belle spiagge del circondario,alcune delle quali raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. Uniche due pecche:niente posto auto privato e parcheggio nelle vicinanze a pagamento ( dalle 9 alle 13 e dalle 17 alle 22 ) e rumore di macchine notturno a finestre aperte, comunque ovviabile con l'accensione del climatizzatore, perfettamente funzionante. Nel complesso da consigliare.

Spaziosa e funzionale

Casa molto spaziosa,consigliata soprattutto a gruppi 6/8 persone. C'è tutto il necessario per cucinare, molto apprezzato il tavolo esterno per la cena. Vicinissima alla zona pedonale e a un supermarket, circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Simius. Parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze. Zona tranquilla.

très bien

Maison très sympa,propre,près de toutes les commodités et du village de Villasimius,avec tous commerces ouverts le soir jusqu'à minuit.Plages à proximité,jolies,et du plus belles encore si on fait un peu de routes.Accueil de Giuseppe très rapide,très sympathique.Rien à redire,sinon peut-être que la route passe très près de la maison,et les voitures assez vite,mais le jardin est très bien fermé.Je recommande.

Very comfortable and spac...

Very comfortable and spacious home. Everything is very clean and nicely decorated. Very pleased with the presence of all the necessary equipment in the kitchen and barbecue. Not so far from the sea by foot, as it may seem. Many thanks to Monica and Mr. Giuseppe for the operational organization of our stay in this cozy place.

Very simple arrival, very...

Very simple arrival, very kind concierge. All was easy and simple, real vacation feeling. Near by the beaches and city center. Small garden, just fine for vacation and sitting outside in shadows or sun. Good kitchen with all you might need (except a toaster - I love toast...) All in one great place, good vacation, relaxing. Would come back.
