Vue époustouflante

Location au calme dans une residence avec piscine située à 2 pas de la baie de Santa Giulia... Tres bien équipée, la vue de la terasse sur la baie est époustouflante!

Super séjour !

La villa a été très bien rénovée avec goût. Vous aurez accès à 1 grande piscine et la magnifique plage de Santa giulia est à 8min à pied. Le propriétaire est charmant et répond rapidement à toutes les questions. Les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis mais il est possible d'en louer à la dame qui fera votre état des lieux d'entrée. Superbe région à voir et à revoir ! Merci pour ce superbe séjour ! Nous espérons revenir prochainement.

Wunderbare Lage - komfortable Ausstattung

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in St. Guilia. Die FeWo war perfekt: bestens ausgestattet, sauber und modern mit traumhaftem Blick auf die türkisfarbene Bucht. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe und als Alternative der Pool fast vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Gianni lief völlig problemlos. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Cadre magnifique

Cette location se situe dans un cadre préservé, avec vue sur la plage de Santa Guilia. La maison entièrement rénovée offre des conditions idéales pour un séjour de vacances, plusieurs salles de bain, deux grandes chambres, terrasse dominante, jardinet et tout le confort ménager. Belle région, certainement plus agréable hors saison !! Très bons contacts avec Giani...et nous sommes prêts pour un autre séjour.

Ausblick!!!

Vor allem der Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und dem gemauerten Grill sowie die Nähe zum Strand waren toll! Die gesamte Anlage ist schön bepflanzt.

Super semaine à Santa Giulia

Appartement moderne, idéal pour une famille de 4 (voire 5-6 personnes avec le canapé-lit du salon), en excellent état et avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. Plage de Santa Giulia accessible à pied en 7-8 minutes. Gianni fournit toutes les informations nécessaires pour l'arrivée à la maison, et Marie-Paule est présente pour l'entrée dans les lieux. Elle a même des solutions pour obtenir des draps au dernier moment car nous n'avions pas fait attention qu'ils n'étaient pas fournis. Merci pour cette très belle semaine, la Corse nous manque déjà. Vue magnifique et résidence d’une propreté irréprochable

Emplacement idéal pour accéder à la plage avec de jeunes enfants. Vue extraordinaire de la terrasse. La maison est très propre et correspond à la description et aux photos de l’annonce. Le propriétaire est réactif et très aimable.

PARFAIT !!

Rien à redire. L'appartement a été rénové récemment avec goût, il est parfaitement équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. On sent que Gianni aime cet endroit et en prend soin. La résidence est idéalement située à 800m de la mer et quand on connaît les difficultés de stationnement à Santa Giulia, c'est précieux de pouvoir y aller à pied ! Gianni est attentif au confort de ses hôtes et très agréable. Je recommande à 100% cet endroit et nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Gianni informed us well in advance on all the details and made us feel welcome from the start. The house was clean, newly renovated, well equipped and even bigger than expected. The balcony with the view on the bay is a real asset and we had a barbecue almost every evening. The kids loved the swimming pool which was clean and really big. The beach is only a 5 Min. walk away (with kids). We will be back.:)

Excellente prestation

La maison est très agréable et très confortable. Très bien située. La vue est magnifique, les terrasses, l'équipement, tout est parfait. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr. De plus le contact avec le propriétaire et été excellent et sympathique. Merci aussi aux personnes chargées de l'accueil pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse.

Séjour très agréable à Santa Giulia

Agréable séjour fin mai à Santa Giulia. La maison est jolie, bien équipée et surtout bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur la mer. On peut aller en 5 minutes à pied sur la magnifique plage de Santa Giulia qui reste pas trop fréquentée à cette période. Porto-Vecchio et les supermarchés sont à 10 min de voiture.

Situation et agencement de la maison conformes à la description. Propreté irréprochable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par une personne agence (ponctuelle et précise). M. Lastrico est un propriétaire à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Einfach nur genial. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer ist traumhaft schön. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir auf jedenfall gerne wieder kommen werden. Der Strand ist in 7 Minuten erreichbar, der Pool in 2 Minuten. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Gianni ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, war immer erreichbar und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür!! Familie Wölfle aus Augsburg

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Santa Giulia dans la villa. Cette maison est magnifique, très bien équipée, elle a une vue à perdre son souffle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié déjeuner face à la magnifique baie de Santa Giulia. Monsieur Lastrico est vraiment sympathique, toujours à l'écoute, disponible et de bons conseils. Nous conseillons ce bien les yeux fermés

Fin septembre très agréable

Idéal pour 2 couples avec des doubles commodités séparées. En fin de saison le matériel a un peu souffert de l'utilisation irrespectueuse des locataires précédents mais cela n'a pas abaissé notre moral au beau fixe, comme le temps, car le bien-être et la tranquillité à cette période ont été grandement appréciés par nous-même et nos invités.

Alles Perfekt!

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus mit Meerblick. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und traumhaft schön. Die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Paradies mit Traumblick - absolut zu empfehlen!

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wunderschön, man hat einen traumhaften Meerblick. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, es geht flach ins Meer, das Wasser ist karibisch. Wer Ruhe inmitten herrlicher Natur sucht, wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen. Ausflüge in das imposante Bavella-Massiv zum Wandern, an die einmaligen Badegumpen oder historische Orte wie Porto Vecchio oder Bonifacio sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die gesamte Ferienhausanlage ist gepflegt mit einem sehr schönen Gemeinschaftspool. Es ist ein supertolles bestens renoviertes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Neue Betten mit komfortablen Matratzen, Duschen mit rain shower, eine Küche mit einer großen Kühl-Gefrierkombination und einem guten Außengrill – für Selbstversorger könnte es nicht perfekter sein. Den paradiesischen Traumblick bei einem Glas guten korsischen Roseweins mit leckerem Grillfisch genießen – Leben wie Gott in Frankreich! Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
