Tanca Piras Residence is located in the centre of Nebida, a little town perched on the cliffs of Sulcis Iglesiente. The residence is composed by brand new apartments that front towards the sea, offering a stunning view of the coast and Pan di Zucchero rock.
S’Arromaniu apartment is furnished with taste and develops on 60 squared metres, distributed on two floors. At the ground floor, a luminous living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with window and shower. At the second floor, two cosy double bedrooms with sea view and a bathroom with window and shower. Outside, the private garden allows S'Arromanius guests to live and relax in the open air. Furthermore, the residence offers a swimming pool, a restaurant, a garage and a park of six hectares. Tanca Piras residence is the perfect place to enjoy the calm and typical scent of this wonderful spot of Sardinia, rich of history and far from the mass tourism.
Nebida and its surroundings are known for the beautiful beaches, but also because they testify a recent past linked to the mining activities. Near the emerald water of wonderful inlets you can often find the ruins of ancient mining sites, as the laveria La Marmora, that rises on the rocks near the residence.

Parfait
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le site et le duplex. Par contre pour des ados c'est peut être trop tranquille. C'est un lieu reposant avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la piscine. Cette dernière est très propre et les maitres nageurs très sympathiques. Le restaurant est plutôt beau et les prix sont corrects. Il faut tout de même bien maitrisé la voiture car c'est très pentu même dans le complexe. Au alentour il y'a quelques commerces (qui sont bons) mais c'est un petit village. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Attention si vous avez des adolescents, ils préféreront surement Cagliari.

Schönes, süßes Feriendorf mit super Aussicht!
Uns hat es in Nebida gut gefallen. Die Wohnung gehört zum Ferienhauskomplex Tanca Piras und ist wunderschön gelegen. Man hat vom Esswohnbereich einen super Ausblick über den Pool auf das Meer, schöne Sonnenuntergänge mit inbefriffen. Normalerweise ist der Pool im Oktober geschlossen, aufgrund der Temperaturen war er aber zeitlich begrenzt geöffnet. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und biete eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Zu bedenken ist, dass die Terrasse zur Westseite raus liegt und somit zwischen den Häuserzeilen. Dort ist es nicht so schön zu sitzen und wir haben das beim dem Aufenthalt etwas vermisst, war uns aber vorher klar. Der Zugang zum Meer ist leider der Erosion zum Opfer gefallen, so dass das Meer von der Wohnung aus nicht erreichbar war. Es ist aber sowieso ratsamer die nahe gelegenen Strände zu besuchen, die wunderschön sind. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und fühlten uns gut begleitet. Wir können diese Objekt gut weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt. Zur Anmerkung: Auch bei uns hat in dem Zeitraum der Trommelkurs im zugehörigen Restaurant/Herberge stattgefunden, uns aber nicht weiter gestört. :-) Vielen Dank an Rita, die für uns immer erreichbar gewesen wäre.

Reihenhäuschen mit Meerblick
Sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang und Check in. Die Infos zur Umgebung und zu Aktivitäten waren hilfreich. Die Anlage war ruhig, toller Pool mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Ruhezeiten am Pool fanden wir nützlich. Die Umgebung ist touristisch nicht überlaufen, ein Highlight war für uns die grandiose große Panorama Wanderung an der Küste entlang. Die Strände in der Nähe waren im August noch recht voll, ab September ruhiger, mit kristallklarem Wasser und schöner Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, alles da, was man braucht. Das Bett war bequem, die Gartenmöbel und Möbel innen fanden wir allerdings auch eher unbequem. Wir haben uns dort insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Ganz herzlichen Dank!

A complex of rules
Everything is regulated, too much so. The pool is open until 18:00, so it is closed during the afternoon siesta. The complex is beautiful, the apartment is nice and well equipped, and the area is fabulous. The personal check-in is unnecessary, a coded lock next to the door would be enough, anyway we got the wrong remote control key, a barely working remote control, which we have repaired. We had to pay for 10 euros, because we got to the accommodation at 8:20 p.m.

Sehr schöne Zeit
Die Unterkunft war genau richtig für eine Reise mit einem Baby. Der Blick aufs Meer war natürlich top. Pool wurde von uns kaum genutzt, da wir lieber zu den Straänden in der Umgebung gefahren sind, ist aber natürlich immer gut, wenn auch ein Pool vorhanden ist. Wir habens genossen. Check in und Check out waren auch völlig unkompliziert.

