Maison bien entretenue. Pièces spacieuses. Propriétaire sympathique et discret lorsqu'il vient entretenir la piscine et les abords. Disponible et efficace également en cas de besoin. Située à 10mn de l'autovia appréciable pour les visites de Séville, Cordoba,... par contre véhicule obligatoire pour se déplacer au village. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de four pour réchauffer pizzas, quiches,.....

Gostei do espaço. A piscina faz todo o sentido numa casa assim pois tem mais procura e quem usufrui com crianças que é o nosso caso é fundamental.

Retiro campestre a 15 min de Sevilha
Espaço pitoresco, silencioso e muito agradável. Piscina óptima. Alpendre maravilhoso para pequenos almoços e jantares no exterior. Longe de tudo, mas a 15 min de Sevilha.

Muy buena vacaciones.
Muy bien todo desde el principio Miguel Angel el propietario muy atento con nosotros, las instalciones tal como se ven en la fotos tanto la piscina como la vivienda, nos sorprendio por lo espaciada tanto en las habitaciones, baños, cocina y salón y grande la piscina, los coches siempre resguardado dentro de la propiedad, mucha tranquilidad y descanso que es para lo que uno va de vacaciones, lo recomendaria sin pensarlo.

lovely property, really enjoyed it
overall great villa and big pool, there area couple of points to note: no oven or grill, which I should have spotted, and if I could suggest (at least for UK visitors), and kettle and a toaster would be handy additions to the kitchen. Be warned the local village is quiet, could not work out bar/restaurant opening times. But handy for Seville (c.25 mins drive), Italica, and Merida is 1.5 hours drive. We really loved it

Nous avons passé une semaine en août dans cette maison Tout d abord les points positifs une maison très bien équipée avec une grande piscine bien entretenue un propriétaire discret mais joignable si besoin , se situant à 25 minutes de Seville Le gros point négatif est la présence de chiens ,chaque maison autour ayant son ou ses chiens (juste à côté un gros!) et les aboiements sont très frequents de jour comme de nuit... Donc, si vous aimez le calme ou comme moi avez le sommeil léger....passez votre route!

Maison très agréable, propriétaires sympas
Nous avons passé 15 jours en Aout 2017. La maison est très agréable et les propriétaires très discrets. Même si â notre grande surprise ces derniers vivaient au sous sol du logement. Cette dernière donnée n'a en rien perturbée notre séjour car ils restent très discrets voire invisibles. Leurs seules apparitions étaient pour l'entretien de la piscine. La maison est grande et spacieuse et très confortable. La climatisation centrale est un atout face à des températures élevées Quelques commentaires ont été rédigées concernant la présence de chiens. Ma crainte du départ à vite été calmée à notre arrivée. Il y a effectivement présence de chiens mais à aucun moment nous n'avons été incommode durant notre séjour. Je recommande la location. Merci aux propriétaires Yannick

"Très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée, belle piscine. Excellent accueil de Miguel (merci encore d''être venu si tôt samedi). Accès à l''autoroute rapide pour visiter Séville (20 min) et les autres lieux touristiques de la région. Nous n''hésiterons pas à y revenir ou à la recommander malgré les chiens du voisinage un peu bruyants!"

Maison très agréable à 20 mn porte à porte de Séville. Tout le confort y est. Très propre, cuisine super bien équipée, chambres spacieuses, grande piscine, calme et reposant. Le propriétaire et sa famille sont charmants. Je conseille vivement. Nous étions en famille avec 3 enfants de 11 à 6 ans.

"Zeer schoon en ruim voor...
"Zeer schoon en ruim voorzien huis in een verzorgde tuin.De afstand tot Sevilla is c.a. 25 autominuten. Vooral de ruime hoeveelheid servies en kookspullen is prettig. Voldoende kruiden, keukenpapier, vuilniszakken en toiletpapier. Voldoende handdoeken en beddegoed. Het huis ligt in een soort villawijkje op een helling met mooi uitzicht, mooi zwembad met terras en veranda. Ook een mooie veranda met barbeque aan de woning. De eigenaar gebruikt zelf deze woning ook in zijn vakanties en dat is aan alles te merken!"