Kleines sauberes und gemütliches Reihenhaus, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Swimmingpool, welcher vom Bademeister beaufsichtigt wird. Das Restaurant auf dem Gelände ist toll und die Gastgeber super freundlich.

Bombastischer Ausblick aus einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung
Wir (3 Erwachsene) waren im September/Oktober 2020 für 15 Tage Gäste in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie befindet sich in einer relativ großen eingezäunten Ferienanlage. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach bombastisch. Kleine Pfade führen innerhalb der Anlage zu offenbar für die Öffentlichkeit nicht zugänglichen Aussichtspunkten. In unserer Reisezeit war die Anlage fast leer, so dass es die meisten Tage ruhig war. Weitere Gäste waren tageweise von Spezialreiseveranstaltern, die Motorrad- und Quadtouren anboten oder ein Workshop für Schlagzeug und Trommeln. Beides mit der entsprechenden Geräuschkulisse. Die Anlage und auch die einzelnen Häuser sind etwas hellhörig - jeweils zum Nachbarhaus, aber auch nach Außen. Aufgrund der wenigen Gäste und ggf. auch der Covid-19-Pandemie konnte man den Pool nur auf Vorbestellung beim Vermieter benutzen. Die Anlage verfügt über ein Restaurant, dass wir nicht besucht haben. In Nebida gibt es zwei Minimärkte, mehrere Restaurants und auch eine Bar mit Eisdiele, die in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Der sehr zu empfehlende Wanderweg entlang der Küste führt gut ausgezeichnet am Eingang der Ferienanlage vorbei. Die Ferienwohnung (insbesondere die Küche) war sehr gut ausgestattet (Tische und Stühle für den Vorgarten, Liegen und Sonnenschirme), wirkte gepflegt und war sauber. Ein verstopfter Abfluss wurde durch den Hausmeisterservice der Ferienanlage schnell repariert. Das WIFI war sehr gut. Die Betten waren groß und die Matratzen gut. Es war kein Problem am Abreisetag den Checkout 2 Stunden später zu machen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/Agentur per WhatsApp auf Englisch bei Anreise und während des Aufenthalts war angenehm und problemlos.

Toller Aufenthalt in Nebida
Wir haben mit unseren 2 kleinen Kindern eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wie beschrieben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kinder fanden den Pool toll. Aussicht ist spektakulär! Die Wohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Entspannter Urlaub in Wohlfühlatmosphäre
Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man benötigt, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist ruhig und sauber, es machen viele Italiener Urlaub. die Vermieterin Rita war sehr nett und hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Wir würde hier wieder Urlaub machen!

Hübsches Feriendorf
Ideales Häuschen für eine kleine Familie, Schlafzimmer mit fantastischem Ausblick. In der Nebensaison ist im Feriendorf nicht viel los, teilweise wird die Anlage renoviert. Schöne Spazierwege zur Klippe, Strand in der Nähe, kleiner Supermarkt in Gehdistanz.

Perfekt! Perfect! Perfecto!
Der perfekte Urlaubsort, ein schönes Häuschen in einer unglaublich tollen Umbegung. Der Blick vom Fenster ist atemberaubend. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht zum kochen, entspannen. Rita war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant in der Anlage ist super . Wir konnten von dort aus verschiedene Strände erreichen, aber am schönsten fanden wir Funtamare, ruhig und leer. The perfect place for vacacations! A great house, with absolutely everything to have the best time. A great view from each window! Rita was very nice and helpful. The restaurant downstairs is great, fresh local food and nice people. We travelled a bit around but the best beach was the one close to the house, Funtanamare; quiet and beautiful. Muchas gracias Rita! La pasamos perfecto, una casa bellisima con una vista excepcional. Todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas vacaciones perfectas esta alli. La casa esta perfecta con todo lo que uno necesita, el restaurant del condominio es muy bueno, con propietarios muy simpáticos y comida fresca y local. Desde alli visitamos muchos lugares (Pan di Zucchero, Isola de San Pietro, Chia, Santadi, Porto Pino etc), pero la playa mas bonita y tranquila es la que esta cerca de la casa: Funtanamre.

Sehr schönes Objekt in kleiner Ferienanlage mit Pool. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und jeder Sonnenuntergang ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist über zwei Stockwerke und hat alles was man braucht. Auch Klimaanlage und WLAN. Absolut empfehlenswert. Hoffentlich können wir da wieder mal hin.

Fantastische Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie beschrieben vorgefunden wurden. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend!!! Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ferienhaus Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und der Swimmingpool das Sahnehäubchen. Direkt in der Anlage gibt ein Restaurant und man kann auch gleich hinterm Restaurant ein wenig spazieren gehen bzw. bis zum Meer hinunter wandern. Was man wissen sollte ist, dass die Bezahlung in bar erfolgt, also entsprechend Bargeld mit hat, dann brauch man nicht erst wieder in die nächste Stadt und einen Geldautomaten suchen. Die Vermieter, in unserem Fall Rita, gab uns gleich super Ausflugstips und hat auch so alles tiptop erklärt bzgl. dem Ferienhaus und dem Checkout. Der Checkout war einfach nur den Schlüssel in den Postkasten des Hauses zu werfen und fertig. Alles ziemlich einfach und unkompliziert. Die Insel, die vielen wunderschönen, verschieden Strände, die Leute und das Essen tuen ihr Übriges für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Wunderschöne und super gepflegte Unterkunft
Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem kleinen Ferienhäuschen. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt, der Pool wunderschön und die Gerichte im Restaurant - vor allem die Vorspeisen - super lecker. Es gab sogar Free Wifi. Der Ausblick war umwerfend und man konnte auch gut draußen sitzen.. Es war alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wenn man Urlaub abseits vom Touristenstrom liebt (Auto erforderlich) ist diese Unterkunft super geeignet und uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne und super gepflegte Unterkunft
Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem kleinen Ferienhäuschen. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt, der Pool wunderschön, die Leute sehr nett und die Gerichte (vor allem die Vorspeisen) im Restaurant in der Anlage Villagio Tanca Piras super lecker. Es gab sogar Free Wifi. Man konnte vor dem kleinen Häuschen auch wunderschön draußen sitzen - es war alles sehr schön gestaltet und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wenn man weiter ab vom Touristenstrom Urlaub machen möchte, ist diese Unterkunft sehr geeignet (Auto erforderlich) und weiter zuempfehlen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft/Lovely holiday home
Die Unterkunft, den Service und den Kontakt zu den Vermietern können wir nur loben. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Nebida verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und hat eine wunderschöne Lage. Die Einrichtung ist modern und liebevoll. Auch der Pool, der Ausblick und die Landschagt sind grandios. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge sind garantiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind 1 Jahr alt) und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung unbedingt weiter. Wir würden uns wieder für diese Ferienwohnung entscheiden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. The holiday home, the service and the contact to the owner were excellent. We had an unforgettable time in this holiday home and highly recommend it. The flat is well equiped, clean and lovingly decorated. The pool and the landscape are also very beautiful. Un appartement neuf dans une très belle résidence
Un super accueil ! De très bonnes informations, avec des documents à notre intention à notre arrivée pour nous aider à passer un très bon séjour . L'appartement est très bien situé, tout neuf, propre et très fonctionnel. La vue est magnifique! La résidence hors saison est on ne peut plus calme et on a même pu se baigner dans la piscine fin octobre. Une adresse à conseiller !

A very great flat
We stayed one week in May. Weather and temperature were good. The flat is great (as described on the offer) with a beautiful view of the swimming pool & the sea. If you have questions or need something you can contact the owner by phone or email whenever you want. The flat is within a small holiday village very colorful and with nature all around. A good restaurant is 20m from the flat. Sardegna is a beautiful place to visit for who loves nature, beaches with transparent water, walking,...

Ottimo appartamento con tutti i comfort
Ottimo appartamento, nuovo e arredato con gusto, dotato di tutto il necessario (anche lavatrice, barbecue, attrezzatura da spiaggia..!). Residence bello, recente, piscina fresca, pulita, molto gradevole, mai affollata. La vista (da tutte le finestre) è impagabile!

Great with a breathtaking view!
I have stayed in this appartment with my wife and son (4 years old) and we really enjoyed ourselves. The appartment is clean and modern decorated with very good beds. Also the view from the living room/ kitchen is very beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting there, drinking a glass of wine. The property around the appartment is also great. There is a large swimming pool and lots of walking routes with really beautifull views (also my son enjoyed this and wanted to walk and climb every evening!). The restaurant is also very good. serving nice sardegnian food, although it opens quite late for non italian children (around 20:30). Nebida in itself is just a small town where you can buy some groceries, and where there are a few reastaurants and bars. But you will definately need a car to get to the beach or around the south west of sardegna. The information and welcome we received from Marco when we arrived was very nice and made us feel very welcome. In short we really enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to coming back some time!
